One of the employees (couldn't see name tag) spoke to my 15-year-old daughter with shocking disrespect and attitude. She actually had the nerve to question why they should "waste their time" because of a broken bracket, something that was already looked at and cleared by this SAME office less than two weeks ago. Instead of doing her job and getting the facts, she chose to talk down to a child like she knew everything. Let that sink in, an adult in a pediatric dental office thought it was appropriate to belittle a 15-year-old. It wasn't just rude, it was arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If this is how staff are trained to interact with kids and families, that's a serious problem. No child should ever feel talked down to or disrespected in a place that's supposed to make them feel safe and cared for. After years of being a loyal customer, this experience completely changed my opinion of this office. Clearly, professionalism and basic respect are not priorities here anymore. Dianna the Hygenist started right away with X-rays and my cleaning. She was gentle and thorough, and made the whole process much easier than expected.
