The windshield washer fluid system doesn't work, the tire pressure was low, a light bulb was out, and the car shakes at around 65 mph. There is also a whining noise coming from the rear, the wheels vibrate, the transmission slips when slowing down, and the muffler sounds loose or abnormal. I returned to the dealership the very next day--I hadn't even had the car for 24 hours. I had put down a $3,000 deposit, and they kept $700 of it when I brought the vehicle back. In my experience, they were not honest about the condition of the car. I feel misled and would strongly caution others to inspect any vehicle thoroughly before doing business here.

Luay spoke with me and I was impressed by his frank appraisal of the car and general attitude. I showed up at 10 AM and Luay was ready with the key and had the car prepped and looking good. This car is a 2016 Honda Fit with just over 98k miles. It has some cosmetic imperfections, as any car that age does. But after a thorough test drive, i felt that this car would serve us well. Luay and I reached a deal quickly, and i drove the car home. I bought this car on the 9th, but wanted to give it some time in case any issues arose. All communication was easily done through email and text, although phone and in-person contact was also available. Process starts with completing a convenient online request. From there, Kim contacted me to fully understand my wishlist, range of optional requirements, and any non-negotiables. After reaching out to their dealer network, within a day she provided a list of potential matches with estimated OTD prices, which included some in SoCal available for transfer to the Bay Area and cars still in production with estimated availability dates. I had a lot of questions and some requests and Kim was very responsive and instrumental in relaying them to the dealer and advocating for me. Home delivery to SF is also currently no charge, while delivery outside of the city is available with a modest fee. Upon first contact, I asked if weekend pickup or delivery was available, since their normal hours are on weekdays. Kim made note of it and remembered my preference even after the sale was completed. Chris was able to make himself available for Saturday pickup! We took a walk around the car took a look inside. We spent no more than 10 minutes reviewing and signing paperwork, received my keys, and I was off with my brand new car! In addition, my contacting the main office in Torrance, California, was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a long time. I got such a runaround from them.
