    Pesto Chicken Bake Rigatoni
    Louise E.

Came in for dinner with a resevation but still waited maybe around 10 minutes to get seated. Because of that, we were given a complimentary fries (we were actually surprised upon paying when our server told us that). For starters, we had the cheese bread with a red sauce dip, seasoned fries & boneless chicken bites. For our main meal, we had 2 types of pizzas -- a thin crusted pepperoni pizza and the deep dish pizza which i liked more. It was just a longer wait for that deep dish pizza but it was totally worth it. I also had a baked rigatoni chicken pesto with garlic bread which tasted delicious. Our server was a nice young blonde lady (i didn't get her name). She was lovely and very energetic. She made sure all our needs were met and kept checking in on us.

After a long and frustrating day on the golf course, stopping in for a drink was exactly what I needed--and Danny made the experience even better. The place was absolutely packed, yet she never missed a beat. Despite how busy it was, she remained friendly, attentive, professional, and provided outstanding service throughout the entire visit. Danny has a great attitude, works incredibly hard, and made sure everyone at the bar was taken care of. It's not easy to maintain that level of service when you're dealing with a full crowd, but she handled it effortlessly. Excellent bartender, excellent customer service, and a big reason I'll be coming back. Thank you, Danny!

I haven't been to Chicago Fire in a long time. This used to be my Friday norm back in the day -- pizza, wings, salad, repeat. It's been forever since those nights, and honestly, walking in tonight felt like stepping into an old routine I barely remembered. Sat down, ordered, and right away the waitress set the tone -- excellent service, super attentive, and really welcoming. The meal overall was solid. The only thing that missed the mark a bit was the pizza. It just needed more sauce and didn't quite taste like how I remembered it from years ago. I asked for a little extra sauce, and the manager actually came over to check in. I shared my take, and he was awesome -- engaging, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure everything was right. That interaction alone reminded me what great hospitality feels like. Because of that, I'll definitely be back. Old spot, new experience, and service that really made the difference.

You must get the extra hot buffalo sauce!

Came here during lunch on a Thursday. My party of 4 immediately found a place to sit in the bar area. There were plenty of tables available, with only 2 other groups at the time. Our server was quick to take our beverage orders, and soon after followed up with our meal orders. I went with the pizza meal for $13.99. In this economy, that's a deal! Comes with your choice of a pizza, an appetizer, and a drink. I went with the Chicago Fire deep dish with habanero sauce and the boneless chicken extra hot buffalo. I love me spice and the extra hot buffalo sauce was perfect. It comes with 4 good sized pieces, a side of ranch dipping sauce and celery sticks. A classic boneless chicken wings appetizer. It came out pretty quickly, piping hot. I'm a fan of pizza, any style and topping, so I knew I'd enjoy, but the habanero sauce just elevated the experience for me. It was a slow heat to begin with but the more you ate, it increased. Since I ordered the deep dish personal, I only ate half of it. Def a lot of crust. Took my leftovers and asked for the habanero sauce to-go. It's dangerous how close I am to this location. I will be back to try the other toppings

Take out date success. Ordered on doordash because pizza was requested. Appetizers, pizza, and dessert. Loved the utensils and plates with order. Everything was hot and fresh. Husband said meatballs were okay. Would order again!

First Chicago deep dish ever! Wow, it was amazing!

First time here and WOW! we loved it. That deep dish pizza was NO JOKE! We did the Dinner deal with Boneless wings and a dessert. We really like it all!

Ambiance; Typical basic restaurant decor. Service: I was part of a large group (16) on Monday for a graduation party. Only one waitress for our table. And she was the bomb. She made sure we were very well taken care of and our food was fresh and hot. Food: I had the Garlic Steak Sandwich and some wings. Both were outstanding and would order them on a regular basis.

Dinner here was delicious! Our server was an absolute delight which made our time here super comfortable! We had quick a few drinks and they were all different and tasty. However, I can say the Negroni drink was not what I expected and it didn't taste well. Overall, definitely come check this spot with friends because it's fun here!

    Stockyard personal pizza.

I was visiting from out of town and my brother suggested Chicago Fire. I was not disappointed, and would go as far to say this is probably one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Ordered the deep dish Stockyard. Not your typical deep dish dough, more like a really good pie crust. Really tasty. Also had the lunch special that included salad or boneless wings, and we opted for the wings. Also some of the best boneless wings I've had. Overall the special was a great value. Our waiter was Cooper and he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a good quality pizza, and great service. I will definitely be back when I am in town.

Who doesn't love the idea of a speakeasy?? We decided to head to Roseville in pursuit of a secret place. We found the secret door, knocked, and a young man answered. He asked for the password. Unfortunately I am not on social media and that's where you're supposed to find it. Bummer! I decided to use my own password. It worked and we entered the inner sanctum. It was a cool, smallish place with nice decor. The bar was the first thing we saw. I looked around to see a few tables and couches to the left. It was pretty early and there were only a few people there so we got a cozy little table in front of a velvety couch. I went to the bar where a burly tattooed OG bartender greeted me. I ordered an old fashioned and a raspberry lemon drop. My old fashioned was done very well. I'm on an old fashioned kick right now and love to try them at different places that look like they know how to make them. This one was really good. My friend wasn't so keen on her lemon drop, saying the lavender was a bit overpowering. We had another round and this time she had something different that she enjoyed. My second old fashioned was just as good as the first. It was getting later and more people happened to have the password and it was getting crowded. We were done, paid the tab, which wasn't bad considering how most speakeasy's can be pretty pricy. Overall, it was a great experience, the place was nice, friendly, and the drinks were done well. Give it a shot. Find the password, or use your own if you dare!

You'd be forgiven for thinking you were in the wrong place or about to make a mistake and put yourself into a sketchy place. We looked around for a more "realistic" entry way not knowing the most realistic entry way is one that looks like a back door to a closed vacuum or furniture storefront. That's exactly the point. You knock. Immediately, the door opens. A man in a cowboy hat looks you over. He doesn't wear a name tag. He doesn't need one. He asks, "You have something to say?" If you've done your homework, and say the right thing, the door stays open. You're in. I do not know what happens if you do not have the word. What follows is less a bar and more a pocket of time. The interior is small but well conceived. The bar sits directly at the entrance, flanked by a few standing guests and several small tables. Beyond that, the space opens up into a lounge with seating for six to eight, and a longer bench-style area for a dozen or so. The walls are dark, the lighting low. It's the kind of place that feels like it remembers what Prohibition was, even if most of us never lived it. It felt like walking onto a movie set where we might be extras, and the main characters would enter and play out a scene. It was a perfect example of a speak easy in full swing. Even the glassware was legitimate. The decor is intentional. Books tucked into corners. Stags mounted on the wall. Nothing feels store-bought or trendy. It's immersive without trying too hard. The seats were not overstuffed contemporary types nor were the tables or even foot stools. They all looked like they came from a speak easy back in the day. About the only thing that did not look like the real thing were the patrons, as they were dressed casually, and of course the iPhones. I suppose that would have caused quite a ruckus during prohibition! Conversations are constant, layered over each other and laughter. It gets loud, but not obnoxious. There's a rhythm to the space that holds. My suggestion is to not go at 7pm on a Saturday and hope to get a prized table, couch or seat. Now, to the drinks. House Divided serves anything you ask for, but they lean into the theme. Classic cocktails done right. Throwbacks with historical lean. Creative new entries like lavender martinis that aren't just gimmicks. Each drink feels made by someone who knows what they're doing and takes pride in the process. This is not vodka-soda speed bar territory. It's craft, and it shows. I did not see a bottle of ocean spray anywhere, but what I did see were large glass bottles labeled with the juice or concoction held within. The little details are obvious! If I were to translate my usual framework:    *   Ambiance and Service: 4 stars (it can get loud and if you are here to have a conversation it will be difficult)    *   Quality: 5 stars- I had a simple drink - vodka and cranberry. With something "special" that the tender added. I don't know what it was, but the taste was wonderful! Way different than my standard go to!    *   Value? That depends on whether you're measuring price per ounce, or the fact that you just got to walk through a green door into another world. But in reality, 5 stars. Do I wish for more seating? Yes. Perhaps more quiet? Yes. But if it were those things, would it be the same? No. My guess is going on a Saturday at 7pm is going to be a bit crowded, and loud. That's my fault, and testament to their quality. Next, I found the staff to be great! Even the doorman gave it character, cowboy hat and boots and all! Great experience!

We arrived with a 7:15 reservation, and our table wasn't ready for about 15 minutes. Since we needed to leave by 8:40 we asked before being seated whether there would be enough time to dine, and we were assured there would be. Once seated, we were again told timing would be fine as long as we ordered immediately, which we did. However, there was apparently a shortage of clean silverware available for about 20 minutes, and we didn't receive water until roughly 25 minutes after sitting down. We were also never served bread. We ordered beer and wine at the same time as our food order, shortly after being seated, but by 8:30 we still had not received drinks or any food. Concerned about making it home on time, we asked for the bill and our meals to be packed to go, but the food never arrived. The waiter eventually came to our table and ripped up the receipt. We ultimately left at 8:40 without ever receiving dinner or the drinks we ordered at the beginning of the meal. Many nearby tables appeared to be having similar experiences, and staff were managing multiple frustrated guests, along with tables that had not been served food or drinks, or orders that came out incorrectly. Again, the issue did not seem to be the waitstaff themselves, but the overall extreme delay in getting any drinks and food, which should not take over an hour.
