We haven't eaten at Chick Gil a for years, but thought we would try it. Excellent, quick service-outside drive trues that we're very efficient. I had the Chick Fil A deluxe sandwich (not spicy). It was good-nice fresh tomatoes-the lettuce was so wilted that I doubt Viagra could save it. The bun fell apart within 2 bites. The chicken pattie was very salty-perhaps it was the breading. $5.30 is a lot for a small chicken sandwich. The chicken club with fries and a drink was $11.55. Yikes!! When masks were optional, this location had not a single employee wearing masks. The comfort of the employees is more important than the safety of the customers. When I go to Home Depot they all have masks, but here where they are breathing on my food, they decided it's not important enough to wear masks...though they must know that some customers have medically fragile folks at home or in the car. I considered turning around tonight. There were so many cars in drive thru and in the lot. But I had already sent in my order. I was originally only going to get a small fry (so healthy). And then I saw all the reward offers and quickly realized what the cause was of all the traffic was. I am not sure how long I ended up waiting, but I will say the workers were handling it so well. The food was very good compared to other Chic-fil-a's. One of the bathrooms was OOC and it made it apparent how important it is that one of the two bathrooms be reserved for the staff only. I placed an online order for delivery, but only received 1/2 of my food. I immediately called the restaurant, and they offered to fill my order but I would need to pick it up or I could call Grubhub for a full refund. Background- I had a house full of movers and equipment and I needed to provide them lunch for their services. I choose to have Chick-fil-A delivered because it's easy finger food. Because i wasn't able to leave my home, I opted to pay an additional process fee, delivery fee, and add a tip. Anyway, since I couldn't leave, I contacted Grubhub for a refund. I demanded they return the process fee and the tip too. Because it wasn't the drivers fault, I expressed that that I didn't want the delivery fee refunded. My total order cost $60 for 8 chicken sandwiches! I was only refunded $12! I put it in perspective, 4 sandwiches cost $20, so 8 = $40. The additional $20 was for processing/ service fee, delivery, and a tip. I was completely ripped off..... and still couldn't feed the workers. I thought I'd try something new so I ordered the $8.99 Cobb salad. There was a recall on eggs so no eggs. A good amount of the lettuce was brown or waterlogged and the bacon was overpowering with a smoky flavor. I also got a couple bites that were impossible to chew because of the bacon, I had to spit it out. Not sure what that's about, if it was gristle or what. I have celiac disease and have been able to eat here safely 3 times now. They change their gloves and use a different frier for waffle fries than they do for other fried items. I have tried the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun (assembled myself) and was pleased to see the bun comes in plastic wrap to prevent cross-contamination. I have also tried the grilled nuggets, but still preferred the sandwich. I always get waffle fries, Chick-Fil-A sauce and a drink with my order. As always, I go during off-hours and order inside, as I have found this to be a safer way to order if you have food allergies. PLEASE, Esco Chick-Fil-A, continue this trend of safe food, as it only takes one bad experience to ruin a restaurant for a loyal diner with allergies or intolerances! Glad they opened a location in my area. I like it because it's so consistent, in service and product. The chicken is pretty good, not the highest quality but the way it's seasoned is amazing! I don't know what they do to their employees but they seem genuinely glad to be there serving up chicken sandwiches all day, and that is refreshing. I'm not a huge fan of waffle fries in general, but these are also pretty decent. I am pretty sure they have separate fryers for chicken and miscellanies, so fries don't taste like chicken or vice versa. I would have to say this is probably the best fast food chicken sandwiches out there. The prices are decent too. Never had a bad experience here. read more

Be aware of customers time. If we make an online order and are waiting there in eye sight I would suggest to not hold the food behind the counter and help more guest that came after while I wait. I have to really express how much I enjoyed receiving EXCELLENT customer service from EVERYONE...this is rare in my experience. I absolutely love this chickfila. Their food is always great. My boyfriend is absolutely obsessed with them {especially with him growing up in Georgia - having it around every corner}. I live about 2 miles away from this location and I've never had a bad experience. We know he owners and we're pretty much regulars so we know the people that work there. The place is clean and well-kept. The only reason I'm deducting one star from the review is due to the fact that some of the newer employees seem bland and do not have the best greeting skills. Two cars ahead of me I noticed the car give back the food after going through it and the workers set the bag aside and asked the car to move forward and wait for their order. When I got to the window they tried to give me the bag the other car returned and I refused it. I know, I know. It's a Chick-fil-A and before people get busy bashing the politics of the Chief Chick-fil-A, know that this one that just opened is a franchised location. It has it's very own website and the owner personally wants you to have a great experience, which is never a problem at a Chick-fil-A because all the employees I have ever interacted with have been just so darn polite and endearingly nice! I will say that this is a great new restaurant and the food was delicious. I went up to Bird Haven with my daughter today and we stopped by to check out all the action. I personally, do not care for the chicken at these restaurants--it is cooked too burned for my taste. But we stopped by for the delicious oatmeal served for breakfast. It is thick and filling with a delicious cinnamon brown sugar packet. I love the seasonal milk shakes at Chick-fil-A, especially the Peppermint one at Christmas! So yummy!
