Howdy Hey! Yes I realize all chick fil a's are serving the exact same options. So if you go, you know what to expect. I am not here to talk about food. I am here to scream from the rooftops about the outstanding customer service. I am constantly greeted by name, and even my dogs names are remembered . I can't help but smile every time. Last week my daughter and I were in the drive thru and they gave her a birthday card, a handwritten birthday card and everyone in there said happy birthday to her. A few days days ago I went to Chick-fil-A for a treat, I had been having a hard week and wanted a pick me up. I order my treat and when I go to pick it up the young man giving me my order or old, to be honest I couldn't tell whether he was 15 or 35, word of advice let him stay inside the sun damage is very prominent on his face, yelled at me and made comments to the other workers how I "did not need my treat but instead a salad". He kept getting closer to me and I got worried he was either going to yell more profanities at me or take my food, this midget needs to watch who he talks to, I know lots of people in the food industry and this can go south quickly. Added to the list of his unprofessionality he did not say my pleasure, which is (to me) the worst thing he did since that is the only reason I go to CFA for, thanks for the epic service, thanks. Well stopped for lunch only used the drive thru for today's service. Both associates were very friendly and courteous during my time at the Drive thru line. Did not take more than 10 minutes to get on the drive thru line and then I was served, changed returned and on my way. As usual always a great restaurant to stop for a quick and dependable lunch service. Chic-fil-A is my go to anytime I want something quick and good. By far the best CFA to come to in this area. Every person here is extremely friendly and helpful. As a mom of two and one child has needs this is the only CFA that has made me feel safe and welcomed. Mateo is one of the nicest managers I have ever met. Also Mrs. Gabby is such a charm. This CFA is my to go to place now. I also heard a couple people talking about someone and it seemed to be bullying purposely trying to get him in trouble. This fast food business used to be fast along with great service. Now is another simple ff restaurant/ stand. They do not care about what you order, they do not provide a purchase receipt and food is not at cook well. Also they should train their staff to prioritize quality instead quantity. Ewww. They forget items so when I have to call because I'm miles away and about to go to bed after being up 24+ hours, they enter my name in the system to pick up the item within 1 week. I asked nicely how she entered my name in the system (so there's no issue finding me when I go because that happens often) she doesn't want to confirm and goes "*pause*..haha...it's just (name) I gotchu haha". Girl, go tf home and stay there until you understand what I just asked you, or go to church and heal from whatever got you like that this early in the morning. The food was very good, although whomever Milana is at the drive thru should be placed on the line or cleaning tables. I came through this evening after a long day and just exhausted. Milana was standing at the menu and not eating out often I obviously needed to see the menu. As the car in front of me pulled away from the menu, and I pulled forward to the menu, she proceeded to walk past my White Truck, help the vehicle behind me and ignore the fact that I was first and still waiting on her to take my order. Trying not the make the vehicle behind me angry as I was starting to get annoyed, I had to pull around the entire building, wait for traffic and then come back around just for her to have a smirk on her face that just proved the service is trash. I should have just left without a word, but driving another 15 min to the next Chick-fil-A wasn't a possibility. If she thinks people don't remember names, it's on the receipt sweetheart. So if you're working for someone, at least do the bare minimum and not drive their customers out because you have no proper manners. read more

As soon as I opened it up and picked it up the biscuit completely fell apart because there was way too much butter on the biscuit. This is ridiculous. Who ever is in charge of preparing the biscuits should not have even wrapped this one up to go down the Shute. Amazing service, even more amazing food. I can't believe I haven't eaten at Chick-fil-A before. They were open on Christmas Eve so I had to try it, there was a gentleman taking my order outside (which was unusual because we're used to ordering through a speaker box) My fiance got their Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and I got their Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich. Mines came with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. The plain just comes with pickles I believe. Let me tell you, their Spicy Chicken Deluxe is the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The Chicken meat is super juicy and flavorful. It is super crispy on the outside (my fiance loves it!) So we purchased the two sandwiches and their chicken tenders. We drove home and realized they only gave us one Chicken Sandwich so we drove back and the manager on duty was sooo polite... He gave us our entire order with no hassle at all. If you want good food and good service, Chick-fil-A is the place you need to go. The workers were all very attentive and friendly, it's super clean inside. I have been here a number of times. This location is easy to find, and they have good and efficient logistics. The customer service, friendliness and the food aren't consistent, but I must admit their service during Lockdown has been tops, and that is really hard to do as a fast food restaurant nowadays. I have ordered the delicious chicken sandwich deluxe with double lettuce, double Colby jack marbled cheese, and no tomato and the cobb salad that comes with a delicious lime dressing and spicy chips. It looks pretty, a good portion and tasted good, but it didn't settle well with my stomach. At least they make to order and there is plenty of parking. I want to preface this by saying I have been to the Temple location multiple times without any issue. This is the first time in about a year that I have been to this one. I ordered a sandwich and some iced tea to go. I got to the drive up window and was shocked to learn the price. Come to find out the person taking the order gave me a meal even though I only ordered a sandwich and iced tea. When I got home I discovered their waffle fries, a huge container of them, a sandwich with American Cheese on it (ugh)and yea that tasted like water. First, I did not see a description that included American cheese on the sandwich. News flash!!! Yellow cheese does not go with chicken! I would have nixed that if the attendant (order taker) had said anything. I abhor those waffle fries. They are disgusting. So I had a sandwich I had to take apart to eat, disgusting fries I have no use for and s drink that was water they passed off as tea and poured out. I spent 15 minutes waiting in the curbside pick up and then when I finally got my order, of course the fries weren't full and they were cold because I got a message on the app (10 minutes prior) that my meal was ready. Finally, I decided to walk inside and get it and as I was walking inside, the girl came out with the order. The food you receive is good. This issue is about half the time I go, there is an issue with my order. Today I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, add egg and cheese, with hash browns and a drink. They forgot the egg, which is common when I ask to add egg. And the second meal they didn't charge as a meal, so I received no hash browns AND that made my orange juice cost $3. I recommend asking them to read back your order, because it's hard to appreciate what they do right when your order is wrong. read more

This pains me because I love Chick-fil-A but today I went through drive thru ordered the 12 nugget meal and pulled up to wait for my order. I was at the front of the line so I pulled up a little farther to make sure to let other cars in. I guess maybe I pulled up to far because I was completely forgotten about for 35 mins. I saw plenty of cars behind me and beside me get there orders and pull off or have to drive around me to go home. Finally after waiting so long without any acknowledgement I was asked to pull up so the car behind me could go around. That's why I asked if my order was close to being ready but was told they are waiting for everyone. I have to use this location often bc of work. For the most part they do ok. The disappointing part is when they don't, it's usually leadership who does not do well. I've waited for 20 mins before in drive thru after being pulled up with no apology, my fries have been less than half full several times, when they are busy the orders tend to not be accurate and it isn't always super clean inside.
