This review has nothing to do with their food because it's always so delicious but I'm reviewing of how the employees were tonight. We come here a lot because we love their food. The driveway line of cars was long which is given because it's dinner time. The lady that helped us was Emily, I had to repeat my order several times because she kept talking over me and kept saying 'anything else'. When we finally got to the next person so we can pay, We find out the Emily places our order wrong, like really.. I said it so many times but you still got it wrong?? When we finally get to the window to get our food .. they forgot to put our fries inside.. it was like Murphy's law throughout the whole process. I love coming here because the employees are always very nice but I don't know what happened tonight. read more

Very inconvenient. Long lines in the drive thru and no curb side pickup. If you need to use the restroom while waiting on the drive thru well forget it because their front doors are closed. Their restaurant is closed for seating. They should at least have the doors open for the restrooms and have curb side pick up. I'm not coming here again until they have full service on every thing. read more

I ordered delivery from Grubhub. Delivery was fine. However, I ordered a fruit cup, 5 piece chicken nuggets, and a chicken noodle soup. We only got a fruit cup delivered to my home. I was at work so the food was for my daughter & her babysitter. I usually will not make a fuss about this but since the food was for my daughter and she was very sad & disappointed I called. The worker was not much help which I understand I didn't have access to because I wasn't home but I have worked in customer service, restaurants & fast food, & they always have an extra ticket. You can always look back & see what a person ordered especially when I had ordered an hour prior. The person i spoke to didn't even try. I recommended they ask a manager for help, not for me to speak to a manager, & they couldn't even go ask. As employees you should make sure the food is in the bag before it is being sent out because I paid a lot of money for it, which thankfully I got back because $20 for a fruit cup because it was the restaurants fault for not delivering my food? No thank you. & I looked at reviews on Grubhub, & there were other customers on there that said their food order had missing food. Do better. read more

Management should look into a different system for the drive thru. During a busy drive thru rush, and having 5+ employees outside taking orders, one of those employees should maybe keep track of the cars waiting in line and not allowing other cars to cut. People are on timed lunch breaks so to allow cars to cut and the employee takes the order SUCKS and makes the waiting person late. read more

I had an unpleasant experience in July, and sent this location an email about it. It's been over a month, and they have still failed to acknowledge, or at least apologize about it. Likely because my issue had to do with the franchisee/operator's husband Travis, and not an actual exmployee. So, if they don't want to email me back, they can deal with the Yelp review now. I was ordering through the drive-thru at the Northridge, CA location on 7/16 around 3:00PM. The franchisee/operator's husband showed up, and immediately stopped my order mid sentence because he wanted to berate the employee taking my order. He did not say hi to me, or even apologize. I was just left sitting there. The only reason my order got taken was because I finally decided to move up to the cashier - where they had to take my order all over again. It was so rude, and plain inconsiderate on his part. Zero manners, or professionalism. I could not believe the EMPLOYEES actually started apologizing for how classless HE was. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing? I got the grilled chicken wrap. It tasted OK! Just ok. The tortilla and chicken had a pre-manufactured taste to it. There was lettuce and a side of salad dressing. Maybe if the dressing was tossed with the chicken and lettuce, it could help. For the price, I would rather get a chicken wrap from a fresher food place. The drive-thru was awkwardly placed in the parking lot so that people parked can't leave if the line is too long. But, they had ladies out there taking orders to speed up the line. Went today with my kids and fiancé by the drive thru & as we got to the window to get our food, they gave our "bags/food" to a car (2 cars behind) we waited for 5-7 min and finally asked how much longer for our food to be ready? They asked our name & said oh sorry we gave it to the car behind (2 cars behind) so they go get it back & the manager I am assuming tried re bagging it after we said we will NOT take that food because the car behind us had touched it, who knows if they opened the burgers etc. She tried to replace bags which we clearly saw, so we just asked for a complete refund! My kids were soooo upset we left without our food! So disappointed and I've always talked very highly on you guys! Such a bummer. I pulled up at 5:30 and saw there was 20 cars in line and I didn't feel like waiting when I saw there was only four people inside waiting in line so I parked and took note of which car I would have been behind it I went through the drive-through ... it took them 20 minutes to get me my order and that's when they realized they forgot part of it so it took another five minutes which means it took me 25 minutes to get my order from the inside and by the time I went back outside, there was hardly even a line because that seems to be what they concentrate on at this facility is the drive-through and getting them in and out as quickly as possible and not the people that actually walk into the restaurant. I can't believe it took me 25 minutes to get two sandwiches, a wrap and 2 shakes. this was literally my second time going to Chick-fil-A and Id only been to one other location which I was really happy with the other location but I don't think I'll be back here to my local location because the service was just that bad.... The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because the food is franchise good but even with that they loosely attached the tops to the shakes and they spilled over, 2 pickles in 1 bite and none the rest of the sandwich. Just awful. Got the grilled chicken club and the chicken was so salty it was inedible. I have no idea why this place is so popular. It's expensive and the service was exceptionally poor. I ended up throwing away my meal (yeah it was that bad). Worst of all every sauce for nuggets is full of sugar, chemicals, and preservatives. I asked if there were any sauces with out sugar and the cashier responded "I think they all have sugar". Seriously?? She didn't even ask anyone. Please don't answer if you are clueless. I always order from this location but this time I decided to dine in and it was the worst experience I had with them! First of all the cashier was giving attitude to one of my sister in law just because she switched an order. Then after we all placed our orders they brought all the order right except mine. I order an ice cream and a drink and they forgot my ice cream!!! They didn't want to bring my ice cream Because they thought that have already brought it to the table. This review is in regards to my experience and not about the food itself because I love it! I went through the drive-thru which was pretty fast and not busy. I ordered 2 kids meals along with my chicken strip combo. This was our dinner as it had been a long day and we were heading back home to Burbank. When I grabbed the bags they seemed light, I asked the girl if there was everything in the bags in which she confirmed. The girls prior to this had been laughing and chatting it wasn't busy so I guess they had some downtime which wasn't a huge deal. However, after driving all the way to Burbank from Northridge I see they forgot the chicken in the kids meals. This was no doubt infuriating, so I called the manager. I was sent two entree cards that expired that same month. I wasn't aware until I finally went back the other day that they had expired. It's really disappointing and a huge slap in the face. I had to go out and buy something else for dinner then wait for cards that expired within those two weeks. I wish they would have just refunded me. I'm never going back. I have never ever seen more attentive employees at a fast food chain type restaurant. One in particular, Jess Hernandez. I went up to the pick up window and got my food but because I was focused on my podcast I didn't hear the employee(I didn't catch his name) say my shake was coming right up. A but disappointed with my experience yesterday. I realize 1:00 on a saturday afternoon is crazy but yesterday my order consisted of 2 salads 2 fries and an 8 piece grilled nugget. As I roll up to the pickup window I hear "8 piece nugget"...i was then asked to pull forward to ensure my order was "fresh". No big deal, right? 10 mins later my food comes out. Salads are great. Nuggets are hot. Fries are cold and soggy. They clearly ready when I initially pulled up. 10 mins later, they were not fresh, not warm and not good.
