As many times as I've come to this location and ORDERED THE EXACT same thing which is the breakfast biscuit with the lunch spicy chicken patty & make it into a combo... I've ordered this at every chick fil location I've ever gone to... due to the fact they've discontinued the spicy chicken breakfast biscuit so I have to be charged a lil extra which isn't a problem... but on this day Of 2/7/17 @8:30am I decided to come to this location and when ordering I encountered a waitress who had no clue of what could be done and told me she would have her manager speak with me at the window... & he simply had not much to say besides saying NO I WONT BE ABLE TO DO THAT! Very f***ing simple just to be able to heat up the damn lunch chicken patty n put it on the biscuit he didn't even look to accommodate me by making it a one time only thing n saying from here on out how they won't be able to do so anymore.. I would've been alright with that but this d**khead just told me No and I asked why n all that he had to say was that this facility is ran differently than others so basically the manager there has no fu**ing idea of what hospitality is neither is there any professionalism shown... I will NO LONGER eat @ this chick fil a location and I'll make it my duty to let my other family members & friends know about my unpleasant experience and nasty demeanors I had to go thru this morning. I usually love chick fil a ! But I need to express my frustration when you have a line in the drive thru, people have to get to work, and the car in front requests items that have to be made special because it's something not on that particular time of day menu. The person explains it's gonna take extra time and why and asks if that's ok. Ummm ask the 10 cars behind if that's ok?! If a person requests something that has to be made special that's gonna hold up a line for several minutes, please have them wait in a parking space like every other food place would do as a courtesy to all the other patrons that get inconvenienced. This place is all about the sauces! You have like 7 to choose from on top of mayo and ketchup, and with all the little plastic containers all i could think was that i hope they were biodegradable cause they go through a crap load a day! This place just opened up so it is crazy busy all the time right now. A lot of people working, so they have people bussing tables and asking if you want free refills on your lemonade and go and get it for you while your sitting at the table-not many fast food joints do that. As far as food goes-the chicken burgers range from 3.50-7$ a decent breast tenderloin battered and fried. If you get it fried fresh, it is crispy and good...it you get it pre-made, it has gotten a little soggy and the cheap bun has sh** the bed...either way it sits heavy in your tummy like an in and out burger so plan for a little going a long way. I had a free coupon, and mixing the dipping sauces was the highlight of the joint. When I have to pay out of pocket-I probably won't go there because for the same price i can go to the peruvian chicken place down the block and get half a chicken, a salad, and a ton of fries for the same price-and they have their own kick ass sauces. Another side note...I have since learned that Chic fil a has donated more than 1.1 million dollars from 2003-2008 to the anti-gay marriage movement and continues to do so to organizations like the Pennsylvania Family Institute, Focus on the Family and others. It's charitable foundation the WinShape Foundation is extremely active against marriage equality and has hosted several conferances and retreats with leading opponents of gay marriage, praising the efforts of anti-gay activist David Blankenhorn for working against marriage equality and for articulating why we should reject same sex couples and put a blanket ban on gay couples using their facilites..so remember, even though this business is in California, a portion of your money is going to the corporate operators and/or this "charity" that promotes and endorses the belief that equal rights only pertains to heterosexuals who share compatable biblical values to their own....OUCH!. read more

I arrived a minute or two before closing. The lights were on at the drive thru. There were about 20 people inside eating. I waited at the speaker for two minutes and got no greeting. All of a sudden, out go the lights at the drive thru speaker. I waited another minute. Nothing. That is poor customer service. Very poor. read more

I went through the driveway A few minutes ago and was helped by two of the nicest girls at the window. It advertises that Chick-fil-A uses Apple Pay and when I got there unfortunately they do not offer Apple Pay. I could not find my credit card. Seeing on how shocked I was the two girls gave me the food on the house. This truly made my day and I am so thankful on how kind there employees are!!! The lines here are huge and huge but I have to give it to the staff that they turn it around pretty quickly. For my first experience here I had a lot of questions. Can I have breakfast? What are my side options, what's with all the sauces, where are they etc. staff was friendly. Space was clean. My Sandwich looked a lot like the pictures which is impressive. I think the nuggets were a little expensive for the size of what you got but it's ok because they are REAL chicken!!! Where do you even find that anymore?? Real chicken? I'm sold! My one main complaint is that the actual chicken used is bland. The sauces are good and the sandwich is well put together but you need all of that because the chicken isn't seasoned well. So for the bland chicken and the sheer inconvenience of how busy it is I'm docking two stars. I'd like to see a location that doesn't look like a zoo and where I don't get blocked in my parking spot because the drive thru line is insane. read more

I had a coupon for a free sandwich so I got that and also a cole slaw. Staff was very professional, probably my best experience in a fast food restaurant ever. Took a little bit long to get the food out to me but it was worth the wait. I had never been in a Chick Fil A or eaten their food before this visit so my first impression was definitely a great one. One of my favorite fast food restaurants of all time, there whole menu is based on one meat, Chicken (hence the name). Friendly staff, I love the spicy chicken combo, frosted lemonade is delicious! Price range is about 8$ Not bad for a fast food place, food for the most part is always fresh. Oh did I mention their breakfast is awesome as well? The service is fast and friendly. The food is always consistent and very tasty. We enjoy coming here with our two boys who love to play on the playground and then eat some tender chicken nuggets! I love how they have placemats you can put down on the table which make for a quick clean up after your kids eat. The owner and operator is always kind and each employee will "bend over backwards" to be sure you have everything you need. i can't believe i haven't written a review about this place coz i simply adore chik-fil-a (that my first profile pic was a tribute to this joint!). been waiting for this place to come to the valley. first tried it in the east coast and went to the ones in irvine and upland. what they all have in common? super delicious spicy chicken with all the sauces you want and excellent customer service. every single chik-fil-a (well, just the 3 in california and numerous in virginia), i've been to has super nice employees and managers that go around to make sure you're enjoying your food. when this location first opened, we were thrilled to buy and was able to get our order swiftly, but as word spread around the lines got longer! now it's back to normal and i sure am glad, coz i don't like waiting too long for food! we always order the spicy chicken sandwich in whole wheat (hubby usually gets plain and i sometimes get the extras, but plain never fails anyway) and i get various sauces depending on my mood. there is nothing i dislike about this place except when the lines get long :-P boo! my hubby says the owner is a religious guy who respected Sundays which is why chik-fil-a stores are closed on Sundays (so employees can spend time with family and practice their faith) read more

The best customer service at any restaurant I've ever been to. The deluxe spicy chicken sandwich combo with waffle fries and a coke is heavenly. Their marketing campaign with the illiterate cows saying, "eat more chikn" is genius. In fact everything is enjoyable about eating at Chik-Fil-A. The sauces are great. The girl who was taking orders at the drive through (Hispanic maybe middle eastern) around 4:50 p.m. today should be ashamed of herself and the managers/owners need to hire more people affluent in the knowledge of the business and customer service. I frequent this location a lot since I work near by and no matter how busy I've never once here or at any Chick-fila-A that I could not get my fries well done. This girl had the audacity to tell me that they could not give me well done fries because of the Coronavirus. I was so dumbfounded I couldn't even argue and drove off. Like what is wrong with this generation??? You dummy it takes to extra seconds to get well done fries and this time they were not backed up or busy in the least!!! The nicest staff works here, was in the drive thru once ordering food for my sister and she forgot her wallet and they told us it was in the house! Can't beat that. I kept seeing this cow in front of chick-fil-A every time I went to my Aunt's house; finally one opened up near my place and when I pass it the place its always packed.
