I ordered a medium pizza. I wish they had a regular Deluxe pizza, because the additional toppings that probably made it a "SUPER" deluxe - I dont like. TL;DR - Pizza taste fine but poor online order comprehension and customer service needs work. REALLY specify how you want your pizza in the Special Instructions box to be safe. Ordered online from Menufy for a friend who was having a bad day. Got the special, which was a cheese pizza with 3 toppings. I ordered a Jumbo and selected "2nd half" for all 3 toppings; basically cheese 1 side, toppings the other. Pizza arrived to their place but the driver I guess couldn't find the entrance cause they called me asking if there was a gate so my friend had to go down and get the pizza. Upon return, the pizza was discovered to not be as I ordered. It had the toppings over the whole pizza. It was specifically requested of me to order it as stated above. I called them and they offered to replace it with another Jumbo at full price and then an offer of a Medium cheese for $8 which would act as the "1st half" part of what the Jumbo was supposed to be; only cheese. In addition to another 30-40 minute wait time again I'd assume. In short, they didn't know if they should leave the 1st half just only cheese and the other half with toppings. Even though this is exactly what I selected online. So rather than CALL to confirm, they just went and topped the whole pizza instead. This was in no way my mistake and I've never had a company unable to figure out a 1st half and 2nd half situation like this. I conversed with my friend and they suggested I just try and get a refund. So, I called back and now I'm being offered the medium cheese for free. I'm just frustrated at this point and just want a refund. They say it was an online order so it's out of their hands. So, now I'm going back and forth with Menufy. Don't know if I'll be ordering from them again without some sort of assurance this won't happen again. read more

Ordered champion pizza after a reviews from yelp. On uber eats it was a good price for coke, 6 wings and pizza and I thought what I deal but little did I know it wasn't. I got my pizza overall okay, a bit sweet for my liking but that's personal preference, the topping were a bit light. The real problem was the wings, since none came (although paid for) they said it was a computer wouldn't be able to do anything and the person was rude. Worst part was he commented that he knew the special but couldn't honor it (more than happy to keep the fee though). Overall I would not return or recommend this to anybody. Everything we have ordered from this establishment is great tasting and thoughtfully prepared. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak/beef and wow!!! It was so tasty, bread was not soggy and the meat and veggies were still hott! I just wish the bag of chips were a larger size, but that's nothing. My husband and I live outside their delivery range but thanks to Grubhub we can have our order in 45-55mins. The order is always right. We had their Supreme Pizza tastes great! My fiancé and I order from Champion all the time and have never had a bad experience! The staff and delivery drivers are always very friendly and they always get our order correct. Delivery orders always arrive quickly and they are good about letting us know when they're busy and to expect a delay.
