They have so many people behind the counter that it really surprises me that they can't seem to move their line. Today I spent 20 min waiting in line. This location is been open a few months and it still pretty busy. Drive thru especially, decided to dine in today. Everyone here is very tentative, we were asked several times how everything was and if we needed anything, they also offered to freshen up our drinks. Worst chick fil a I've ever been to. Not complaining because it's a one time issue. I've given this chick fil a 3 chances. EVERY time my order is wrong. People start learning how to read tickets. First time I was given an unsweet tea for a sweet tea. No big deal it's tea. Second time I asked for no ice in my drink and I got ice plus I was missing fries for a meal when I got home. Again no big deal but frustrating because I paid for it. This time they missed an entire meal. Maybe it's my fault for not checking but I try to be considerate of people behind me and not hold the line up. Placed a drive through order online, when I got through the line it was 10:30 on the dot, got to the order taker at 10:31. They said even though it was placed online and paid for they couldn't make it. The app does not relay this at all. I had to wait with the order taker for 7 min before I was finally told no they wouldn't make it. That was only because no one would answer her on the radio. It held up the line for everyone else. I called corporate and they said this is a common complaint. Seems like putting a disclosure on the app would be a simple remedy. I won't be going back for a while. read more

I went to Chick-fil-A on February 13 around 5:15 in the afternoon it was pretty slow not a lot of people were parked not a lot of people in the drive-through I went and decided to do curbside. I ordered for my family to deluxe sandwiches combos, two original chicken sandwiches, and one 12 piece nugget. This comes out to be close to $30 I decided to use my redemption points to give me a discount. Normally they're very good about making sure my order is right I never have to worry when I'm in a rush very polite young lady gave me my food everything seem to be in order and I left. Come to find out when I get home I am missing three of the five items I have. Their solution or policy is that I need to come back same day unfortunately I live a very busy life and I work two jobs I don't have very much time in the day to run errands and turn right back around to be late for the next obligation I have because of their mistake. My other option is to receive vouchers That I can use to redeem the items I didn't receive and these will be sent to me in the mail. I just wanted to come in the following day and pick up those items make it easy since I can't come back but that's not an option I have so if I wanted to come in tomorrow I will need to pay for my items that I could've just redeemed with my coupons. I do not feel like it is my responsibility as a consumer to go out of my way for a mistake your employees made. This is the only fast food establishment that I'm aware of that won't allow the consumer to come back the following day. I don't understand why there was no offer ever refund for the items I never received or the fact that I could receive my points back for the items I didn't receive. I understand they're probably thinking that I really did receive my items and I'm wasting their time. Oh by golly I am not wasting your time I will make sure everyone knows the experience that I had and how unsatisfied I am with their policies and I hope not all Chick-fil-A's that are franchised work under these policies. read more

Every time I go to the Chick-fil-A in Saginaw Texas off of Bailey Boswell Road and request three packets of ranch dressings with my meal, I am told there's a shortage of packets. I only get one packet of ranch dressing. I like the ranch dressing on my sandwich as well as with my fries. I'm not told I was shorted on my request. This is pitiful customer service and totally disregarding my request. For my meal, other Chick-fil-A's have no problem fulfilling my request. I just visited on an insanely cold day. I didn't realize till after I had ordered my wallet was with me. I got up today and told them I forgot and so sorry would be right back. Manager said No we got it. The very nice manager said I wouldn't want you to get back out in this cold. That was not what was expected and was WAY beyond being nice. This Chick-fil-A is the worst! The food at this one is not as good as others I have frequented and the service is lousy as well. It takes an unusually long time to get your food even if you go through the drive thru and they are not very friendly. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on several occasions but the service nor the food has improved. I usually enjoy my trips to Chick-fil-A, but not this one.
