They were going as quick as they could and working hard. I got to give it to them...I have never had a bad experience with this location, and just wanted the employees to know they did amazing given their high volume of people they had overwhelming the place tonight. I placed an online order for delivery, but only received 1/2 of my food. I immediately called the restaurant, and they offered to fill my order but I would need to pick it up or I could call Grubhub for a full refund. Background- I had a house full of movers and equipment and I needed to provide them lunch for their services. I choose to have Chick-fil-A delivered because it's easy finger food. Because i wasn't able to leave my home, I opted to pay an additional process fee, delivery fee, and add a tip. Anyway, since I couldn't leave, I contacted Grubhub for a refund. I demanded they return the process fee and the tip too. Because it wasn't the drivers fault, I expressed that that I didn't want the delivery fee refunded. My total order cost $60 for 8 chicken sandwiches! I was only refunded $12! I put it in perspective, 4 sandwiches cost $20, so 8 = $40. The additional $20 was for processing/ service fee, delivery, and a tip. I was completely ripped off..... and still couldn't feed the workers. I thought I'd try something new so I ordered the $8.99 Cobb salad. There was a recall on eggs so no eggs. A good amount of the lettuce was brown or waterlogged and the bacon was overpowering with a smoky flavor. I also got a couple bites that were impossible to chew because of the bacon, I had to spit it out. Not sure what that's about, if it was gristle or what. I have celiac disease and have been able to eat here safely 3 times now. They change their gloves and use a different frier for waffle fries than they do for other fried items. I have tried the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun (assembled myself) and was pleased to see the bun comes in plastic wrap to prevent cross-contamination. I have also tried the grilled nuggets, but still preferred the sandwich. I always get waffle fries, Chick-Fil-A sauce and a drink with my order. As always, I go during off-hours and order inside, as I have found this to be a safer way to order if you have food allergies. PLEASE, Esco Chick-Fil-A, continue this trend of safe food, as it only takes one bad experience to ruin a restaurant for a loyal diner with allergies or intolerances! Glad they opened a location in my area. I like it because it's so consistent, in service and product. The chicken is pretty good, not the highest quality but the way it's seasoned is amazing! I don't know what they do to their employees but they seem genuinely glad to be there serving up chicken sandwiches all day, and that is refreshing. I'm not a huge fan of waffle fries in general, but these are also pretty decent. I am pretty sure they have separate fryers for chicken and miscellanies, so fries don't taste like chicken or vice versa. I would have to say this is probably the best fast food chicken sandwiches out there. The prices are decent too. Never had a bad experience here. read more

Be aware of customers time. If we make an online order and are waiting there in eye sight I would suggest to not hold the food behind the counter and help more guest that came after while I wait. My kids love coming here. The food is great! They started workin in making changes to make the drive thru faster, which Is a big improvement. Lines still get pretty hectic, but I think it's due to the location and the limited parking space. Restaurant is located right on a busy street. Overall the food is really good. Make sure to check your bag for the sauces you ask, as sometimes they will forget to give you the amount you asked for or there's time when they'll forget to give you a sauce you asked for. I absolutely love this chickfila. Their food is always great. My boyfriend is absolutely obsessed with them {especially with him growing up in Georgia - having it around every corner}. I live about 2 miles away from this location and I've never had a bad experience. We know he owners and we're pretty much regulars so we know the people that work there. The place is clean and well-kept. The only reason I'm deducting one star from the review is due to the fact that some of the newer employees seem bland and do not have the best greeting skills. I know, I know. It's a Chick-fil-A and before people get busy bashing the politics of the Chief Chick-fil-A, know that this one that just opened is a franchised location. It has it's very own website and the owner personally wants you to have a great experience, which is never a problem at a Chick-fil-A because all the employees I have ever interacted with have been just so darn polite and endearingly nice! I will say that this is a great new restaurant and the food was delicious. I went up to Bird Haven with my daughter today and we stopped by to check out all the action. I personally, do not care for the chicken at these restaurants--it is cooked too burned for my taste. But we stopped by for the delicious oatmeal served for breakfast. It is thick and filling with a delicious cinnamon brown sugar packet. I love the seasonal milk shakes at Chick-fil-A, especially the Peppermint one at Christmas! So yummy!
