He could patch the issue and keep it within the original quote or replace the whole pipe for a reasonable cost. Since the whole pipe likely had issues we went with that option. I highly recommend Allen Winslow with Champion Drain Cleaning! He was very quick to respond, super friendly and respectful, and he did a terrific job clearing out our backed-up bathtub drain. After he had fixed it, our poorly constructed drain gave him troubles to reassemble, and he ended up having to drive to several hardware stores to find a screw that was long enough to reach our overflow drain. I had a backed up drain that I'd used a 50ft on twice but had no success. I reached out to Allen and explained my predicament. Allen said he wouldn't be able to do much more than I'd already done and that it sounded like my sewer needed hydro jetting, something that he isn't able to do. Allen could quite easily have come to my house and taken my money knowing full well that he wouldn't be able to fix my problem but didn't. It pays to call someone with experience in these matters. I could not get my bathtub drain cleared with several different types of snakes.
