Nobody in the crowd understood the code/code & name/code. It was a big guessing game. Why didn't someone take charge? I could have gone behind the counter and filled orders faster for online with whatever was left for those who didn't pick up in house orders! And don't get me started on the mounds of chicken just sitting under the lights waiting to be packaged up! The entire scene was like an I Love Lucy episode with the chocolates loading up the packaging ramp and no customers were able to eat

This place is an Asian fusion restaurant that knocked my socks off. After eating here for the sixth time, I thought I should write up a review. I can see a little bit of Japanese influence in their nori wraps which are delicious. I had one with the Satay chicken, corn, pepper, cilantro, broccoli, and white rice. I used the Chasu sauce which really brings out the flavor for the meal. I also like their bowls. I ordered the bolgogi beef with half lo mein and half veggies. I added the same ingredients as before in terms of veggies and had them use the same Chasu sauce. Both are my favorite dishes. They also have a hot/spicey sauce that one of the employees suggested to go with the bolgogi beef that my friend tried, and he thoroughly enjoyed it! read more

We tried out Chasu tonight as part of their soft opening. There was a limited menu, but we got to try a good selection of their offerings. The wings had a nice flavor and just a little bit of crisp to them. My favorite of the starters was the tofu fries. They had a great flavor and dipped in the sweet & sour I could have eaten them all night! I also had a bowl, prepared with white rice, bulgogi (beef) and chicken satay, street corn, peanut sauce and kale. Next time I plan to make a nori wrap to compare. The restaurant staff were very friendly and quick. This will definitely become one of our favorites, with enough food choices to please both us as adults, and our children. read more

What a surprise! Excellent service! The food is delicious. I've never had burdock root like this and it was tasty. I had the Chasu pork in a seaweed wrap and added a bunch of veggies. Tried the sides too. My friend had a bowl with bul-go-gi for the meat. We both commented after ward that we were full yet the food didn't feel heavy. Very satisfying. Our food was fresh and the serving line was very good at helping us with our choices. A very nice, healthier alternative to many restaurants.
