I went to Chic Fila in Leesburg Ga this morning to get breakfast, before hand I ordered on my Chic Fila app so that they would have it ready. I ordered a chicken biscuit with hash-browns and a Dr. Pepper. I was given the wrong order. I had to drive around the drive through again once I got to the window the man asked me to show "proof" of what id originally ordered. The same man who gave me my correct order was very rude and unpleasant. And when he gave me my "corrected order" it was still not correct. At that point I was really upset but i had no time to wait around for them to "correct" my order again. Later on that day I thought I would give them a second chance because I love Chic Fil A and their food. On my lunch break before I left the office I ordered on my chic fil a app a 6 count chicken nugget kids meal. I got to the Lee County Chic Fil A and waited in the drive through line and when I got up to the window and got my food...my order was incorrect again. I paid for a 6 count but received a 4 count. And that I understand its only a 2 nugget difference. But what is getting me so aggravated is that I paid for a 6 count which I did not receive. Not once but twice in two days they have gotten my order wrong. I am giving them one star on this review because I am used to Chic Fil A being one of the best fast food restaurants not only just in food but customer service as well. But today at least I had a very terrible experience, and will probably not go back. read more

They have the gluten free bun at this location and that's awesome! Plus the staff are really kind and sweet. The food is always fresh and my kids love to go here. They have lots of family nights and story times, and it's such a great place to go that feels happy every single time I'm there :) read more

We eat at this Chick-fil-A at least twice a week. For breakfast, trying to stay a little healthy, I get two scrambled eggs with shredded cheese. When I'm not trying to keep the carbs low, I'll get the bacon, egg & cheese bagel. Breakfast is always great! For lunch or dinner, I've been into the Spicy Southwest Salad lately - which is amazing! Creamy salsa dressing is the best. When you have the same thing from the same place on a regular basis, you expect to have inconsistencies. You know, like maybe things that are supposed to be hot, are warm, or the cheese doesn't get melted, or the fries are as crispy... It amazes me that the food, no matter what I order, is always very consistent. Having people like Hilda, Wanda, Trent, Rafael, and dozens of other high quality team players there (that I haven't learned their names yet) helps us enjoy this location a lot. Even when the lot is full and they are crazy busy, they are all pleasant and take care of what everyone needs. They keep the lobby nice and tidy and I like the clean feeling when we sit down to eat. It has kinda spoiled me... hard to go to other fast food places now. read more

My rule of Leesburg: The "Leesburg version" of your typical store is about 75% as acceptable as other locations throughout Nova.: Target, Costco, Dollar Tree, etc. Fast food seems to be the exception to the rule, as the Leesburg Burger King, Wendy's and Taco Bell have been a pleasant surprise. Chick-Fil-A is the exception to the exception of the rule of Leesburg. Compared to every other Chick-Fil-A I have visited in the region, this one is very "meh." We have only done drive-thru, and it is one of those God-awful setups with the two order boxes but only one pickup window. I have yet to see the benefit of this setup, since if someone ahead of you orders a dozen milkshakes plus one of every hot item on the menu, it really doesn't matter whether or not they ordered at the same box as you. And you'd better hope that no one in front of you has made such an order, because the drive-thru service here is much slower than the Chantilly and Dulles locations. Thankfully they have seemed to stop asking when you take your order whether you want any "sauces" with your order as it has led to nothing but confusion (do ketchup and mayo count? I call them "condiments," not "sauces"). Unfortunately the staff at the drive-thru is so haggard that when you pull up to the window and do ask for condiments, it very clearly throws them off as they misunderstand and screw it up anyway. Apparently "ketchup and mayo" translates as "extra mayo" after repeating it twice, and "extra mayo" translates into three mayo packets for two sandwiches (I have always LOVED all Chick-Fil-A's ability to distribute condiments in quantities appropriate to the food ordered). And finally, while all Chick-Fil-A's are stingy on condiments in my experience, this one is stingy on the food, as well. Even if you are starving because you haven't eaten all day, don't bother upsizing your fries because you might get an extra fry crumb over what you would have gotten with the regular size. There is no effort to even pretend to fill the fry box. The "Fil-A"'s have been TINY on my last two visits. If you like a taste of chicken to go with your bread, this is the place for you. That said, the flavor of the food is on par with other locations. And despite the staff's lack of attention, they are always pleasant people. read more

I just got home and opened my Chick-fil-A bag, excited to devour my chicken sandwich but unfortunately, that won't happen because they gave me the wrong order. When the girl at the register handed it to me through the drive thru window, she said the order correctly. Now normally, I would double check inside the bag before driving off but it was sooo busy that I just drove away. That was partially my fault for not checking. What I am most upset about is that this wrong order is a three piece chicken tender which I know is cheaper than the chicken sandwich I ordered. So, I just paid over $7 for something I didn't want. I live 20 minutes from this Chick-fil-A and it is prime time traffic right now which would be a nightmare to go back and get my order corrected. The one time I don't double check my bag and they get it wrong. Moral of the story, ALWAYS check your order, even if they're extremely busy and the people behind you are honking their horns. Who cares?! At least you'll have the right order. Learn from my mistakes, Chick-fil-A-yans. read more

I really don't understand the negative reviews for this Chick-fil-A location! We come here often (probably too often.. ha!) and have never had anything but great customer service and great food! Our fries and chicken are always hot, and they always throw in extra sauce for us. We always hit the drive-thru, and the attendants are always friendly and bubbly, easy to understand, and get our orders right. The drive-thru line does get backed up around 5:00, but if you plan accordingly (or avoid the area during that time), you won't have any problems getting through quickly. read more

Had to use the wi-fi and I've never done that before. The employees were very nice about helping me and made sure that everything was perfect for me. They were also very patient with me when I stayed for over 3 hours. But at least I got a sandwich and milkshake, which, by the way were incredible. read more

As far a Chik- fil-a goes, the location is tarnishing the name. They have two drive thru kiosks but every time I visit, there is a line of 8+ cars and only one kiosk open! Last visit, they successfully made us feel as if we were holding up the line just by the way the teller was rushing us through before we could complete our order. Lastly, wether franchise-wide or perhaps just this location, the chocolate milkshakes were terrible! I LOVE Chick-fil-A. I love supporting them, I love their food, I will eat at Chick-fil-A happily. What I don't love is the Leesburg Chick-fil-A drive-thru. At this particular Chick-fil-A, I've never--NOT ONCE--EVER gotten a complete and correctly packaged order. At this point, I have to always (always always) double check their packing-job, I have to warn anyone picking up the order for me to double check their packing job, and if I'm ordering a salad, it's usually still wrong or something is missing (or they've packaged the wrong dressing, not included condiments, etc. etc...the list goes on with this place.) I really wish their drive-thru staff would be more attentive. I'm not trying to be rude, but it's not rocket science here. Someone makes an order, that order goes on a screen, you look at the screen, pack what's on the screen and you're good to go. I wouldn't think it's that hard to make sure what you're packing is right. read more
