The place was very clean, there's parking right in front. I got The Classic, which is dark meat chicken that comes with sauce and soup. Chicken was tender, also rice and soup were very flavorful. I got the Thai Traditional sauce, but I'm disappointed that they didn't have the garlic, ginger, green onion topping that's traditionally served with chicken and rice. Went here a hour before they closed and we were the only people there so I was worried the food was going to not be good... But I was wrong. The chicken was fired to perfection and the garlic rice was incredible. The soup and cucumbers are also a nice extra touch. 2 meals and 2 drinks for under $30. Food is good but it is over priced. You get a small amount of food for what you pay. A full size meal is comparable to a kids meal.

So I love Thai food, and I'm not usually one to leave a bad review, but if I could give this place zero stars I wouldn't hesitate. Staff was friendly-ish, but not very helpful. Cashier got put off when I asked for a recommendation (as I've never been here before). Was told to get the combo. The food was all bland and near flavorless. What food did have flavor tasted like mop water. Portions were itty bitty for the price. The bowl of cilantro water they gave with the meal was not only off putting to see, but smelled worse than it tasted, though that's not saying much. Best thing on the entire plate were the 4 slices of undoctored (unseasoned in any way) cucumber. With as little food as there was for what I spent I still ended up throwing out over half of my meal. If you want Thai food I'd highly recommend skipping this place to go around the corner to Wild Thaiger. I certainly won't be going back read more

My favorite is the Thai Classic, with the traditional Thai sauce. The sauce is spicy and flavorful. The meals come with a delicious chicken stock soup. Have you heard of the very popular Nong's khao man gai in Portland? This is the same dish. So far I have only ordered the classic and I highly recommend it. Regardless if you dine in or takeout, your order will come wrapped up in white butcher paper. Inside this bundle of joy, the chicken is moist and cooked perfectly, the rice is flavorful due to being made with the chicken stock and other aromatics, and the sauce ties it all together. The traditional sauce is vinegar based and flavored with garlic, ginger, and chilies. (It isn't very spicy if you're worried about that). The house soup is a mellow, clean tasting chicken broth that rounds out this dish perfectly. I will 100% be back for more. read more

The owner also owns the Vegan House in downtown, one of our favorite. We ordered the crispy chicken plate.
