1st missing all the sides for our order. Then they come back with it and of course the fries are cold and guess what still missing items no mac and cheese. This is been my local Chick-fil-A for over 7 years. I have eaten at numerous Chick-fil-A's and I have to say this one is the absolute best. The staff are extremely courteous, there is never a wait time, the food is always prepared fresh and exactly to order. I cannot say what the other reviewers were thinking more experienced, but I have never experienced a problem with this restaurant. My wife and I eat here at least twice a week and I believe we are good authority on this location. Now for those of you who have never eaten at a Chick-fil-A, you may read different things, but as far as fast food goes you will not find a better option. Some complain about the price, but in return for little extra money you will get the best service the South has to offer and a very tasty meal! If you utilize the Chick-fil-A app you will likely get mini free offers and also you can often surveys after purchasing and meal that will allow you to get a free Chick-fil-A sandwich that has roughly a $4 value. And when I say free, I mean free! You can come up with just the QR code that they send you after filling out the survey and order nothing and get your free sandwich. I want to conclude about the taste of the food. Everything is extremely fresh, not over-salted and actually taste healthy. You never feel unclean after eating from Chick-fil-A. Strong 4 star experience this morning. The line way wrapped around the building and was a bit depressing to see that. However, to my astonishment, the line went by really fast. Had a bad experience with my order which turned awful once my wife found the ladybug in her salad which you can see in the picture. Had a take out order with multiple mistakes. Went last night around 9:50. They forgot to give me my grilled sandwich and tenders which I fortunately noticed right after driving away. No apology given to me when I went back into the store to ask for it. When we got home, we found out that there was the wrong bun on the grilled sandwich and no salad dressing with the salad. Then my wife found the ladybug in her salad. Called them this morning to let them know what happened and they didnt really seem that sorry and only offered to give us gift cards for the salad and chicken sandwich which just doesnt seem enough for ruining our dinner when were exhausted late last night and finding a bug in our food along all the other problems. I would have offered at least a full refund for the whole meal if not more. Just expect more from chickfila bc I've always had great experiences there. Mistakes happen, including a bug falling into the food I guess...but with that many mistakes happening including a dead bug in the food, you need to be very apologetic and do something to make up for those mistakes. Very cheerful staff here. I usually walk to this chick fil a, so i'm fairly close, and even if i'm a sweaty mess, they welcome me as soon as I walk in and serve me with a smile. While this location is pretty slammed in the morning, every afternoon that i've gone in there's only been one or two people waiting to be served, if that. I went through the drive-thru of this Chick-fil-A for a quick lunch after a meeting on a Wednesday afternoon. It was around 1 pm, but there were only a few other cars in the drive-thru. I ordered my usual - the Original Chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a Coke Zero. As soon as I was done ordering and paying, I pulled up to the window and they had my food ready. They handed me my bag of food with ranch and BBQ sauce, which I had requested. And they were super friendly. This place is squeaky clean. There's always someone sweeping, wiping or dusting the place and they're definitely detailed about it too. I was very impress with the service and appreciate that they greet everyone with a "How, how are you today?" as soon as you walk in the door. Great hospitality in a fast food joint? Is that even possible? I think this place has definitely prove that true. I think this has to be the only fast food place left on earth that generously leave their condiments out for the taking. So my bro & I were driving through Lawrenceville, GA today and I wanted to check out the Chick-Fil-A because it seems that every other person I see was carrying one of their fountain cups. When you first walk in, you are greeted by the staff immediately with a "Welcome to Chick-Fil-A!." I've never heard that before in any retail store/restaurant so both myself and Tony were amazed by the greeting. The service rocks here and we both recommend the seasonal "Peppermint Chocolate Milk Shake." It's hand-spun as advertised, just the right amount of thickness topped with whip cream (optional of course) and the token maraschino cherry. The shake has bits and pieces of peppermint bark that slide up your straw as you take each gulp which leaves you wanting more.....good stuff! read more

Let me first say, I LOVE Chick-fil-a. As a chain, their service and food is top notch. No other fast food place can touch can touch them in this regard. So, ANY Chick-fil-a is immediately generally better than others. So my comments about the Sugarloaf store should be taken relative to other Chick-fil-a locations. Compared to McDonalds, for example, down the street, this Chick-fil-a wins hands down. Unfortunately, compared to other Chick-fil-a stores, this one is possibly the most disappointing one I go to and I go to a lot of them. My biggest complain with this store is it's constant suggestive selling. "Do you want to make it a meal with hashbrowns?" No...I do not. Others Chick-fil-a locations rarely use this selling technique, a technique that - perhaps it is a pet peeve - I find highly annoying. Also, for some reason, they tend to wedge the items that come in boxes into the bag (chicken mins for example) such that I practically have to tear the bag to get them out. No other store has done this. So like I said, these are hardly major issues in the grand scheme of fast food, but for a company with such amazing standards as Chick-fil-a has compared to it's competitors, the Chick-fil-a at Sugarloaf is very disappointing to me. The only reason I continue to stop there is it is the only one that is convenient on my morning commute. Aside from that, I almost never go to this location. read more

The service I've gotten at this Chick-Fil-A location is by far the best I've ever gotten at any fast food establishment. I've eaten here a lot, both inside & via drive-thru, and the excellent service is consistent. If you go inside to order, the staff at the counter will talk to you and ask you about your day (when it's not busy), which is really cool. I've stopped here pre-tailgating a few times, dressed up in my GT gear, and they've asked me about the game and whatnot. Seriously, a little friendly conversation goes a long way, and they get that. Also, they bring your food out to you after you order, though it's usually ready before you can make it to your seat. At the drive-thru, they go ahead and put the straw in your cup for you, leaving on the top part of the wrapper. This removes the small hassle of fumbling to get the straw in your drink while driving. It's the little details like those--and the fact that Chick-Fil-A is some of the tastiest food you can get via drive-thru--that keep me coming back to this location. read more

Today I decided to stop in and get a biscuit to feed my hunger. This location has speedy service and kind staff. It took me less than 5 minutes to place an order in the drive thru and get on my way. This location is clean and staff is very nice. There were a ton of employees working the day I went inside for breakfast. I was kind of overwhelmed by so many employees being in there. Some were behind the register, while others were out on the restaurant floor. They were all nice and helpful. My food took a while, which was surprising since it is a FAST food place and a ton of people were working. The drive-thru can get really backed up here and other times be very fast. This used to be my favorite Chick-fil-A in the area, I always used to get the best, freshest food, rarely ever had an issue. Ever since they reopened after shutting down for a couple months for renovation, the food has been bad every time. Not just one or two items, but most of my order. Fries are usually burnt and sometimes cold with little to no salt, chicken is overcooked, bun sometimes doesn't have butter on it and is also usually burnt and hard, etc... it seems like they have a mostly new staff since reopening because I'm always seeing employees being trained so I can understand taking some time to get back into the swing of things, but I'd hoped it would be better by now, but it isn't. It's a shame this has gone from the best to the worst CFA after looking forward to them reopening for a while. read more

Friendly service. They will bring the food to your table. Staff will regularly offer to refill your drinks. They have clean bathrooms that include changing tables in the women's and men's restrooms. There are disposable place mats for kids and sanitizing hand wipes available. Nice play area for kids as young as toddlers as well as elementary aged children. The food is consistently good.
