The skin was always crunchy without ever feeling oily. The meat was tender and juicy and had a nice flavor to it. All in all, it always tasted very buttery for all the right reasons. The staff were genuinely soooooooooooooooo nice, especially the darker gentleman with the ponytail (?) and accent and the really cute Taiwanese girl with beautiful porcelain skin.
