Ok so this place is usually great! But today 3/2/20 at 1:32in drive Thur We ordered food and a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. We get all the way home and pull out soup and it's chicken noodle, which is ok mistakes happen no biggie. But when we got back to chick-fil-A and parked and went inside this time so my daughter could explain what happen, the lady told my daughter there is a price difference of 2.24, I don't think it's fair that they got it wrong and for the inconvenience of getting home and going back, you couldn't of just changed the soup out??? Everytime I go to Chick-fil-a, I always have good experiences. When the staff is about to take my order, they always ask how I am doing. They make sure I am ready to order and that I get everything I am asking for. When I receive my order, it is always correct and I never get the wrong thing or am missing something. Their food always comes out hot and ready to eat. They keep the seating area clean and organized. They have the sauces organized and sometimes they come to my table and ask if I want a refill. They never disrespect their customers in any way, the least they will do is accidentally drop an order when they bring it but that is rarely. I always go there in mornings, always greeting me with a welcome and when I leave always saying bye. My overall experience at chick-fil-a is amazing and I have no trouble with the appearances or my experiences. read more

Okay, since it's been open i've been here at least once every week and today is that day goin' on week three. I went here for breakfast and had a chicken biscuit sandwich and a medium iced coffee and it was good. Yum. And so, i'm back here for lunch. Shut-up. I guess i still had a taste for chicken so i got a 3 pc chicken strip meal. Say, have you tasted the chick-fil-a sauce? It's tasty and i get it everytime now. I paid .25 cents per cup one day per the cashier for ice. They said they have to charge for the cup cause its an expense. Ice, however, is free.I came back with the cup, purchased a meal and they wouldnt refill my bad for the environment styrofoam cup. I had to pay .25 again. How does that make sense? I love chic fil a, but Ive never in my life been charged for ice especially when Im paying for a big meal. Whenever I asked for a water cup, theyve filled it for me and never charged me. How is asking for ice any different if Im paying for a meal? And the cashiers trainer or whoever she was was so rude about it! read more

Y'all are better off driving towards the imperial location in downey; this location on Firestone by Downey high school has the rudest employees, very disrespectful towards ALL customers just sad. I understand customer service can be hard at times, but as I wait for my food I witness the nicest customers receiving rude responses from the employees.. the employees definitely seem as if they do not like their jobs by their body language, their sighs, rolling eyes and their tone of voice. I'm very impressed with the service here. I've never been to a fast food restaurant (including other chick a filets) and experienced such great service! All the staff have great service starting from they greet every guest coming thru the door and thanking them on the way out. Food is delicious and they don't stop there. If u dine in, the staff comes around to ask if everything is ok and if u need anything, as if they are waiting on u. Definitely top notch service team with service beyond my expectation. The mini breakfast bites are a delicious way to start off the morning. The nuggets and sandwiches are so good and just can't get enough!

This place totally sucks. It's very noisy because they let a lot of kids from the high school hang around without buying anything. Those kids are rude and loud and also yell out lots of profanity and make a big mess everywhere. For a place that says they are family friendly it sure falls very short of this. Some workers are rude and sloppy like one named Luz. She doesn't seem to be doing anything and when you ask her for a refill or anything she says to ask someone else cause she's busy. When you complain to a manager named Aila I think is her name she says she will do something about your complaint but nothing happens. I have seen kids doing drugs in the bathrooms! So parents if you think Chik-fil-a is a safe place for your kids you are sadly mistaken. This place also needs to be clean. The bathrooms are gross and the floors are sticky cause they don't mop or clean them. Everyone from the managers needs to be replaced and I think corporate should consider taking this place and the one on imperial and Lakewood away from the owner operator and replacing him wIth someone who has the intelligence to really manage these two places because he sure doesn't. read more

So this morning I choose to get chick-fil-a for breakfast. I received a gift card for 1 free breakfast item in August. So I order a side of chicken mini's that would have been covered with the gift card. I got to the window and gave the gift and it took her a minute to give me my new total for my order. She called over a manger because I guess she didn't know how to input the gift card. The manger came over and tried to input the gift card and it didn't work. He told me that the gift card was expired and I told him I got back in August. He was like it's expired and walked away... I was like WOW this is coming from a manager at chick-fil-a. I wish I could have got his name but I was so mad at his actions. I just paid for my food and left. Chick-fli-a always has amazing service but this manger needs a refresher course! read more

First time trying Chick-Fil-A. I was introduced by my sister all, I could say is OMG it is very delicious. I got the spicy chicken with pepper jack cheese. It was spicy and very crunchy. This location is usually so good to me! But as of recently, I've been a little disappointed. I usually go through the drive thru because I get food before work because it's "convenient". The last time I went, I ordered coffee which they told me they needed to brew more, so if I could park in the front and they would bring it to my car. TWENTY minutes passed but I was understanding because it was quite busy or thought maybe they missed my car. So I got out of my car to check inside and they said "oh, looks like we need to brew more, can you wait a few minutes" thinking that's what they were doing for those 20 mins. The lady I was speaking to was extremely sweet but I was running late by then & really couldn't wait longer. Today, I found out they were giving out Free chick-n-minis! It was my first time there and I loved their chicken tenders. The fact that you can take a minute to choose your dressing sauces is a big plus! This review is for this location only. I am not rating the food because all locations offer the same food and... I don't love their chicken. I know I am certainly one of the few that don't, but I can't help it, I don't. I have tried their chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, chicken wrap and both the crispy and grilled sandwiches and I honestly don't care for any of them. And I am not a big meat eater at all. I mostly only eat chicken. I think it's that their chicken is so thick and deep fried and grease-filled, and that's maybe why I don't love it. But if you are like the millions of people that do like their chicken, then this location is good because it's still new and it's clean and, of course, the employees are nice. Minus two stars because their fries are never hot and fresh. They are barely warm, like they have been sitting and they are often filled with bruises and bad spots you can't eat. Ugh! Also, on one family night, my son went to the counter for an ice water and the cashier girl gave him a hard time and made him tell her his name and address and where my his mom was. What the heck?!? Weird and rude and inappropriate!!! Baddddd practice, if this even is a practice, but we have never experienced it aside from this one time. read more
