This past Sunday, my friend and I both booked pedicure appointments for 2:30 PM we always go together, and she booked with one technician while I booked with Rachel. When we arrived on time, my friend was seated immediately with her technician. I let the staff know I also had an appointment at the same time with Rachel, but Rachel was already working on another client and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. I waited patiently for almost 45 minutes, and by the time my friend was nearly finished, I was still sitting there with zero updates. Meanwhile, people who showed up after me were being seated and helped right away, so clearly their appointment system works just fine for everyone except me, apparently. When I asked the technician working with my friend if I needed to keep waiting, she just shrugged and offered no help. The lack of communication and basic customer service from everyone there was honestly pathetic. I finally had to interrupt Rachel myself, even though I didn't want to be "that person." I asked how much longer I'd have to wait, but she flat-out ignored me. When I repeated my question, she looked annoyed and said something a long the lines of , "My manager handles the bookings." .The booking system seemed to work perfectly for everyone else Rachel was just using it as an excuse to avoid taking responsibility or simply talking to me like a decent human being. Rachel was rude, and instead of ignoring customers, she should learn how to actually speak up and communicate. No one there even acknowledged my wait or bothered to apologize. The entire staff clearly needs a crash course in customer service and basic respect. Never coming here again. read more

So glad I stumbled upon this place! They just opened a week ago. They took over another salon and the new redesign is so clean and has a cute organic chic look. I came in literally so last minute wondering if they could squeeze in a gel pedicure even though they were closing at 7 and it was already 5:30. The employee up front (Helena I believe was her name) agreed and offered to also do my manicure. I was hesitant because it was so close to closing and I knowww both take time. But she insisted they had enough time so I agreed. Thank god I did because I could not be happier with my nails. First off, Helena did my whole set in under an hour because her application was quick and good. They use Apres brand tips and soft gel extension. My gel x girlies know that's THE brand for gel x. So I was already happy about that. But I have crusty dusty cuticles and weak nail beds from improper removals. So I was worried my nails would burn under the UV light but dude idk what or how she did it. But I literally did not feel any burn and the end result was flawless. Tina who did my toes was literally an ANGEL. Girl put in work bc I have so much calluses from work and working out. But she took her time and made sure to make me feel comfortable. I was self conscious over a couple of things but she reassured me it was no big deal and I've never had a nail tech treat me the way she did. Aside from her attitude, she was very thorough and took her time. Even though it was past closing she still took the time to finish my service without any rush. I was just a little disappointed when I selected a pedicure from their menu and the charge was $55 I believe, but when I walked out I ended up paying over $70. I didn't ask why I just would rather not deal with the language barrier when asking questions. The quality of the pedicure was so so, callus remover was part of my treatment and calluses were still there when I left. Left mind you they're not that bad. Maybe others have had a better experience but this is just mine. I have yet to find a good quality pedicure. read more

The vibes here are OFF. I tried Celine Nail while I was in the area recently and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. While the initial service seemed fine, I asked to add on an extra service during my time there since they were not busy. Rachel who was asked to handle the add-on looked visibly annoyed (as she was scrolling on her phone) when she was instructed to help me. It made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The woman who collected my payment at the end was also unexpectedly rude. Very cold and transactional interaction. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the service itself, and sadly, this visit missed the mark on both. I won't be returning. read more

Love this spot. Super clean and cute. It's quiet which is nice and I love how you can make appointment's online. I get builder x/hard gel and it always turns out amazing and lasts for weeks while looking super natural. They have lots of color options and also offer jelly colors which are fun. My nails were looking pretty scary before I made it to Celine Nail spa. I hadn't had a pedicure in forever, so Tina had some pretty rough (and also ticklish) feet to handle. I appreciated how gentle and thorough she stayed throughout my time with her. The 5 minute massage was particularly amazing! The massage chair was wonderful and helped work through all of the tension I had from a particularly stressful work week. The facilities were very clean and the relaxing music truly helped create a peaceful vibe. I'm so happy with how my pedicure and manicure turned out-despite coming in with quite a few needs, I'm now ready for a fancy night out. MY NEW FAVORITE SPOT!!! I had two lovely ladies work on my mani and pedi and they were both kind, attentive, gentle and meticulous. I got gel x for my nails and the lady who did my mani made sure to put in extra care for the form to fit my very curved nails and the end design was painted on perfectly, exactly how I wanted. The interior is also very aesthetic and cute!! I came with two other friends and they were also extremely pleased with their experiences with Celine Nail Spa. I've been here a few times. My first experience was with the owner and the 2nd was with this lady who did my names really thin. This is now my third and last time again thin nails and she wanted to charge me $10 extra to cut cuticle when that is part of the process and because owner wasn't there they tried to rip me off.
