Barely any fires in my container. Also forgot to give sauces that we asked for. Lower ur prices to match the amount of effort you put into filling up your fry containers. Thanks

Picked up an order here. Service was decent and they had my order ready when I arrived. Parking was a bit difficult when I visited as the lot is shared with the other stores in the plaza. Restaurant was clean. Food was good and felt fresh out of the kitchen.

Was craving some Mac and cheese! And decided to hit chick fil a since they have pretty good Mac and cheese. I also like the waffle fries too. Dipped in ranch or ketchup and you are all set lol To my surprise, the drive thru was not packed. I'm used to long lines at Chick fil a. But I must have gotten lucky. Because I pulled up and ordered and then rolled up to the window. And my food was done. Super quick! It was hot and fresh.

I went to this chick fil a location for the first time Saturday 6/21 order was placed at 8:31 pm girl that took my order was very sweet her name was Janessa. We did recieve our food from a girl named EMMA I did ask "can I please get buffalo and ranch" straight ignored me grabbed ranch and threw it right in the bag she walked off with a attitude I looked at her like are you crazy ??? She got Buffalo and threw it again into my bag the worse customer service never once did she say thankyou or anything ! I worked with food and customer service for 5 years that's no customer service she gave at all !

I was intending to stop by next door Habit Burger to eat my dinner there, and then claim my free drink reward^ from Chick-fil-A after that. Little did I know that when I opened the Chick-fil-A app on my phone, I had a reward for a free chicken sandwich* just because I was in SoCal! I don't think two rewards can be redeemed in one transaction, and since the free chicken sandwich reward was going to expire sooner than the free drink reward, I went for the complimentary sando. When I walked in on a Thursday evening, there wasn't anyone in line, but it still took over a minute for someone to come out and take my order. There certainly wasn't a staffing shortage because a handful of employees were walking by the register, some even making eye contact with me, but none of them acknowledged my presence. That was pretty annoying. Luckily, Lena, who took my order, seemed appreciative of my business and almost made me forget about the lackluster service everyone else provided. However, she did repeat a question she had asked even though I had already answered the first time, so maybe a little improvement there perhaps? It didn't take long for the sandwich to come out, probably about 5 minutes max. During those 5 minutes, I admired the interior of the restaurant, which had flowers on every table. Such a nice touch! They also have a fascinating motion-activated trash can where you essentially have to wave to the door at a close distance as a way to say "Open sesame!" There's a counter by the front door that has your usual suspects: napkins, utensils, sauce packets, and mints! If you want any of the Chick-fil-A sauces, including its namesake sauce, ask for it at the counter when you place your order! When I got my takeout bag, I took it back to my car to eat. I also asked for a cup of water, and it was given to me free of charge. Since I had just eaten a burger from Habit Burger minutes ago, I didn't want to overindulge and use a sauce on the chicken sandwich, so I just ate it as is. Obviously, it would have been better with a sauce, but it was still decent. Nothing special, however. The buns got too soggy, perhaps from being in its insulated bag for so long, and the chicken, while not exactly dry, wasn't really plump and juicy by any means. It still did the trick, however, so that's that. This Chick-fil-A is on the southwest corner of Orangethorpe and Valley View. Easy to get into whether you're driving east or westbound on the 91 freeway, but despite the ample parking in the plaza, getting out of the lot might be a challenge, especially with a bunch of cars coming in and out of the plaza. There are two drive-thru lanes that start on the far west side, and both lanes had quite some traffic at the time of my first visit. A fender bender could easily happen here if you're not being careful. I returned a second time to claim another free sandwich reward. This time, Mia was the employee who took my order, and she seemed pretty sweet from the little I interacted with her. I got my sandwich way faster this time; it was only about 30 seconds before Mia called my name and handed me my sandwich. Fast food indeed! lol I added some mustard this time, and it did make the sandwich taste better, though not by much. My comments from the first sandwich still apply here. Overall, not a bad Chick-fil-A to go to, but not quite the best. However, if you're craving chicken, and this is the closest location to you, I'd say go here, but don't expect everything to go smoothly. And definitely don't expect top-tier high-quality chicken on every visit. ^ This summer, Chick-fil-A is rolling out a mobile game that you can play to win some free food/drink rewards. It's called Code Moo https://www.playcodemoo.com/, but only on mobile devices! You simply have to answer three geography questions to claim a reward on a weekly basis, but be fast! There's only a finite number of rewards that can be won from this game. The week of my first visit, the reward was for a free drink. Good luck! * The reward was a promo for Angels baseball. There's even a cow inside holding up a sign implying that if the Angels score 7 runs in a game, fans can get a free chicken sandwich. When I looked up the promo online, it turns out the 7 runs has to be a home game, but the Angels don't necessarily have to win that game for the promo to count. The day I went, the Angels had lost, and I still got the free sando reward.

A very clean and vibrant Chick-fil-A Chain located close to the corner of Orangethorpe and Valley View Blvd. Food is of course of the regular Chick-fil-A style. I was in a hurry and needed a little filler upper for my stomach. I got the 8pc. Grilled Chicken nugget with the Chick-fil-A Sauce to go. Service was fast soon as you ordered it in a few minutes you have it. Which of course the way fast food is served. Good job for the service people manning the counter.

Supposed to be a large fry

Not a happy customer. The first time I'm actually dissatisfied here ever! I ordered a large fry and this is what I got. I have become too comfortable with the customer service that I didn't check my bag before pulling away. I'll never not check again. Please do better chick fila staff.

My first time at this Chick-fil-A and I'm so happy they're open since it's right down the street from where I live. I thought the drive-thru was a bit odd as there's two lines with two workers, and I was so far from the menu when the worker asked me what I would like to order... I had to pull out my phone to search for the menu lol she didn't have the menu on her for me to look at? It was nice they had heaters and fans mounted above when ordering though. Then the two lanes merged into one for the pickup window... Everything was delicious! My first time getting the strawberry milkshake and it was so good!!! Omg I'm addicted.

Last night we started off great, party of 7 reservations at 5:30pm. Parking was good and we were able to park in the metered parking lot even though the sign at the entrance said full. Our table was ready and was seated right on time. Our waiter came by who was very friendly and boy did he know his stuff, got us started with some nice biscuits with boysenberry jelly (unique and delicious), waters and iced teas. Chicken noodle soup was excellent (small little cup), green salad was nice and fresh (ranch dressing was a little too much for me), and our food orders came out shortly after. Mrs. Knotts fried chicken was (original) was nicely flavored and crispy on the outside, the mashed potatoes were good but the gravy wasnt my cup of tea. The chicken dumplings were a little too doughy for my Mom's liking but the soup side of it was excellent. My wife ordered the chicken tenders dinner which was good. My brother had the chicken pot pie ans said it was a good choice. Overall the food was good, service was excellent, value was excellent and atmosphere awesome!

The chicken is just okay imho. I can see why people like it, but it's the biscuits and chicken soup for me. I highly recommend dipping a warm biscuit into the hot chicken soup and eating them together. Frankly, I don't even touch the jam and butter anymore but don't get it twisted, this combo is phenomenal as well. Just depends whether you prefer savory versus sweet. The salad is fine. Just a basic house salad with croutons. I like the boysenberry dressing just because I feel like I'm getting more of a Knott's Berry Farm experience. If you're into alcoholic beverages, I recommend the lemon drop. I'm generally not a big fan of sweet drinks, but there's something about it that's appealing to my taste buds. Some other time I believe I had the boysenberry version, and that was yummy as well. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is lively and family friendly. The wooden chairs are a bit uncomfortable so if you're sensitive about that, perhaps booth seating will bring you more comfort in your dining experience. I'm interested in trying out their onions rings, roasted chicken, and other items besides the popular chicken dinner. To be continued !

It's a small gesture, but it immediately made us feel welcomed. We decided to go with one of the combo meals, which came with boneless crispy fried chicken, cheese tteokbokki, and fried potstickers. We also added an order of corn cheese because... how could we not? The chicken lived up to the hype. Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and coated in a sauce that had me licking my fingers without shame. The cheese tteokbokki was exactly what I was hoping for. Chewy rice cakes swimming in a rich, spicy, cheesy sauce that kept me coming back for another bite. The corn cheese deserves its own paragraph because wow... I understand why Korean restaurants serve this. Sweet corn covered in gooey melted cheese is one of those dishes that sounds simple but somehow disappears before you realize it. The fried potstickers rounded everything out nicely and added another crispy bite to the meal. And because apparently we hadn't eaten enough, we finished with Dippin' Dots for dessert. It was such a fun way to end the meal and brought back a little childhood nostalgia. Overall, the portions were generous, the food came out hot, and the whole spread looked as good as it tasted. This is definitely a place I'll be coming back to whenever the Korean fried chicken craving hits.

The breading was lightly crunchy. Absolutely perfect. The "whole" seemed like a whole chicken was cut into 12 pieces and fried. There were two of each part of the chicken. I was surprised that it came with two sides: a finely shredded cabbage with salad dressing that reminded me of a tame thousand island, and a small dish of pickled jicama. They complemented the chicken perfectly. Ambience and service: comfortable and friendly We went on a Monday night so it was almost empty. The server (and maybe owner?) brought us menus and water right away, was timely in taking our order, and attentive. The food was served fairly quick considering it was cooked to order, but naturally it took longer than a fast food place that has food waiting under heat lamps. There was music but it was quiet enough to be enjoyable during discussion. The lighting is nicely dimmed but bright enough to see everything clearly. The bathroom is easy to access and has hot water and good soap for washing the sticky deliciousness from your hands when you're done eating. The tables have bins of napkins and chop sticks so you don't have to wait for service to bring those. There was also a little bucket with a trash liner in it for chicken bones and trash. In summary, this was the best chicken I've ever eaten and I thoroughly enjoyed dining here. We will definitely be back here again. Next time we plan to ask for the chicken to be a little spicier.
