Bag of delicious cookies so good
    Tim B.

Some of the best pan dulce I've had. We went in at 7:45pm and they had just brought out a second wave of trays of pan. It was very stocked. Everything was super warm and delicious. The smell of the place when you walk in is mesmerizing and intoxicating as you're greeted with the smell of warm, freshly baked breads and cookies. When we were given the total for 2 bags, I was shocked. It's so affordable here! If my diet would allow I would eat here daily, however I really do enjoy I when I do come here.

Still return to this bakery even though I moved away. Needed a bunch of deliciousness for a morning event and got 2 dozen items for $25. They accept credit cards. The baked goods sell themselves no need to really even post adjectives on the bread. If I'm standing in a line at 830am with 7 people in front of me this place is worth making a trip to (line goes quickly).

I was at an event in ELA and found this bakery on the way. Decided to stop in and try it. The ladies working there were really friendly. They had a huge selection and everything was super fresh. I picked out a few pieces, some for me and some for my son who loved conchas. We dont like trying a new place only to find all the pan is really dry. That was not the case here! Everything we got was soft and moist and excellent. Highly recommend this panaderia!

Anyway, all their Pan Dulce is delicious, but my favorite are the "conchas" with a hot cup of coffee!

I wished we had arrived earlier to be able to enjoy more of the sold out offerings, but next time we'll arrive right when they open. We ordered a dozen crinkle cookies for a Mother's Day lunch - enjoying the sweet ube and the spiced thai tea versions. Both were great compliments to each other - more perfectly sweet and the other a bit more herbal. The chocolate chip cookie was perfect - nice crunchy edges and slightly gooey soft inside. The ube tres leches was a little disappointing as there wasn't any tres leches cake at the bottom, just crumbly graham crackers resting below exquisite ube mousse. It could have been mislabeled, but it was essentially just ube mousse with crumbly graham crackers for texture. The staff were friendly and the store is so fun!

Two items for immediate consumption and then some cookies for later. We purchased a dozen of the regular size cookies, including both Ube and Thai Tea. Both of them were excellent, and I felt they were priced appropriately at a dozen for $18. The Thai Tea seriously tasted like you were truly drinking a thai tea. We also shared one large classic chocolate chip cookies (so yummy!) The only thing we didn't understand is that we shared a Ube Tres Leches. I am not sure what was going on. Don't get me wrong, what we ate was very good; however, it was 100% not Tres Leches. It was an Ube Cream with some graham cracker crumble underneath. So, my assumption is that they must have just given us the wrong item. I would love to try the Tres Leches again in the future. Please support his lovely local business. It was a real treat!

This was my first time having a cannoli and it had a soft shell and was filled with plenty of thick a bit citrusy cream and crunchy chocolate chips. Eh. The snoopy sugary cookie was SUPER CUTE, had a yummy, fun, not too sweet, crunchy icing and buttery not dry cookie. Lowkey obviously my fave thing. Overall this place is pretty good. When I called to place the order, I was directed to submit it online. I completed the online order and received a text confirmation stating that I would receive a response within two days. After two days passed with no response, I called to follow up and was told that someone would be contacting me regarding my order. Another two days passed without any communication, so I called again to check on the status. At that point, I was informed that my order had never actually been placed because a deposit was required. However, I was never informed of any deposit requirement during the ordering process or in any of the communications I received. I was then told that, unfortunately, the bakery would not be able to make the custom cake. I explained the entire situation and shared how much this cake meant to my father-in-law, as this bakery has been a special place for him over the years. Despite explaining the circumstances, no effort was made to find a solution. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes can happen. However, I also believe in doing everything possible to make things right for customers when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Due to the lack of communication, misinformation, and poor customer service, I will not be ordering from this bakery again and cannot recommend it to others.
