Just tried this place for dinner. Outstanding food and eating-in experience…read more Their KRISPY KRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN is FAR better, MUCH more highly superior, to any of the other fried chicken chain outlets we've tried before. Cooked just right. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Excellent, fresh flavor! As it is prepared to order, expect about a 15 minute wait time for the chicken... but WELL worth that wait, as it turned out. Fries and Onion Rings sides were PERFECT, and tastier than most. Interesting, varied menu, too! Very generous portions... and the chicken pieces were real, actual sized pieces of chicken... not like the canary-sized tidbits served up by today's fried chicken chain outlets! Although the seating area was VERY small (store front operation,) the facilities were bright, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, patient and most helpful as we worked our way through their surprisingly large, and varied menu! Reasonably priced, too! Overall... a happy find... and now one of our go-to favorites! Just wish they had a LOT more locations closer (to us!) Surprise/Sun City areas would benefit from having closer access to Outta Bronx sandwich/hot dog/wings/Krispy Krunchy chicken locations! I think it would catch on in no-time... assuming today's quality, and value, remained the same, of course. I'm, generally, hard to please... but Outta Bronx/Krispy Krunchy chicken seems to hit it on all cylinders! VERY pleased. Mark us down as huge fans!

The chopped cheese was also really good and honestly felt like a little reminder of home when you're missing those classic NYC eats. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely generous. You can tell they care about the food they're serving and the people coming through the door. Great food, great service, and a nice little taste of New York right here locally. Definitely a spot I'd come back to! Truly blame Arizona heat, but it was really warm in the spot if you do decide to eat in.

My boyfriend and I split the Garlic Pesto Turkey sandwich, and I can honestly say it was the best sourdough sandwich I've ever had. The bread is everything you want from fresh sourdough soft on the inside, just the right chew, and that perfect tang. The turkey was super flavorful, and the pesto and sauces were next level. Every bite felt so well balanced rich, fresh, and totally satisfying. We also grabbed a white macadamia cookie, and it was the cherry on top. Soft, buttery, and perfectly sweet seriously one of the best cookies I've had in a while. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was incredible. The girls working were so friendly and made us feel genuinely welcome. The space is small but super cute and cozy clean, inviting, and great for a casual meal. I really wish I lived closer because I'd be here all the time (probably too often that bread is dangerously good ). If you're nearby or even just passing through, do yourself a favor and stop in. This place is a gem. Highly recommend!

An employee did point us toward the kiosk or said we could wait a bit for a cashier. Pretty standard. Everything was fully stocked and the place was clean, which I always appreciate. Since we were already in the area, we decided to place a pickup order. Upon entering, we were a little thrown off because an employee was cleaning near the soda machines and did not acknowledge or greet us. We had to wait a few moments before being helped by the employee preparing food behind the counter. The wait for the order itself was reasonable, but the overall customer service experience could have been more welcoming. Our order included three subs, which were packaged in a small bag. Considering the amount of food ordered, better packaging would have been appreciated. Once we got home, we noticed the subs were made correctly according to the order; however, the Hook & Ladder sub was extremely soggy due to excessive mayo and dressing. Offering clearer customization options or allowing customers to easily request lighter condiments would greatly improve the quality and prevent sandwiches from becoming soggy. The location itself is convenient, situated in a plaza area alongside other restaurants and businesses, with plenty of available parking. Overall, based on this first experience, we would hesitate to return unless improvements are made to customer service, packaging, and condiment control.

On the way home, it felt like a sneakybird dinner. The staff is always pleasant and today was no different. Aleah welcomed me as I walked in. Gavin came over as I was debating what to order and expressing my appreciation for the restaurant. Jaeden was the manager on duty. I love that everyone in this family run business is so pleasant. It makes a difference. It was a slow afternoon since it was well before dinner. If you have not experienced sneakybird, this is your encouragement. Today I got 2 8-piece wings with tater tots. One with the garlic butter Parmesan rub and both tossed in teriyaki sauce. Of course, my order was all flats. I also order a side of Sneaky Slaw to try. The spice isn't for me but I added a "secret" ingredient and enjoyed my dinner. The decor is bright and inviting. The music is at a decent level. The restroom is always clean. I'd definitely come back to try something different next time.

Well, this spot makes a sandwich exactly how I like it! In fact, they are just a perfect all-around little spot for lunch if you are in the area. They've got a few restaurants in different locations around Phoenix. They've got several different sandwiches and tortas to choose from, plus street food and sides, and on top of that, several juices and desserts. Everything is fresh and prepared really well. Service was so great. I asked our server what sandwich or torta was her favorite and she told me it was the Cubana. I decided to try that and was not disappointed. The shop is bright and clean with seating on each side of the kitchen and restrooms for customers. We ordered: - Large Carne Asada Nacho to share - I was reminded of football games, soccer practices and outdoor sports activities when I took my first bite of this nacho. So nostalgic. Perfect amount of jalapeño, spice, queso, and meat. So yummy. - Torta 7 - Pollo en Escabeche (Marinated Chicken) - All Tortas Include: Mayo, Tomato, Onion, Jalapeño, Avocado, and Lettuce. Hubs really enjoyed and ate every bite. - Sandwich 5 - Cubana (Ham, Pork & American Cheese) Mm yum!! I feel like my sandwich was made with love! The bread was toasted perfectly. There was a nice even layer of fresh avocado on top of the meat and tomato. The melted American cheese with the two types of meat and lettuce gave it the perfect crunch and chew. The flavor was delicious! Very good sandwich. So filling I only needed a salad for dinner. - Fresas con Crema - I couldn't resist trying a cup of strawberries and cream because I saw the cups of fresh cut strawberries sitting on the kitchen window. Such a good treat to end our lunch.

That pastrami- I'm an east coast girl--- like someone's mother made it in her crock pot! To put that on some bread would port you to NY or Jersey, STAT! The ribs are perfectly DEELICIOUS and cook out approved. Frijoles, ooooh nice, savory and filled with slow cooked love. The service is FABULOUS! You feel welcomed, it's very down home neighborhood feel. Me and my family went. (The 3 of us probably made too much noise.) but Eric's makes you feel relaxed and kicked back because the food is the show! It was our first time and there's no rushing you through the order process and they explain how it works, happily. It seems that everyone is humble and makes you feel like this is their love language. My family, the 2 of them had a burger and fries, chicken wings, pulled pork and brisket with Mac n cheese and cole slaw. When I reached the table, they both said the brisket was the best they've ever had! I feel like it's priced right! It's family style, so ordering by the pound makes so much sense. We ordered separately, but we each have good amount of food leftover for a day or two for me. We wanted to try SO many foods. We discussed needing to get the banana pudding next time. We all live downtown Phoenix but coming out to the suburbs for this, was A PERFECT TREAT for a Saturday dinner. My colleague suggested Eric's and WOW, she was SO ON POINT with this suggestion. Oh, they brew their own tea daily. Sweet and unsweetened. Oh, how could I forget the MUSIC! OMG, THE MUSIC! 70s RnB, SOOOOO COOL!!!
