I gave them another try last night, ordering online, checking the boxes for extra sauce and well done. They brought my pizza out to me, tipping the nice guy quite well. Got home, sat down to enjoy my pizza. When I opened the box I immediately saw it was not well done, just pale and pasty. When I bit into the first couple of pieces it was clear they didn't add extra sauce, in fact almost zero sauce. I left them a VM stating my dissatisfaction and then filled out their automated feedback email. I got a response, giving me $5 off next pizza with a 30 day expiration. In my opinion, this is a slap in the face. They are struggling, with corporate taking over the failed franchisee of this location. I like supporting small businesses, but I won't continue supporting utter incompetence. Other consumers must be unimpressed also as indicated by this pizza restaurant closing at 8pm on Friday night. I hope they figure it out, but I don't know that I'll be eating at Red Savoy again. Tono Pizza in Chanhassen is whipping them!

We tried the Italian sandwich and the fries with their special sauce. The Italian sandwich is an Italian hot dog topped with bruschetta, and it was a solid 10/10. Absolutely incredible. The fries were cooked in beef tallow, perfectly seasoned, and paired so well with the sandwich. We will definitely be back to try the burgers. On top of the top-notch food, the owner was amazing.
