Flavorful and yummy. Clean and spacious restaurant. It is not ideal for large parties unless you're open to sitting at separate tables. Was greeted promptly upon arrival. You order and pay at the cash register, and then the server delivers your food. We had the pumpkin curry, pork eggplant stir fry and a prawn salad. read more

The man with the mole on his cheek was so impatient with me who use sign language and my partner who speaks Spanish. We were asking him for gluten free dishes. He flung his arms in desperation clearly frustrated. Most of the meats there are marinated which means they might have soy of which my partner is allergic to. 1. 1 star for tolerance for diversity 2. 1 star for those who have allergies DO NOT GO THERE! Our first experience here was not too good so I thought I would give it another try. This time I ordered online and picked up. Got the Tom Yum Soup with chicken and it was delicious. Good portion and plenty of broth. The tip here is to order ahead. We dined in the first time at it took a long time to get our food. You basically have to order online anyways with their in store computer so save yourself the headache and order ahead. read more

The other meal was the most simplistic meal on the menu and had no flavor at all, big disappointment. I would have loved to say I would go here again, but I can't. HIDDEN GEM. My friend was on a hunt for Thai food and found Charm Thai Kitchen. This is one of the best Thai restaurants that I've been to in Sonoma County. We ordered the Pad Thai, Shrimp Tom Yum Noodles, potsticker, crab Rangoon, and their milk teas selections. 100/10 would recommend this place to anyone who's a huge fan of Thai food. All of our starters and entrees were so flavorful. This location is very comparable to a popular Thai restaurant located in LA. I asked for some hot sauce and it was the perfect kick if you are a spice lover like me. My boyfriend ordered the teriyaki chicken and he finished his bowl in seconds it was so good. I had yet to find a Thai food spot that I really enjoyed in this area, until trying Charm Thai! I ordered the pad Thai (was very good just wish it was spicier) with chicken & the coconut shrimp. Both tasted great! The shrimp was still crispy when it arrived (ordered through Uber eats). I wanted to try the wings but they were unavailable to order on UE, darn ! You order at the counter, sit and they bring your food, without utensils, napkins, etc. That's all grab-it-yourself and it's plastic utensils. Charm is so good omg! Okay so they have the best spring rolls ever! I get their summer rolls. Amazing! I love how they don't use shredded lettuce. They have the best spicy beef salad hands down. I'm unsure what they put in their sauce but it's quite amazing. Their chicken lumpia, bbq pork rice bowl and their boba are a must try. I think I order too much from here. I don't like leaving negative reviews usually, but I just didn't think the food here was good, fresh tasting or warrants the prices they're charging. The spring rolls (they call them something else here) were extremely bland and seemed like they might have been sitting around for awhile (microwave was also spotted in the kitchen--not usually the best sign). I also found the food to be very sloppily presented and almost thrown together--the way the food was spiced also tasted weird and just wasn't good. I have to say that even on an off day, Spring Thai seems to put way more effort into preparing their food. All in all, not happy with the meal and food and will not be returning. read more

I am admittedly not a seafood lover, so if you enjoy seafood ignore this post. I ordered from Charm Thai 2 times, in order to give them a chance. Both times, The food I ordered tasted overwhelmingly of fish sauce, more that any Thai food restaurant I've eaten at. I have never had to throw out Thai food due to flavor, but I did throw out the pad see ew both times. I do think this could be great restaurant...they might just want to temper the fish sauce. I will also say that I ordered the eggplant and pork...which had okay flavor, but the eggplant wasn't completely cooked. Adding on because I finally got the chance to dine in, and it was great! You can order on a tablet in the front, then pick a table or bar seat. The woman at the counter was very nice, and told us to let her know if we had any questions. Within 10-15 minutes of ordering, our food was brought out! Loved the quick service, and I loved the cute plates and cups haha. Everything was delicious, especially the summer rolls!
