I cannot put into words how much I appreciate and would recommend Phil and Tony. I started coming to these two after I bought my first car, an old 1990 Camry, when I was 20. These guys have always had my best interest in mind, knowing that I'm a struggling college student. They've gotten to know me after the 4 Years of consistent loyalty to this place, and always treat me kindly, and do their best to make it as affordable as possible. I now have a 2006 Camry, and wouldn't bring my car to anyone else. I've had car trouble while being out of town, and call and ask Phil for advice. I took my car to the shop at Morello Chevron, I gave the Auto Shop Manager the quote from Audi. He said he could do the repairs for $1500. The day I picked up my car the manager was so rude, he demanded I pay cash. I had my fiancee come home from work and go to the bank so I could pay it all in cash. When I returned from the bank, the station employees had moved my car from the parking lot into the shop and it was lifted up on the rack. I confronted the employees to why my car was moved and lifted, if it had already been repaired, what business did they have underneath my car? The car still had the engine light on, but I did not want to ever go back to Morelli Chevron, because of my nightmare with them. I left it parked, but when I needed to get the renewal on the registration, I took it to another shop, with both quotes from Audi and Morello Chevron, the shop diagnosed the car and said it has serious problems and take it back to the shop that did the work. I called Morello Chevron. They refused to let me speak to the stations manager but instead had me talk to the manager of their shop. I told him what the mechanic said and the manager of the Morelli Chevrons shop refused to fix it. He said he knew the engine light was still on when I picked up the car. I told him I will have to take this to small claims, none of this damage was there before Morello Chevron worked on my car. The shop manager said "do what you gotta do". He did admit he knew the engine light was on when I took my car home. So I took my car to a Audi repair shop and they told me and Morello's shop manager admitted, they removed the transmission to fix the oil leak. Now instead of an oil leak, the turbo, catalitic converter, and electrical are not working. Plus the underneath engine cover of my car was now off, needing replacement. I called Chevron, they said it is not there problem, Morello Chevron is independently owned. When Chevron contacted the station owner, he said it is not his problem, the repair shop is independently owned. Since I had already spent my $1700. I am now on the hook to pay Audi for the 6 pages of damages to my car, which were not there before I took it to the repair shop at Morello Chevron. Buyer Beware. read more

I had an appointment last Thursday on November 5. It was at 10 AM and I got lost so I was about 15 minutes late. The manager said that I would have to wait to see if his 1030 appointment came in if The appointment didn't show that he could change the oil on my car. That appointment didn't come in so he was able to take me at 10:30. When the technician came over to get my keys I asked him if he would wash my windows for me and I would pay him five dollars and he said you'd pay me five dollars just to wash my windows and I said yes as a tip. Then the manager started screaming at me at the top of his lungs... I don't pay him $30 an hour to wash your windows. You were late so get out of here. As I was pulling out he came to the front of my car and started screaming and don't ever come back!!! I am in my 70s and disabled I use tracking polls to walk or a walker I have a handicap sticker. This man treated me very badly. I don't know what I would have done if he had been right in my face. He was about a parking space away from me. He is a big man!!! I'll be honest, I haven't treated my car the best in the 10 years I've had it. I mean, I've been good to it (frequent oil changes and new tires when I noticed baldness), but not remotely close to what most people would consider simply "taking care of your car". So after a decade of basic neglect and 170,000+ miles, I decided it was time for a tune-up. I know what you're thinking, "10 years and not a single tune-up? How is that thing even running?". I have no idea. I do know I don't like having a car payment, so whatever it takes to keep the machine rolling. Phil and his team at this Chevron were recommended by my wife. She knows more about cars than I do, so I didn't flinch when she told me where we were going. Boy was she right. Phil and his team did an amazing job. Honesty, frequent communication and fair pricing. I had my transmission done, rear brake pads, fixed the radiator, coolant, new spark plugs, four new tires and an oil change. I felt the difference the second I turned the ignition. After one ride back home, I honestly would've paid double. The crew running the Morello Chevron service station are very communicative, friendly and helpful. When I came in with a flat, they didn't have the tires I needed in stock, but patched the tire and when I came in later to get the tires I needed installed, they applied the flat fix amount to their charges. They drove me to my house and picked me up when they finished, so I wouldn't have to wait at the garage. They found additional problems with the brakes when replacing the brake pads, but did not charge extra for labor when fixing those issues, as they had already disassembled the brakes. These guys are very helpful and deserve their positive reviews. read more

I was directed here by a friend after I was having car problems that I couldn't fix. I have been here twice and each time has been a wonderful experience. The head mechanic was honest with me with my first car, even trying everything within his power the car couldn't be fixed within the amount of the car's worth. He even gave me a discount because he felt bad about not being able to save the car. I took my new car back to these guys. My radiator seemed to be leaking. After a quick diagnosis they called me back and said that it would be done early the next day and the price was incredibly fair. I can't wait to get my car tomorrow. I've been taking my car to one of the big name shops for a long time and then finally decided to look for a local mechanic who I could work with and trust. Decided to try this place out since it's pretty local and I've stopped here on a few occasions to buy gas. I've taken my car here twice now and I'm really happy with the service and the pricing. I had been quoted $500 from one big name store to replace a bad tie rod. I put it off for a while then had these guys look at it. They determined the problem was with only the left front linkage and repaired it for $170, saving me $330. I'm going to go back in a few weeks for some other work I've been putting off for a long time - really happy to have found these guys! read more

I've always had good experiences with the repair shop till I had to have a big ticket item done. My SUV was leaking a quart of oil a month, talked with them first about it, they said bring it in. After checking the vehicle over, they called and said it needed new valve cover gaskets. Okay, picked the vehicle up the following day, repair bill was $657.40. Within 1 week I noticed still a lot of oil coming from under the engine compartment. A quart low now, took it to another local shop and within the first day was told the oil leak is coming from the front crank case seal. It is now as dry as a bone for a cost of $310.00. An honest repair shop! On the recommendation of some friends, I brought my aging Chevy truck here when the "check engine" light came on. Within about 5 minutes Phil and a mechanic checked things out and reported it was just an incorrect indicator light - no charge. This service station is a class act. The owner and the cashiers are always friendly and thank you for your business. Phil and his staff in the garage are top-notch. As said in other reviews, they never try to upsell you (the Jiffy Lube routine) things you don't need. In fact, they even talked me out of performing a service I asked for because it wasn't needed. Last time I had an oil change I forgot to ask for a tire rotation while they had the car on the lift. I took it back a couple of days later for the rotation and they performed it in a few minutes -- no extra charge! A nice way to treat a regular (and now permanent) customer. read more

First of all I am actually giving them a -1 star review. I was going there as a first time client, but when I walked up the person that worked there proceeded to yell at me at the top of his lungs. No hello how are you doing mam, yelled at me. The person resembled an evil version of Willie from Duck Dynasty. He yelled that my appointment was at 11:30, (it was at 12:30) I said as much, he continued to yell stating that I confirmed in the morning. To which I stated yes 12:30. He asked (still yelling) if I wanted to look at the appointment book because he makes the appointments (people still use appointment books?) I said that wasn't necessary I would do my oil change another time. Here's the thing I'll never come back, and if I were a man he would have never have yelled at me. Very quick service. I called first and asked about a nail in my tire to see if they could fix it, and they said when I got there, they could stop what they're doing and do it right away. I got there and they did exactly as said. It took less than 10 minutes. I'm very pleased with their quick service and friendliness, not so pleased with the price... A friend told me it shouldn't have costed me more than $10-$15, and they charged me $25! A little upset I paid so much but I guess it was worth the time saved, seeing as I went to Les Schwab first and they told me it was going to be 1.5 hour wait. read more
