The texture and caramelized top were spot on. Portions were generous as well. We were staying at a nearby resort so it was an easy walk for us. The service was good, although we came when there was not much of a line. The truck is located in a lot with several other food trucks so it is easy to find. I cannot speak to parking since we walked. There are a couple of benches in front where you can sit and enjoy your food, and the truck sits under a huge tree which gives some nice shade from the heat. These are not like regular donuts, l although say first glance the look like regular donuts. Malasadas are very eggy--almost like a wet custard pastry, if that makes any sense. I don't like weird textures, and while I did like them, the texture was a little on the custom of "iffy" for me. Hubby really liked them, and they tasted so delicious. Note of caution: they didn't seem to be the same the next day. The eggs texture made it seem kind of "wet" the next day, so the one we saved ended up in the trash. I'm giving it a five because they tasted delicious, and the texture issue is MY weird thing. Everyone else seems to love them, so I'm going with that!
