I used this place for my carpet clean because my friend told me too but after what she told me how Nick the owner treated her I stopped using him too. She is going through a lot of medical issues just because she couldn't hear the door bell twice on the 3rd time after she asked him to help with some moving of light furniture because she is now disabled he rushed to tell her to find someone else! She called me crying that he told her that. This company is always busy and is in a major rush getting to the other job. It's like hurry up with this one to get to the next one. They are too busy and take on too many Customers in one day! Carpet is drenched afterwards cuz the rush and it gets crunchy and brown on the edges. I should of stopped when she did plus how could you tell a sick disabled person to find someone else just cuz she asked you to help her move some light stuff? If your disabled clearly go with a company that really cares about the current work not having the next job on their mind. It's like he is in a contest to see how many houses he can clean in a day and how many he can book in a day. Call them if you don't believe me watch how busy he is and then when he gets there how fast he is wanting to get the job done to get to the next. Try other places that have new technology of cleaning its awesome I have been Hooked with another place that does organic non drenching Cleaning! I've got a dog who thinks she owns the couch and the livingroom. So, I was frantically looking for an upholstery and carpet cleaner in the weeks before my wedding. The entire family was coming to visit - I wanted our well-used couch and carpets clean of dog hair and dog smell. After looking online and seeing CL reviews, I called Neat Nix. Call back time was fast. I spoke to Nick who understood what I wanted and set a date and time. He and his co-worker arrived 5 minutes early and got to work. He explained the price before they started - no surprises and seemed affordable. It took a few hours, and they worked hard the whole time. He uses all natural cleaners and brings his own water supply (from his truck) so he's very self contained. My favorite moment was walking into the living room that day after work - it smelled CLEAN!! Not like industrial strength-cleaner smell, not like dog smell, just that nice fresh "clean" smell that I'd forgotten could exist. YES! This is the first business ever that has motivated me to make an online comment. Neat Nix is FANTASTIC. My husband and I were hopeful that they would be based on all the positive reviews, but they truly exceeded our expectations - they showed up on time and got right to work; they went out of their way to protect corners with padding, prevented tracking dirt in from outside with mats; moved boxes and furniture that were in the way; and worked REALLY hard non-stop until the job was done. Our carpets look amazing (we just moved into our first home and were trying to eliminate the previous human and dog smell...) and our couch looks almost like new. On top of all that, Nick was unbelievably friendly and professional, as were the men he brought with him, and the price was LESS than we'd expected. Neat Nix cleaned 900 sq ft in a home we just purchased. Took them 90 minutes. They showed up on time, looked professional and were very nice, especially Nick. The quote he gave me over the phone was about $25 less than the actual bill, but I told him I thought there was 600 sq ft to clean. They hooked up all their equipment - I didn't have to do anything at all, other than write the check. They used protective equipment around the corners of room to prevent their hose from scraping the walls as they move the house. Neat Nix was able to get day-old bright green paint out of the carpet. A couple months ago, I hired a carpet cleaner to clean my couch and loveseat. They tried to jack up the price they quoted me, my husband had to hook up their hoses for them, they left the couch and loveseat sopping wet, etc. Neat Nix is way better than that and super -professional. We called Nick to come and clean 4 bedrooms, plus our living/office area. The bedroom carpets are just over 2 years old, so they weren't too bad. But the living room and office carpets, whoa baby they were gross! This was the only carpet that we didn't replace when we moved in, and it shows. Despite cleaning by the previous owners, dirt started appearing everywhere, and we were convinced that it would never look decent again. Enter Nick. He laughed at our skepticism and told us "just you wait and see," and by golly he was right! The carpet looks fantastic, considering its age and what it looked like when he started the job. Nick was outstanding! I didn't think I'd be inspired to add a review about carpet cleaning, but he really did an amazing job. I added a before/after photo of our hallway as well. We have 3 cats and a dog, and had several tough spots in the carpet that I was concerned about. Nick showed up, right on time. He was very friendly and professional. He had another gentleman with him and I showed him which areas I wanted cleaned. His prices were very reasonable. He cleaned 4 rooms and the stairs in just about an hour. My wife and I have been using Neat Nix Carpet Care for about 8 years. We have 3 cats and a dog, so there's always pet related stains to deal with along with the regular day to day dirt and grim that attaches itself to a wall to wall carpet.
