I'm giving 2 stars because the food is great every time but the manager is another story . I called about a double charge and was hung up on while to be getting transferred to the manger so I went up there the following day the manager accused me of lying saying if it's charged then I got the food I told her to go back to the cameras to see where the food went because it didn't go to me plus I didn't order it . She got real sassy with me and in a way kept insinuating I wasn't being truthful I told her if I had got the food and ate it I wouldn't be here talking about a double charge she laughed and said she'll do a refund for 2 items when I was charged for 3 . My boyfriend and I were in Escondido for a birthday getaway and we pulled up to Chick-fil-A and ordered some dinner and the employees in the drive through line were super friendly and accommodating, upon making small talk with us and finding out that it was my birthday, they all wished me a happy birthday with all smiles and it made my night!! Pay more attention to other customer like walk ins or for pick up. Drive thru has 5 runner inside, 3-4 taking order and 2 giving out orders while cashier inside is by himself. People are lining up but all of the people wearing gray are so focus on drive thru orders and dont make eye contact with customers inside the store. I've never seen a more organized fast-food place with the kindest employees on the planet! I literally want to scream with joy because of how nice the people are here. Excellent place to get some grub. The only complaint is when they have their employees taking orders outside as they are often distracted and do more harm than good. I just went to this location and sat in the drive thur for almost 20 minutes just for the waiter to walk right pass my car as if he did not see me waiting to place my order, so with that being said I did not get to order my food and that really pissed me off because if my face was white he would have seen me in my car and the order would have been taken. This place went from amazing to ok. It's too busy. The lines of cars block the intersection and interfere with the flow of traffic. There are employees all around and I'm fearful one of them will get hit by a car. When you get to the window your food is rarely ready. They have you pull into the crowded, cramped parking lot. What is the purpose of a drive thru if you have to park to wait for your food? Twice we've either gotten the wrong food or the order was missing food. Once we watched our food get delivered to the wrong car. They went through it and returned it. Luckily the employee didn't try to give it to us but had the other car keep it, but we had to wait while they remade our food. A silver minivan doesn't look like a white suv. They are too busy to give good service. And to top it all off, on our visit 1 of 3 people standing on the outside of the drive thru window was overheard to say even if he tested positive for covid he would come to work and just wear gloves and a mask. Are you serious? Why would you say this and why would you say it where the customer can hear you. Im sure there is more to the story, but this is what we heard. I'm very disappointed in the direction this location is going. It used to be my favorite, but now it's not worth the trouble. read more

They were so busy when our family visited, and yet Emily still managed to catch a mistake on our end when we forgot to ask for a completely gluten free chicken for our autistic son. She saw the gluten allergy and made sure our son was safe by removing the gluten from his order. Such a thoughtful and careful employee!!! These guys are so kind and great to us. I've been only going drive thru to this place and as of lately the two times I went they always somehow always get my order wrong like switching my strips to nuggets and not putting no sauce. My mouth was drier than a savanna like wtf who forgets ranch?!?!?! The service here is honestly a 50/50. Either you will have great service or you will be ignored by employees trying to look busy by cleaning the same circle for 5 minutes. At this location you are most likely going to have something missing from your order or will leave frustrated. Chick fil a food is overall great. What makes this place is the people who work here. I come here for lunch everyday and they ALWAYS have a friendly face. Regardless of this pandemic, they are still happy to serve us. I saw this guy drop his shake on the floor, he struggled with all the bags because his lazy friend in the car didn't get out to help him. So awkwardly the guy stood there, the young lady her name KAT, who delivered him the food had some sort of sixth sense because a minute later she had a shake ready for him hand delivered without him even telling her. My review today is being left for the service from this young lady named "Abby". Today was my first time ever coming to this chick-fil-a location, i pulled in through the drive through, Abby was signaling me to continue pulling closer to the car ahead of me, obnoxiously closer, whatever that was one issue that I brushed off at first. Secondly before I proceed to order I asked to see the menu, Abby goes "I don't have a menu" I then stated "can you not get one? " with such attitude Abby stated she would "have to run inside and run back in order to get a menu" she stated OR also "you can wait until you reach the big drive through menu". I then let her know I would wait until I pull around and order then, thank you and rolled my window up. I think they do the best hiring of any other not only Fast Food Restaurant but really any business I can think of. They are at least on par with Disney if not better. Their employees are always very polite , cheerful and helpful and they have their Drive Thru set up so well that they can handle a big line with organization and speed. There is this worker there, I'm not sure what his name is, but he is the most sincere dude working at this place, I came to this locations stressed and irritated, and with a bit of a temper, but this employee was patient and simply KIND, that by the end of my order I had a smile on my face and I truly was embarrassed by the way that I had talked to him. Obviously the staff is great, the food is also very very good, the chicken is crispy my fries were done to perfection, seasonings on point! The only thing that this location lacks is a kids' play area and a larger sitting place, but besides that, nothing more. I would recommend this place, and I urge that they get ahold of this employee and give him some kind of recognition, I think his name was Alex.. but I could be wrong, he is tall white, and blonde, I don't remember anymore. read more
