After a thrilling night of top golf, the bois and I decided to look for a fancy restaurant to dine at. After some intense discourse, we decided Zaxbys would be the perfect place for us. After arriving, we ordered from the menu what we thought would make our tummies full. For some, the wait was not dreadful. For others, the wait was just barely bearable. Overall, the food was very pristine and made any wait worthwhile. The ladies working there were also very kind and friendly. Thus, the gentlemen and I had a nice time at Zaxbys. I went at 9PM to pick up an order only for both doors to be locked. Another customer had to let me in, and once finally inside I noticed this safety hazard. Y'all know it's illegal to block fire exits right? I called in my order 20 minutes prior, yet the lady at the counter said they had no order by my name. I had to specifically ask for CARLOS since he took my order, but the experience didn't get any better. He was incredibly rude and apparently doesn't think I have ears! Because once my food was ready he told the lady who brought him from the back "next time there's no Carlos here" Why are you a manager at a fast food restaurant if you hate it so much? We popped in while visiting the other coast this weekend for lunch. The place was slightly busy but really moving well and handling the foot traffic. The gentleman working the register also helped to make our family order. We had a family pack with multiple chicken fingers and crinkle fries. We also got a salad to share and cheese curds. All were made correctly, Sauced correctly, and provided the correct dips. Whole meal was not cheap for lunch, all four were full and we had some take home also. HORRIBLE food. I ordered the fried pickles and I've been here before, I know how good they can taste. If that was the first time I ever had them I would NEVER get them again. I don't know if the oil needed to be changed or if they were fried too long- but either way the taste of the breading was so pungent that I couldn't even taste the pickle. I was so disappointed. On top of that I received the thinnest piece of chicken on the signature I have ever seen. I've had a juicy piece of chicken at this location before but no not this time. It was such a shame. The lady who took my order in drive thru was nice, however whoever made this food clearly did not care what goes out the door and what doesn't. I feel scammed and mad that I picked zaxby's today over McDonald's. It was a 15 dollar meal and it felt like it was worth not even 5. Stop to get egg rolls on my way home from the airport and was very disappointed. Food was hot but not fresh. Reheated and dried out egg rolls. Which I've never had happen at any other Zaxby's. The shrimp I ordered were also very salty. read more

This is one of my favorite fast food places to eat. This location however is either under poor management or has lazy employees. They like to close early and turn customers away. I pulled up and the lady greeting me by saying "sooo you literally pulled up right before close so it's going to take at least 20 minutes to get you your food". I basically took that as a signal to leave. I then saw her do this to 2 more customers right as I was exiting. If you close at a certain time. That means that is when you are closed for business, that doesn't mean that's the time you get to go home. ESPECIALLY in the restaurant industry. A lot of business is lost due to lazy employees near closing time. Don't start cleaning up and getting ready to leave 20 minutes before you close. They are quick and nice. Seem understaffed though. Interesting inside of the restaurant, not typically what you would see for fast food. Almost like a sit down restaurant as they have these two person booths and plenty of wall decor. I would recommend the bacon chicken ranch fries. I just got those as my meal and they were plenty. Wow. Zaby's has always been a fan favorite. The last time that we went through the drive thru, we had placed a big order. I get it when it comes to orders we place, it take time! I never have a problem waiting for food. What got me this time is that when the young lady at the window passed me one bag with two boxes in it, she proceeded to close the window. I passed the food to my wife and she looked in it and saw that there was 2 out of 5 boxes of food. As all 5 of the employees were gathered around talking, I am trying to get their attention. Finally they see me and she opens the window. I let her know that i did not get the whole order. She proceeded to tell me that i was wrong and that she did. Then starts yelling that she did to all the other employees. Shes continuing to yell at me that i am wrong. All of a sudden she sees the missing bag. She then proceeds to yell at me it's right here!! I was livid. She continued to yell at the other associates and the manager had to step in, grab the bag from her and hand it to me. No im sorry no nothing. I used to be a general manager for many fast casual chains and this stems from HORRIBLE management. The associates feed of the managers and that is on toxic work place. Reading other reviews, its apparent that the owners need to clean house and get some true managers in there! The food is amazing and the new cheesecake bites and tacos are amazing!!!! read more

Just grabbed food at the drive through and it was not good. We got two sandwiches which were so soggy our fingers went through the bread to the chicken. No napkins in bad so imagine how fun thah was cleaning the sauce and soggy bread off our hands in our car. No receipt either. The fries tasted old and when our daughter half finished her food and asked for her drink I went to open the milk and hand it to her and got a glance of the label which was out of date by weeks. It's a Sunday morning (May 24 around 1130. Last week I drove to Florida from Illinois and I must have passed 10 Zaxby's billboards. And by the look the menu is right up my style! In the Midwest there's a chain called Raising Caines I would visit all the time and this seemed to be similar. The website and app said the dining room was closed so I ordered to pickup via the drive thru, and when I arrvied the dining room was actually open. So I came in to eat and the worker (Sunday May 24th at 11:30am) working the dining room didnt seem to want to be there which wasnt a good second impression (the first impressing being the information incorrect about the dining room being closed). Anyway, I took my fingers and bonless wigs and grabbed a seat. Thrid impression, also not great. The tenders were mendiocre and the wings I didn't like the flavor (could just be me). This place is about 10 minutes from my house and I was looking for a go to chicken place but I don't think this is it. I may give them one more try in a week or two in case they were just having a bad day getting acliminated to opening back up after COVID but so far I am really dispointed read more

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. The managers name, if that is her name Samantha ,was very rude. We pulled up to the window at 10:50 and no one answered the drive thru speaker, so we drove up to the window and they blatantly ignored us. At 10:52 The manager Samantha came up to the window and told us were closed. She then told us that the register computer says it's 11 o'clock(which can't be true because if the monitor is 10 minutes ahead that means you're incorrectly paying all of your employees and ringing in receipt times incorrectly) she then proceeded to tell us that were close as I pointed to the 11 o'clock closing sign and she continued to raise her voice and say well you can call corporate then I said, what's your name she said Samantha, I said OK Samantha i guess I will won't I?then she slammed the window and locked it in our face! She also had all of the machines shut down already. Terrible and rude service. I recently ordered food from this location, and I was very upset at the presentation of my food as well as the overall quality. The fries were very soggy and had minimal seasoning. The chicken barely had any sauce on it, and I wasn't even given my extra sauce that was ordered. If the additional sauce is a charge, then there should be not reason why I wasn't given my sauce. I unfortunately was on a break at work and didn't have time to return the low quality food. I will not be returning to this location due to the lack of competence and service. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. I repeated myself twice over the intercom and requested a five tender meal tossed in tongue torch with a side of nuclear and fries extra tossed in Cajun. Then confirmed again at the window those details. First they hand me a coke, when I requested a sprite. That's when I should have checked my bag, but since I confirmed the details I thought I could trust their word. I come home bringing the food to my husband and it's literally the opposite of what I requested. The fingers were completely dry with zero sauce, there wasn't even tongue torch or nuclear on the side. Then the fries had the smallest Cajun seasoning possible. Then the sprite apparently tasted like it didn't have any sprite syrup. When I go to a fast food restaurant; I don't expect the food to taste super great, or the employees to be super nice, but I would hope that when I ask for something and state it twice and then confirm it at the window that it would happen. Darian was a new employee that was trying hard however his teammates would ignore him he needed help. He charged me more than he should have when I asked for sauces instead of giving me money back and the manger said " sorry we don't have sauces" we ordered buffalo chips and received only chips and said we don't have buffalo sauce.. would have been nice to know when I ordered them instead when I received them they were out of buffalo dip. The cook was arguing about how complicated how darian was being with our request and mocked my husband he also tried to trick him on giving him regular buffalo sauce when he ordered the insane sauce and then threw the sauce on the tray with an attitude. Order the #SignatureChickenSandwich, absolutely the best. Better than #Popeyes and #Wendy's !The sandwich was huge (the crispy breast was almost twice as big as their competitor).
