I also got their Mac n cheese because I haven't tried it since they added it onto their menu. I like their Mac n cheese, it's very creamy and cheesy and you can just taste the flavor. Drive through line is trash they literally have no control of the line. People will cut the like through the parking lot making cars pile up on the Main Street (harbor). This is fast food that does not taste like fast food. The chicken is always moist. The deluxe sandwich is my go to but it's hard to get only one sauce as i want them all! Waffle fries are a nice change of pace. Salads are filling. I have to thank them for offering a discount to military, it's nice to have that for us. read more

I live less than a mile away and come here frequently. The service is ALWAYS FRIENDLY no matter who you are dealing with. They are well trained well to treat customers nicely. I LOVE their waffle fries, chicken tenders, original sauce, chicken noodle soup, and COFFEE. IMHO their sauce and chicken tenders beat out Cane's hands down. The menu selection is far better too. My only critique is they have messed up my orders a few times over the years since inception. But they make it up in a big way by giving me free food. In fact they are very generous about it. This is a long overdue update! There has been a change in operators and some turn over in staff since my last review. But they are still awesome and this is still my favorite location. Even though I've moved up norrh of the 22 in Garden Grove, I still eat here a couple times a week. There are good people here. Samantha is top notch! The place wouldn't be the same without Cinderella. There are other good folks who recognize me when I come in and greet me warmly. The food is delicious and the service is great! Allow me to tell you the reason why this location deserves some recognition. 1) they take orders and direct traffic outside 2) they have a kids meal. .. mixed fruit as an option. And you don't have to wait until 10:30am like other places to order also. 3) the kids meals toys are cool and useful. One time we got a spatula spoon that we can use for baking. Other times books that the child is very enthusiastic to be read to during their meal That's why this gets its own separate entry. Anyone can offer a kids meal. But a great kids meal takes thought and consideration, and this place offers it 4) the bathrooms are designed to make you feel welcome. Have you been to some fast foods locations who's bathrooms make you appalled? Think nightmare on Elm Street scary. They have mirrors in the bathrooms, whereas others remove it so that employees cannot take 5 seconds to even look at themselves? This place must treat their employees like regular people / like family. So no mirror means they can't even check their smiles? Or re-apply lip color? Oh come on. 5) they close on Sunday. You might not see this as a "pro", but taking time off for family and time for yourself is a good thing. Everyone needs time to recharge, and they'd rather close one day a week rather than make additional profits. 6) the indoor playground is tiny. Yes it is, but at least they have one, right? It's cleaner than some of the other ones in the vicinity. Kids love it here more than Raising Cane's chicken tenders across the street. read more

Let me start by saying, I love Chick-fil-a, the restaurant is not the problem, it's the location!! Check your food to ensure it is what you asked for, because so many times (I do not exaggerate or I wouldn't be writing this post) a simple request like, add cheese is never fulfilled. It is extremely annoying and this location is infamous for wrong orders. It will be on my order (with added cost) but no cheese (see photos). After a long day of work you just want the food that you asked for. It's not only the drive thru, I've had this problem walking in as well. Tonight I watched a manager by the name of Kim, run inside from the drive through line to go yell at an employee in front of dine in customers to take over the drive through orders, Maria, the employee, came right outside to take over and was taking a moment to get her ipad and equipment set up when Kim proceeded to come back over to her and begin reprimanding her and raising her voice yet again for not moving quickly enough now in front of drive through customers. I was appalled that a woman like this could be put in charge of managing a team. it broke my heart for Maria who was calm, professional, kind, and engaging with her customers even after being so rudely humiliated by her boss. I just want to put this out there because customers notice how employees are treated and this truly enraged me to see this interaction. The parking lot is very congested and a bad setup but parking and going inside was a great experience. Even peak lunch hours there was hardly anyone inside and my order came out quickly. Customer service is great and the place is clean. It was a hassle navigating through the parking lot because it's small, but I managed to get out after about 7 minutes. Blah.. it kills me to rate so low because their customer service is outstanding but our last few trips through the drive thru have left us seriously disappointed. They do a decent job trying to get through the dinner rush at the drive thru but they seem to compromise their food and serving sizes in order to do so. The last 3 times we've driven through and picked up dinner at least one item we've ordered has been wrong and the fry containers are only halfway filled. I understand mistakes happen which is why we've given them the benefit of the doubt but three times in a row doesn't feel coincidental to me. Their prices are on the higher side for fast food and they're downright ridiculous when you get less than a dozen fries in a large size. This last trip we spent just under $42 for 4 meals.. one of the sandwiches was missing bacon (that we paid extra for) and both large fries were less than halfway full. Ironically the medium fries had more fries in them. As much as this is a family favorite, we'd be pretty hard pressed to return unless we happen to find ourselves in the area when they aren't crazy busy and we have time to dine in.
