    Crack in windshield

    Took my car to the service center for a check engine light and a condenser recall. They kept my vehicle multiple days and returned it to me with a massive crack in the window. I saw it the moment I sat in my car and brought it to the attendants attention. Was basically told it was there before and I just didn't see it. When I said it was clearly in my view they brushed me off again and said it was from an impact. I called the manager and my husband called to complain when he saw it. They said it didn't matter if it happened on their property, since it wasn't done during maintenance they wouldn't fix it. Only offer was to bring it back so they could determine if it was from an impact which the attendant already told me it was. They did an inspection on day of drop off where they said windows were good so clearly there wasn't a foot long crack in my windshield but I guess their own inspections don't matter. So now I have to pay $400 to replace my windshield and I was spoken to as if I could've missed a giant crack in my window. Terrible service, we will be servicing and buying cars elsewhere. I've lodged an official complaint with Honda.

    I bring my grandmothers car here for service. I don't come often because she rarely drives it. Terry Ruffin is my favorite service guy. He has been here since the beginning of time. Lol. He still has a good attitude, so he clearly loves his job. The waiting area and sales floor are clean. The staff in the sales area aren't the friendliest. They don't have complimentary snacks or drinks like my Acura dealership does. I guess I'm spoiled to be expecting snacks for free. Lol. The cost isn't bad for them though. I got a candy bar, bag of chips, & canned soda for under $3. I'm giving them 3 stars because they are slooooooowwwwww today. I've been here over 2 hours for an inspection and I'm ready to go. I'm wondering if they forgot about me. I'm definitely going to check. I'm ready to go!

    My insurance company sent me to this business for repair of a minor fender bender. I couldn't have…read morebeen more pleased with the service I received. It was a friendly office from the receptionist to the Service Advisor handling my repairs. The Service Advisor took my keys & listened to my concern about the remote no longer causing the car to beep. He asked if the horn was working. I had no idea since I'm not in Brooklyn right now, where horns are an important requirement for proper driving etiquette. He checked & it wasn't. We went back inside and I waited while he went into his office & worked up an estimate. While waiting I was very impressed with the receptionist/customer service employee's phone demeanor. She was wonderful handling customers who were upset because their parts hadn't come in. I totally empathized with her. For decades I had owned a business that was completely dependent on the manufacturer to furnish parts. Customers can be brutal over something out of the business's control. When she wasn't busy I went up & praised her telephone skills. We shared stories & I felt like I had known her forever. When the Service Manager presented me with the estimate it looked very reasonable. He told me my insurance company would cover 100%. YAY! Parts would be ordered & I would receive a call when they came in. When I brought the car back for the repair my Service Advisor asked if I needed a rental. Having another vehicle I declined. Upon every visit & periodically I would receive text updates, which I absolutely loved. My vehicle was in the center for repair about a work week. When I arrived for pickup my Service Advisor first hit the lock button on the remote to show me my important "finding vehicle in parking garage" feature worked again. The repair itself looked perfect & has a lifetime warranty. He knew I wanted to get home before dark & asked if I had a rental to return. Pointing to my other vehicle I told him that I didn't get a rental. He then was concerned about my getting my other vehicle home, which I thought was absolutely above & beyond what most people would do. When he learned I had a friend drive it he said that I'd better go since it would soon be dark. The collision center is behind the dealership on a side street. Going west on Virginia Beach Boulevard turn right at the traffic light just past the dealership. Then turn right at the next street. The Collision Center is on the south side of the street, Homes line the opposite side of the road. The Collision Center does work for a number of insurance companies. Plaques and certificates line one wall. Almost every person that came in was working with a different insurance company. I can understand why this is the Collision Center of choice for many companies. Their employees, work & attention to detail are superb.

I get there to pick it up and not only is it FILTHY, it was not repaired correctly from the accident. The manager (Chad) told me " I don't have to do a damn thing" when I asked why it hadn't even been washed. If you like being cussed at and having to guess the status of your vehicle repair...this place is for you, but they will NEVER get my business again. An office full of incompetent idiots.

    FIRST TIME - Car not aligned SECOND TIME - Bumper falls off…read more I got my car repaired or (replaced) here around March 23rd. An 18 wheeler backed up into my parked car. It was taken there from my insurance. First The employee assured me that my car would look brand new and like nothing happened. He then said my whole bumper would be taken off. HE SAID IT WAS BE REPLACED. He said it would take about three weeks because that's what it normally takes. I got my car back in six days. it did not look brand new and the piece that was dented in was still visibly dented in. I took it back and the employee agreed that it did not look properly done. I left my car and I got it back the 2 days later because Aaron said he was waiting for the piece of the bumper. Two weeks later, today, I'm on the highway and my rear bumper falls off. I go to caliber collision and they tell me that, that part is not related to what was done when in fact, you have to takeoff the bumper to fix it and repair it. THEN clip it and screw to secure it. You cannot do it while it's on the car therefore you must tighten something back up once you put it back. There were screws missing and nothing was broken or chipped so it was impossible for anything to have been ripped out as the general manager was trying to say. Telling me it was repaired now not replaced. They tried to tell me that that must've happened after I picked up the Vehicle. I picked it up two weeks ago so something must have been loose two weeks ago for it to come offwhile I'm driving. I did not get rear ended I did not get into no accident. . No one has the time to f**k with me and rip it out and I wouldn't want my car in the shop again! due to work, so there's no reason that I'd lie about this or that I'd want to be doing this. They tell me they can give me the quote for the new repair. I shouldn't have to pay s**t when I just picked up my car and the part that fell off is related to where you guys repaired because there's no way you can repair it without touching that part. I looked under my car, screws were missing and, where the clips go They were still in place, nothing on the bottom was damaged. So nothing was ripped out. I'm thinking since I got my car back in six days that they were moving too fast and must have not tightened it properly, but of course they cannot take accountability and now I have to get it done myself. I messed up and told him I work in construction. I mentioned it because I would notice if anything happened to my car being that I don't park on job sites. So the general manager wanted to use this and say it was my fault and I must have went somewhere. Just called back and said they see warping on the clip holders I would not recommend. My customer service rep was awesome…read more 1 Star for the "Interior Appearance" of my vehicle when I first picked it up. **This is a new 2026 vehicle, so it was dropped off very clean. **My car should have not been dirty at all, I feel like my car was driven around while it was not being serviced. *There was a pocket knife wedged in the seat, it could have punctured my leather. *Dashboard had white flour water looking residue all over it. *Both front floor mats looks as if they were washed in white flour water. *Back seats had the same white flour water residue, but on the seats and headrests. Why are you in my backseat when you are repairing my bumper? *Window sticker residue was left on the windshield.
