Everything was tasty and cooked just right. We originally asked for boneless wings but were accidentally given traditional ones. The staff was really sweet about it and quickly brought us the boneless instead without any fuss. I also wanted something spicier, so I asked for hot sauce and they brought it right away. Caspers has a few two top tables where the boys played a game of connect 4 while we waited. About 15 minutes later our food came out, including some house made cherry limeade and peach lemonade. We took it to some nearby picnic tables and dug in. I'm happy to say, the chicken was outstanding! All three of us were very impressed. I'd like to get my hands on a bottle of the sauce! That cherry bbq would be amazing on a smoked pork butt or some ribs. The maple gochujang was sweet and mildly spicy. The crinkle fries were also crispy, hot, and delicious.
