Pork is so easy to cook and get juicy delicious meat, but these were the driest carnitas I have ever had. Seriously. Bad batch? I hope so for their sake, but I can find better consistent tacos for less elsewhere. Sorry Toros.

I have always found CHAPALA s on 12th ave road to be as good as you can get , nothing greasy in what i order(Camarones Chapala). And the chicken I cant rate, since i dont even like chicken anywhere,Mom passed away 52 years ago. Now that lady could cook chicken, sooo no chicken. I've been going here forever. I love their service, always fast, always friendly. Good food for the value. Not the most authentic but it's always good! It's a lot of food too so you might even get left overs. I like the atmosphere in there too, great decor. read more

The pork in my burrito was tender, heavily sauced and cheesy-melty, wrapped in a fresh tortilla, topped with a lightly flavored chili verde sauce. Beans tasted homemade, though they could use a little more salt or garlic. Rice was a little dry but still edible, especially mixed with the beans, sauce and burrito. Would have loved some more sour cream or guacamole, but overall the meal was very filling and satisfying.
