This is the most unprofessional chick fil a there is. The staff is not what you except from the company and neither is their accuracy. The drive through is a waste of time since you have to get up and go in anyway. I try to be optimistic and give them multiple chances but it's the same thing over and over. Food messed up or completely missing from the bag. It's the closest location to me which is unfortunate because it's the worst location I've been to. read more

Very fresh ingredients and the fried options are not oily like other fast food restaurants. There original chicken sandwiches are delicious with a hint of cumin and the Grilled chicken wraps are a bargain for the quality you are getting. Fresh crisp lettuce and veggies! There is usually a line inside and in the drive-thru but they are quick and efficient and rarely screw up your orders like McDonalds does almost 80% of the time. Curbside pick up in relations to COVID-19. None of the sauces I ordered were given with my mobile order (didn't realize it until I was already home). The meal is just not as satisfying without sauces. In other words, the meal itself was quite mediocre. read more

This company always offers good service and a clean play area for kids, but I want to specifically call out Regina, who is usually taking lunch orders during weekdays. She is a major asset! This woman is very good at customer service. She remembers return customers warmly and seems sincerely enthusiastic while being careful about order details. Great location! Never mind waiting for the drive through because of the good food and (usually) good service. Today, Sloan was VERY rude when taking my order. Seemed like she wasn't very happy to be outside in the cooler weather. Maybe Chick-fil-A isn't the best place for her to work then? Bad attitude and disdain for being outside doesn't seem like a very good match. I was very disappointed to have such terrible service from somewhere that holds pride in their customer service. I loved this location and still do but have say I'm a little disappointed in the service since the reopen. I know before it was a well oiled machine and now it seems like some of the cogs are missing and the service is suffering from it. I had a card for free kids meal. The blonde taking my order was so snippy about me moving forward she didn't scan the card to give me the discount so I ended up paying for it. Got to the window they did a refund for it and apologized. I thought all was good till I got home and realized that neither of my two kids meals had their chicken nuggets! ‍ I didn't have time to drive back so I ended up splitting my own sandwich between two of my kids. I absolutely love chickfila but this location has this sarcastic passive old hag behind the counter. She really needs to learn how to act more genuine and not so passively fake. But those characteristics you can't teach so she needs to go. Elderly lady, always stops you when placing an order and says, for here or to go, then drink. Wow. Do not go here for breakfast before work. There were 5 cars in the drive thru and it took over 30 minutes to finish the drive thru. Today was not a great day at Chick-Fil-A! I went to the restaurant on 7/16/19 around 2:00. Not only was I not greeted in the normal, perky way but the young girl who took my order cut my sentences off when I ordered. She was clearly frazzled. It wasn't even that busy. After waiting quite some time at the menu board, we finally ordered and pulled forward to the guy outside at the podium. I asked him if we needed to pay here and without even making eye contact he shooed us to the window to pay there. Once at the window, I asked if we had the Chick Fil- A sauce that they assured me was in the bag but was not. I was given my sauce and everything was done in a non professional way. I guess I'm spoiled with the typical, happy greeting and the "It's my pleasure!" Expectation. All of that was missing today. It was a disappointing visit compared to the usual good service. This chick fil a always seems dirty to me. The chairs will have a sticky film that gets stuck to your pants, the floor is greasy in the dining room and dangerous. The tables are dirty as well even after they are cleaned. I've also had issues with the people that are cleaning the play area. One girl was told she couldn't bring her toy car in with her and she ran off crying for her mom. Another time my kids were told not to play until he was done washing the windows which took 15 minutes. Then every time they touched the glass on the door he would tell them to stop. In general the food is good and the majority of the staff are friendly. read more

Don't go here on your lunch break if you want to go inside and sit down. Parking lot is supposedly blocked off for drive through only. Dine-in guests have to park in the nearby Home Depot parking lot and walk across 3 lines of cars reserved for the slow drive through. read more

Everyone knows you can never go wrong with Chickfila but this location can be a little underwhelming. This location is no where near on par with the stand alone locations elsewhere. The line is always long and last time I went I received only half of my order. They eventually got it right though. This Chick-fil-A is pretty awesome. As with any Chick-fil-A I've ever been to, there will be quite a crowd if you go around lunch time (I suggest parking a little farther away). However, this restaurant in particular has a pretty good system for getting so many people through in a timely manner. They open up extra drive thru lanes and have multiple employees outside taking orders, payments, and running food to your car. I think they've only messed up my order once, but it was easily fix-able (always check your bag before leaving!). read more

I was a little displeased at first as I'm pressed for time but the manager was extremely friendly and upsized my drink for the wait. Hands down our fav fast food in Austin (at any of the NW Austin locations) chicken sandwiches are moist, not over fries. The wraps seem to have shrunk over the past few years, with more tortilla and less filling. Kids love the nuggets and turning n the toy for an ice cream cone. Place is very clean, meaning if we're on a road trip, we trust stopping for a bathroom break and quick bite. Staff is always cheerful. The indoor playground is a highlight for the little ones. Wish they were open Sundays, but appreciate their commitment to their employees. Downside is that noontime drive thru is always very crowded, but the lines move. Love it so much that I've looked into franchising. read more

Bruce tries to run a well oiled machine at his restaurant. For the most part I have had good experiences. There are a few that have been less than desirable but it always seems to be the same few employees that rattle my cage. I used to visit once or twice a week and now it's maybe once a month. They no longer have the kids eat free nights. I went in with 2 coupons, one for me and one for my son, and the older gray haired lady refused to give me the food based on the one coupon per customer per visit deal. Well I had 2 people and so I had to go back to the playscape and make my son come out to the counter since old lady didn't see him standing there beside me initially. It's just so stupid! read more

I went inside for my meal and through the drive through for cookies, this location is probably the busiest location I've been to, they did get my order wrong at first but quickly fixed it and all was good. They also forgot the toppings for my salad and a fork.
