Local walking in order tables and chairs comfortable absolutely fine for what it is. Food... I had their special bratwurst hoagie... Small sausage big roll light on the peppers and onions. Not bad but I would certainly not come back for it. French fries were freshly cooked and crispy... Yum. Service... One woman working in the front... Justin from another job with the other jobs T-shirt on... Didn't seem to know much about what was going on. Another woman who was serving food that where the orders were took seem to know the score there in terms of the menu. But she wasn't family. She didn't ask if I needed anything else when she brought my food and never came back. I got a sandwich with yellow mustard on which I absolutely do not like ever, but ate it given the circumstances and wasn't feeling like I wanted to wait for them to redo it and the environment with the lack of service. I must say too like so many places you pay they turn around for you to sign and then it asked for a tip and I absolutely refuse to tip before I get service. Or if the service is just taking an order or buying something. It's crazy. Anyway, between the food and the service, I would definitely not come back to the café. If I live closer, I'd probably come check out the bakery. That was pretty busy while I was sitting there.

Pies are . . . fine, and kinda small (and not inexpensive, maybe reaching towards pricey); it's the kinda thing you are willing to pay for in order to bring it to a gathering, only to find almost no one bothers to eat it. And so you don't bother. The cookies are pretty good, actually. (And, yes, I know Italian delis - my Italian grandparents brought me to them in New York when I was a child. However, I'm not judging Tully's against these (as in "it's not as good as Back East"), I'm just saying it never really turns my crank.) Today I had a hot chicken, cheese,onion and pepper sandwich, the Carmela. It was a lot of food. But . . . not a lot of flavor. A whole lot of drippy mess in the bottom of my basket, though: water absolutely sopped through the (completely unmemorable tasting) bread loaf and pooled at the bottom of my basket as I ate in. The potato salad served alongside was fine - like what you'd get at Albertson's. The chicken was tender and . . . essentially without flavor, not even salt. There had clearly been a little marinade (I could sense some oregano and maybe garlic in there) but man could this thing have used about five times as much seasoning and then a healthy dose of a vinegar/garlic/oregano dressing on top of it. Bland. Lots of food in that $17 (almost $25 with tip) sandwich, but not a lot of enjoyment. I've had other Tully's sandwiches (both for here and to-go) that were better, but I can't really recall any of them . . . and I _never_ rush back. Like I said, this is a place I think about ("Hey, I'm right nearby; I should try Tully's again!") about once a year . . . and then, meh. To be fair - I believe that I am pretty out in left field on this take: Tully's is popular and always hopping. Get here early unless you want to stand in line. I only had to wait about three minutes to order, but by the time I left at noon this Friday there was a line to order all the way from the counter to the door. In terms of the room, it's a deli. Reasonably well set out with a decent amount of seating set out well, as well as some outside seating that you might want to try when it's not in the nineties. You order at the counter, pay, go get your own fountain drink (they also have some beer and wine, which they will serve you), find a seat and they'll bring it to you. When you're done, you bus it yourself. Pleasant staff - I don't regret tipping, although they don't do much. (As others have mentioned, if you get a cup of water, Tully's generously gives you a decent sized Solo cup - another plus.) It's fine. If you go, at least get yourself some cookies - they're pretty good.

I was excited to give it a try since gluten-free options can sometimes be difficult to find in Albuquerque. When we arrived, they weren't too busy. I looked over the menu and narrowed my choices down to The Kind sandwich or the Not'Chos with chicken. I explained to the person taking our order that I have a gluten allergy and asked about the ingredients in both items, as well as what precautions they take when preparing gluten-free sandwiches. Unfortunately, he really didn't have a clue. He had no idea about any thing I was asking. He did say everything is prepared in the same area and that the sandwiches all go into the same oven/toaster together. I was really disappointed to hear this. It's frustrating, simply offering gluten-free bread doesn't make an item safe for people who medically need to avoid gluten. The employee taking our order had no idea what cross-contamination precautions meant when I asked about them. After asking several questions, I decided that the Not'Chos seemed like my safest option. I was told they are placed in the oven on their own paper, so although I was still hesitant, I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, I became sick shortly after eating them. My husband and daughter enjoyed their food, so I can't speak negatively about the food in general. However, based on my experience, I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone with celiac disease, a gluten allergy, or anyone who needs to strictly avoid gluten. I really hope they consider providing better employee training and putting proper cross-contact precautions in place, since they are advertising gluten-free options.

Hi, I am a previous employee and I am going to tell you just how much this place sucks- from being under payed to questionable hygiene. (Managers 10$/h). If you by accident break something it will come out of your pocket e.g. the sauces... the amount of pay that will be deducted from your paycheck is not the retail price but the price that the customer would have payed. The owner, PAUL PRICE, will try to get new employees to sign "the pizza challenge". If you stay more then 3 months he will give you 75$, If not, he will deduct 75$ out of your paycheck. This is a tactic to not pay workers who realize how much this place sucks after the first or second day. Even though the challenge is "voluntary" the feeling that one gets is: "Will I be hired if I don't agree to it?"... which will lead financially desperate individuals like myself at the time, to feel pressured into "agreeing" even if they don't want too. Everyone is expected to do everything.. delivery drivers, cooks, etc will clean toilets among other things at some point. This could be fair IF IT WAS PART OF THE JOB DESCRIPTION. HYGIENE: I have personally disposed rotten pineapple out of the food tray!!! It should never get that far!!! IN MY ENTIRE TIME THERE I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN ANYONE USE GLOVES. Employees handle cash, drive, use the register and go back too handling food without washing hands In between. And I understand the lack of motivation to perform well in this "restaurant". The fact that the owner PAUL PRICE flashes his Lamborghini in the driveway comes across as a huge F**K YOU to the under payed employees. Some shifts will be arranged in such away that you have 2 hours of "unpaid break" in which you may go home or waste your time at the restaurant. I left in less then a week. Even though I ended up not signing the Pizza challenge I was deducted 75$ from my paycheck as PAUL PRICE claimed that I had verbally agreed to it. Don't work here, don't eat here, don't support PAUL PRICE. (P.s it took me a day to understand Why PAUL PRICE does not give out his name to employees. I found it out via contacts. He asks you to refer to him as "Mr P." and won't give you his name.) read more

We were excited to try Chicago pizza Kitchen on Eubank until we actually did. The worst experience we have ever had. My husband is a disabled veteran and the owner Paul Price and his 2 wives Sheryl Price and Laurie Price Run it, under the illusion of being disabled veterans when they are very able. It appears to be a legitimate criminal enterprise.We heard an employee discussing that she couldn't handle working with Paul the owner because he used her for sexual favors and then used her job against her knowing it was her lively hood. In addition the gentleman she was discussing this with mentioned the owner and his wives exploit their employees by promising higher hourly pay and then changing it on their actual checks, that the owners have staged break INS and theft of registers and tip jars to make illegal and false insurance claims. We couldn't believe our ears. We will be reporting this information and warn any locals or newbies to the area to stay clear. Not to mention the pizza we ordered was sausage and the sausage was frozen still and the pie was made of all sauce that tasted like Chef Boyardee. I will create metropolitan police agency, my work area is far away from the Chicago pizza kitchen. One night last week and I asked my supervisor, Jf I can go out of district to get some Chicago deep dish pizza and bring that baby back to the station so I can show you guys what real pizza is like. My mouth was salivating the entire ride up there after I ordered. I grew up in Chicago and I haven't found any good Chicago style deep dish pizza in Albuquerque. So I drive up there and I'm looking for the Chicago pizza kitchen and all I see is the pizza nine in the exact place where the Chicago pizza kitchen should be. I walk in there and I ask them if they knew where the Chicago pizza kitchen is,they said this is it we had to change the name. I drove all the way across town for pizza nine that was down the street. I was pissed, I took my pizza snuck into the sub because pizza nun e is literally down the street. I ate my pizza dejected and heartbroken. I stopped a couple of weeks ago with my teenage son and we decided to dine in. The owner Mr. Clean introduced himself as Paul and in front of my son started hitting on me and told me I would look amazing in his indoor swimming pool. That he would love to put on some music and see my moves in the water. I just couldn't believe my ears. I was offended entirely and embarrassed that my son witnessed this behavior from an adult male which is a terrible influence to youth. Not classy, unprofessional and down right rude. I couldn't even eat the food when he delivered it. We boxed it up and left immediately. Low class Owner and will not be returning. Will let other women know not to come here. I felt unsafe and I shouldn't have to feel that way at any establishment. When we got home we realized the pizza wasn't even thoroughly cooked, it was doughy and filled with a ton of sauce that tasted like metal. Beware of this dirt bag!!!!! read more

I didn't even want to leave a star but the app makes you. Otherwise it would be a NO from me. I love traveling to Chicago and enjoying Chicago's Pizza. This is nothing of the sort. I should have known by the service I received and what I saw inside the restaurant. This place has a skeleton crew running it, and owners who discourage their employees. The Girl working at the counter was being told to hurry up by the owner and she was doing everything. They seem to be slavers and more worried about $ than their employees and customers and quality. The Crust was dry and Doughy on the bottom. There was virtually no toppings and full of sauce that just poured off, sauce that has to be from a can for sure. If I could give it a negative star review I would. The pizza was under cooked and doughy, the sauce is definitely out of a can and the service was completely underwhelming. The owner was sweeping and mopping and didn't even wash his hands before delivering our food to the table. Worst experience ever, I'm not sure how they manage to stay open . We were the only customers in there and still waited for cold under cooked food for over 35 minutes. Will never go again. Disabled veterans, I don't think so and to work under the guise of it is appalling, there are real disabled veterans out here with no legs , no arms, no one to help and your driving around in corvettes and Range Rovers!!! shame on you people!!! read more

This food is offensive to Italian people and to pay real prices for it is obscene. At times they can take a long time to take orders, but no place is perfect. Either way, they always have a smile and welcoming vibes. They have a broad selection of local draft beer and a few ciders as well as some pre-made cocktails. The beer and cider are a hit or miss, as sometimes they can come out flat. The pizza and calzones is usually excellent and big. One slice would be enough, but a big party can enjoy a large pie and everyone would be satisfied. This time I got the mammal with hot honey and my hubs got the honey roni with green chile. To start we got a small order of knots. The knots this time were huge but a bit bland in flavor. The additions we requested, made each slice even better! The mammal is a meat lovers dream with sausage, pepperoni , ham, and little pieces of bacon. The hot honey made everything pop! The honey roni has pepperoni, creamy ricotta, and hot honey. The green chile gave it an extra kick. Needless to say that we will keep coming for our comfort big pizza slices.
