Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. We went there on Halloween night with our costumes on. The manager told us we had to take our costumes off or leave. And he said it in a very rude way. We agreed and took our costumes off out of respect for him. However, he calls 911 to come and make us leave before even telling us anything about it. If he had told us to leave, we would have, since it's a private business and they have the right to ask any customer to leave. However, he was very rude, and never told us he wanted us to leave before calling the police. The cops were really nice though, I would've given them 5 stars if there was a way to do that. read more

Came by in the drive-thru two times in total- both times I was given the wrong order. I usually don't check to make sure I receive the correct food when I go to CFA since they're usually on top of it, however considering they're still new and training their employees I would recommend double checking. The second time, I called and spoke with the manager Christina. She was extremely sweet and professional. She explained that they're still working on getting everyone settled, which I understand, and she fixed the issue and offered a couple coupons for the inconvenience. Other than that, the service is always friendly and fast. Per usual the food was also delicious. Thank you Christina for being wonderful and handling everything very well! Love this location! The atmosphere is great and the decor is classy and beautiful! Dined here for breakfast and our food was delicious as always. Employees were friendly, the restaurant was clean and the play place was awesome for kiddo to release some energy. Love the building itself, the lines, the brick, and the whole style. One of my favorite CFA locations in Alpharetta. They did this franchise right. It has a new modern look and feel. Haven't eaten on the inside I always do Drive Thru but they move very fast. Their operations team has it down to a science or I just come at the right times. Either way 2 thumbs up from me. read more

Two bad experiences at this Chick. First, Wouldn't take a coupon they sent In the mail that expired by one day. They put a Chick-fil-A at the Avalon and apparently they nickel and dime you. Lame. I remember when chick fila had a no expiration date on coupons. Second, put an order through the app and it took me way longer to get my food than people who ordered at the cash register. read more

Located in Avalon. Visible from Old Milton Road but no direct entry from the street. You have to enter the Avalon center to get to it. Lucky though, there is a drive though. There was quick, easy, and very nice. I've never had them take my name through the drive though for an order but they do here. Nice touch. I haven't been on the inside but it doesn't look like your average Chickfila on the outside so look out for the signs! read more

This is my favorite location! Even though it isn't the closest to us we go out of our way to go to this one because of the amazing customer service and the drive thru is the fastest I have ever seen. I like chickfila, generally, but they really need to do something about the long lines (drive-thru). When they put people outside to take money or payments, whether they realize it or not, it really slows down the line. I got in the drive-through line at 10:10am for breakfast, and when I finally was able to place an order it was 10:37am ridiculous. They did not even want to accommodate me with breakfast and i had to settle for sausage biscuits that they already had prepared. Once I reached my destination, and finally opened my sausage biscuit, it was not thoroughly cooked. I don't eat raw nor half raw meat of any kind, especially pork sausage. I ended up having to turn on my oven to finish cooking the half'cooked sausage that chickfila served me. I don't like microwaved food do that was not an option.....so much for FAST food. . I won't be going back to this location unless I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. What a way to start my day. read more

The employees here are on a serious power trip. My family arrived for breakfast at 10:15am last Saturday. The parking lot here is horrendous so we didn't get a spot until 10:23am. In line by 10:24 but for some reason they only had one register open on a Saturday (lol because that makes sense?). Finally to the cashier by 10:31 and the woman refused to serve us breakfast. She also refused the group of 4 in front of us, and the group of 6 behind us. Plus my family of 5. You do the math. I even showed her it was 10:31 on my phone and she smirked and said "I know".
