The employees are super friendly - literally from the greeter to the custodian to the deli lady, etc. The store is laid out well and always stocked really well. Great selections in every department and often we find stuff at this store that we couldn't at another. My MIL usually calls us and asks to check for something, and we usually find it and pick it up for her. Just this month, they had a ton of Christmas and seasonal items on clearance. It was like 4 or 5 regular aisles and extended out into the garden/outside area. We found several terrific bargains. They have a nice seasonal area - several aisles dedicated to Valentine's Day right now. The groceries are to the left, dog food back of the store and a little to the right, electronics, crafts, auto, and hardware all along the back, paint, toys, clearance, health and beauty, home goods and housewares on the right, then in the center it's mostly clothes and the seasonal. We were offered some cold bottles of water while we waited, which was a nice touch, and then Vicki helped us out. We ended up trying on a boys' suit and then ordering a size up... I found the price for this reasonable for a quality suit and we were told it should be arriving within the week. We will go back when it arrives to see if it needs alterations, and I know that BT&C is known for the great job they do with tailoring, so I may have to bump this review up another star based on our next experience visiting.
