I was pleasantly surprised to find out several Chick-fil-a stores do online ordering when I looked them up to see if the TCEQ employee promo were true. I have LOVED Chick-fil-A since I first tried it, back in 1986 and, after visiting this location (NNE corner of Parmer & I-35) for the first time, I wanted to give my review and say Thank-you for the special offers this week. I had the 8-piece nuggets, waffle fries, and cole slaw. Epic... FAIL. Came to this location on tax day (April 15) because it was advertised that if you came back before April 30th with your receipt, you would get the same meal again for free. We had to wait through the long lines to get our food. Even before we placed our order, we asked the manager if they were participating. He said yes. So we ordered. Well... fast forward to tonight. I go back to the same location despite it being WAY out of my way. I bring my receipt to the asst manager and he looks at me like I have a 3rd eye. He gives me some half-assed response about how uhh... umm... we... uhh... don't... can't... honor... let me get the manager. Out comes this squirly little manager. I just knew he had some prescripted b.s. that he was going to lay on me. Well not quite. I'll spare you the painful details of his pitiful little story. Basically, he started by talking about JC Penny's tax day (WHAT?) and the something about random retailers (again... WHAT?). Then he fumbled his way through some more lame b.s. that didn't make any sense. He tried to bring home the story with "a few stores did it. we were not one of them. it would be ridiculous for us to honor this promotion." When I pointed out that my coworkers had gotten their free food from this location EARLIER in the day... and that my wife had gotten her free food at another location, he said "we can't give away food like that. what kind of company does that?" How about a company that cares about integrity and their customers? I know I said this before... but WHAT?!? Here's the icing on the cake. There were people behind me who were also looking to get their receipts honored. The manager proceeds to elaborate on this nonsense story with each patron that came up. I overheard something about how only certain receipts would be honored if they ended in 00 or 01 (more WHAT?!) It's like he was just making it up on the fly. And not very well, either. This review is targeted specifically at this location ONLY. At the end of the day, the meal is only $6 or $7, but the fact of the matter is that they had NO problem benefiting from ALL of that business on the 15th... and then decided to screw all of their customers who came to support them on that day. I will NEVER be coming back to this location ever again. And neither should any of you. Send them a message... behavior like this is unacceptable and intolerable. read more

Personally I love chick-Fil-A, but today I had a bad experience with food and the gossiping around the workers had when taking lunch in the back seats by restrooms, my space chicken was dark like it had been cooked over 2 hours ago, also my chicken strips, and the workers had a loud noise with the manager Dulce leading them, also a week ago my friends had it with the manager in the afternoon,not happy. read more

What has happened to their customer service!?!? No more, " My pleasure. Have a blessed day." That's crazy!!! Chick-fil-A has lost its known status for having the best customer service. This visit they threw my food at me and I barely had time to get it all adjusted in the car. This was my 4th time at a Chick-fil-A and this one was the worst!! I know it's the holidays, and lunch time happens quite a bit, but let's remember that customer service is key!! And in a food industry customer hospitality will take a business a long way. This place gets really crowded during lunch, but the food is always good for the amount of people that come thru here in the lunch hours. The employees are really nice and they work as fast as possible to get your orders out. The drive thru can get backed up. It is a little hard to get out of here if you are trying to go southbound. You have to do the u-turn or a giant snake around the businesses to get back to parmer. read more

Thanks for having only one person at the cash register and having me wait until it was 10:30am to tell me I couldn't order breakfast because it stops promptly at 10:30am....even though you saw standing line before 10:30am! The food is excellent. The service is fast. But CHECK YOUR BAG. Twice in a row I've come here and asked for 2 chick fil a sauces and 6 polynesian sauces. Twice in a row they've given me only two of each. I had to look in my bag, count the sauces, and tell them the mistake. I'm beginning to wonder if its a company policy. If you want to charge for sauces, then charge for sauces. I'm fine with that. But don't nod your head when I order six and then just give me two and hope I don't notice before I get home. read more

I'm in the middle between this location and the one in Round Rock. I stop at this one because it's convenient if I'm coming from downtown but this location is the WORST! They take forever, the manager is very rude. They do shift change at 5:00 P.M. Of all hours of the day, why would you choose one of the busiest times of the day? I have timed myself sitting in line, waiting to order and each time I'm there, it's been no less than 25 minutes. If the drive thru crew comes out to break the line, they start taking orders from the middle of the line instead of assisting the people closest to the speaker. When you get to the window, they start handing out food to the people behind the car at the window, leaving everyone, stuck in line. The person at the window doesn't get their food until after the people behind them and forget trying to get out of line once you get it. They have bollards and barricades keeping people from moving out the line. I kick myself every time I go and realize I'm stuck in line until the end! Don't go to this location!! read more

This chick fil A to be exact is my personal favorite not only is it close to home the customer service is good. Even when they are extremely busy they still seem to give excellent customer service and are not stingy with the sauce for my nuggets!!!!!!!! Support Chick-fil-A!!!! If I could give this a lower rating, I would. Worst Chik-fil-A in human history. Seriously. Don't bother going here, your order will be incorrect and will take at least 20 minutes to get. I'm not sure if these people can't read or just sincerely don't care. Either way, i've given this particular chain a chance over ten times now and I have never once had a correct order. I understand people make mistakes every now and again, but after 10 separate occasions of still not getting the correct order I've given up hope for anyone who works here. You can understand my frustration, as it shouldn't be too difficult to read an order on a screen and place it in a bag AND considering CFA prides itself on quality service. This entire chain needs to be shut down, there's plenty of CFA's up the road with 10x better service, which I will gladly be going out of my way for if it means not giving this chain another cent. WORST SERVICE EVER- Screwed up our order, laughed at us when told about it and then when we called them out for snickering on the phone Thea hung up. Great Service team you got there Ed Campos! Usually Chickfila is great service and food guaranteed- NOT THIS LOCATION. I will never spend another dime in here until the service improves. I always come during lunch and my food is hot and fresh. Chick-Fil-A is one of the better "fast food" establishments. They get outside to take your order so the line doesn't get too backed up at the speaker box, which I really appreciate. They have been running specials on Wednesday recently where you can buy a large combo and get a free chicken sandwich, or nuggets, depending on the week. Order accuracy is about 95%, which I consider good for a high volume lunchtime spot. If you go inside they are great about asking if you want refills, and they seem to take pride in their bathrooms. read more

For fast food chicken, it ain't bad! Whether it's grilled or fried, pressure-cooked in peanut oil, or smothered in cheese and spicy peppers, you just can't go wrong! And the price ain't bad, either. The downside is this... everyone and their mother flocks here, so getting a peaceful meal between the hours of 11-9 ain't happenin'. The other thing, too, if you proudly wave the super colorful flag supporting gay, lesbian, bi, and transgendered rights... this place ain't no friend. I'm disappointed this is the closest chick fil a to me. I pulled up to the drive through and the kid running it already didn't want to get up from his chair. Then when I asked to see his menu he looked at me like I was dumb. I order a salad and a lemonade with a small grilled nuggets for my dog. How they don't recognize me yet is beyond me cuz I always get the same thing! Anyways I finally pull around to the window and they have someone running meals to cars. Well this kid hands me a drink and runs back to the window I'm like ok he is getting my food, well nope he grabs the food for the car behind me. He asks me if I am legit waiting for anything else which I guess is fair if the window gal didn't tell him I had food. So I show him my receipt he says ok one second. Now novice move on my part for not checking the bag even though they always get my order wrong. This was the 5th and last time I swear. So what I got instead was my 8 count grilled nugget 1* , a 12 count crispy nugget -1* a large fry-1* a lemonade that was actually all pulp and no juice(how the F is that possible???)-1* didn't even give me any condiments for the jacked up order they gave me like thanks for the dry nuggets-1*. Most inefficient Chick Fil A I've ever dined at. There were two people in line when I arrived and it took seven minutes to give my order. After ordering, it took another ten minutes to receive my food. There were plenty of employees, just not all of them "working." I have eaten lunch at this place many times and the food was good. Tonight we took our daughter there to play. The food was good, but the playland was so gross. Trash in the climbing area and a horrible smell. We saw mold on one of the vents. I told an employee about the trash. She climbed in and looked at it, but didn't remove it. Been here twice, once during the rush lunch hour on a Wednesday and then last Friday to pick up some dinner around 7:00. I came to this one since the one in Pflugerville is closed for remodeling, I usually go to that one. It was around 7:00 PM, went through the drive-thru, 3 cars ahead of me so not a big wait. I ordered a kids meal, a grilled chicken sandwich and large fries. Got my order, went home then when I was almost home I realized she never gave me the kids meal drink, I looked and nothing. OK, so I have some apple juice at home, then I noticed my sandwich was very light, found the chicken does not look like it usually does and was thinner than all the other previous times I've ordered this sandwich. Wow, for almost $5.00 I get this flat weird looking piece of chicken which is smaller than the bun. I've never had this problem at the Pflugerville location, won't be returning here, will wait until my location opens again. I also don't like that they charge you if you ask for extra tomato, any other place will just give it to you at no charge but not chick-fil-a, they must be organic tomatoes. read more

Food is generally good. I gave 1 star because of tacky customer service this morning. Chick fil a printed a free sandwich and biscuit coupon in one of those mailers. Me and my wife both went to the drive thru separately and each got a sandwich (in separate cars). The female cashier held the coupon up to the light to see if it was counterfeit (like it was a $100 bill or something). Took her good almighty time too. VERY TACKY! Put out a coupon, when your customers come in to redeem, make them feel like criminals. read more
