This is my least favorite chick fil a in all of Houston, so much so that the next time I'm craving something from chick fil a, I will drive 6 miles out of my way and go to the one on 59. The last 4 times my order was wrong. I went Saturday night and requested a fruit cup with no blue berries ... well they gave me extra blue berries. I then promised myself I would never go back to this location again. Well sadly last night I broke my promise to myself and returned to this location. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no butter on the bread and no lettuce and tomato, they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles and no cheese. The problem with this location is they are in such a rush to take your order that they don't take the time to get it right. I love this location! I stop here about once a week in the morning for a grilled chicken biscuit (YUM) and an original iced coffee (2 pumps). I now order through the app so I don't forget to scan for points and usually run in instead of waiting in the line. This location embodies everything I love about CFA. The place is clean, there are plenty of tables, the employees are ridiculously friendly and attentive, parking is easy, and I think I even saw a DOUBLE drive-thru line. I haven't been to a CFA in a while but this location had the nutrition facts printed right on the menu. They have also upped their game in the salad department. Much appreciated! I have instantaneous love for this CFA and only wished that I lived closer. I love Chick-fil-a, and I'm lucky that this location is the closest to my house! I drive thru here for dinner about once a week. I never go inside the restaurant, but it usually looks packed with families and kids.They are sometimes a little slow during peak dinner hours, but it isn't bad. I've always had friendly service, and they've never gotten my order wrong...which is impressive for the number of times I've been to this location! I was surprised to read all the reviews about rude employees here, but I have a theory on that. I think it depends on when you come, because the lunch and dinner crews are different. I noticed this when I came here the other day for lunch and had a less than stellar experience. I normally wouldn't come here for lunch since I work on the other side of town, but I had the day off. Like other locations, this one had CFA staff standing outside to take orders to speed up the lines at lunch time. The woman taking my order was so focused on being quick that she was cutting me off. I ordered two meals for me and a friend, and both times, as soon as I said a number, she would ask "drink?" without even allowing me to finish giving details about the meal. It came off a bit rude. On 01-24-2020 I ordered a breakfast bowl with chicken and requested egg whites instead of scrambled eggs. Afterwards I was told they don't make the bowls like that anymore.......what??? AND you all desperately need to come up with better protocol when it comes to closing time while still having people in line. We waited for over 15 minutes in line for y'all to take the cars order in front of us and completely and purposely ignore us the second it turned 10. I was taken back by the employees demeanor when she realized it was closing time. We tried to ask her but she walked away and turned off the lights as we were talking to her?? Then we were stuck in the line because there were people behind us and no one knew what to do! It was so unprofessional. As someone who's worked in the food industry, I implore you to come up with a better system or atleast train your employees to treat people like they actually exist after closing. This is one of the best Chick-Fil-A restaurants I've ever been to. Staff is super friendly, the whole place is clean and many tables to sit down and eat. I received my food very quickly and it was still hot! I came in here for lunch on a busy Friday and I was served less than a minute of me walking in. The parking lot attendant directing the customers where to drive was super helpful also. I usually love chick-fil-a but I had a bad experience tonight. I got a notification on the app that they just started serving the seasonal mango tea/lemonade, so I decided to drive over just to try it. I don't drink tea for religious purposes, so I just wanted to get mango lemonade. They did a similar drink last summer and I had no issues customizing the drink, because it's 1/2 tea, 1/2 lemonade, and a pump of syrup so it's easy to leave out the tea. The associate in the drive thru was very confused by my request and had to go ask someone about it. When he came back he told me that they couldn't fulfill my request. This didn't make any sense to me so I asked him why, and he couldn't give me an actual answer. He also said that leaving the tea out defeated the purpose of the drink, which was an unnecessary and rude comment. In the end, they wouldn't make the drink the way I wanted and it was a waste of time because I only went there to try the new drink. Poor customer service if you ask me. read more

This restaurant gets an A+ in my book. I come in with my toddler and infant, which can be challenging. However, they haven't skipped on labor- there is always a friendly staff person to bring my food to the table, help me with the high chair, even help me get the toddler into the high chair. That extra help I know raises their labor costs but it makes all the difference to me. After lunch we play in the indoor playground. It has never been too crowded and it seems clean. Then we get the ice cream cone before heading home. Last, they have the disposable place mats ready to go with the high chairs. Those thing make lunch so much easier. read more
