Okay this is the last time I come to this Chick-fil-A. Last week I ordered breakfast for me and my son curbside. I had to be there before 10:30a. Cool no problem. I show up, line is all the way out to Tampa. I finally get into the curbside area...get a parking spot and when I open the app the put my number it canceled my order. It was 10:33a...I was 3minutes late bc of the line blocking my way in. I call the store this girl answers and I tell her my situation and she says what did you order? I said breakfast items only....she's like lemme see if we have anything left. 2secs later, sorry we ran out. I said are you kidding me? It took me 20minutes to get here and there was a blocking me from getting in here. She's like ya sorry the app does it automatically you can order lunch items now. ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Stopped by around 12:30pm today for a quick lunch and had the worst experience EVER.. I ordered a 12 count GRILLED nugget with a side salad so, I would expect to get what I ordered, right? NOPE. First, for my salad dressing I asked for the avocado lime ranch but they gave me the regular one. Not a big deal, just went up and changed it. Then, I come back to my seat and open my nugget box to be surprised with fried nuggets.... I ordered grilled.... I went up to let them know so they can exchange it but what did they do? They took the box from my hands and said we have to up charge you for the grilled nuggets.... WHAT DO YOU MEAN UP CHARGE ME?? They messed up my order multiple times in many different aspects and they don't have the decency to just remake my order the correct way? I even showed them the receipt, they took my order the correct way but nothing came out correct. I ended up paying the $1.58 extra which is not a big deal but it's the principle of it all. They bring out my order THEN I notice that I ordered honey mustard and buffalo sauce but what did they give me... BBQ!!!! Such a horrible experience that I didn't even have an appetite to eat my lunch anymore. Some advice, don't let your employees get high on the clock and try to satisfy your customers if you mess up on your end. I really hope the $1.58 was worth losing a valuable customer. The drive thru line and the line inside are usually long, but that doesn't stop me from going as often as I can. I am so in love with the spicy chicken sandwich, it's crispy and the chicken is not dry at all!!! It's amazing. You can order as many sauces as you want, my all time faves are the honey roasted bbq, honey mustard, and of course the chick fil a sauce. All the sauces taste great, to be honest and sometimes I like getting all of them and just having a dipping party. The waffles fries are perfectly potato-y as well as crispy and they taste delicious with all of the sauces chick fil a has to offer as well! I am truly a big fan and I can eat this all of the time. Chick-fil-a gets the honor of my first drive thru order since covid started... They have two lines for one drive thru line: uh oh, I think. I pull up and I can see that the RIGHT LANE is a straight line on the natural path for the drivethru line. The left lane is there to accommodate more cars in the parking lot while waiting... I know this and I wasn't told to do so BUT I took the left lane because if I didn't I would've blocked the flow of the cars coming and and going and because it was open... UGH! They take my order. My line pulls forward. The left side. Great, I think. AND THEN 3 cars zoom by on the right said. UH OH now turning entryway is full. The left lane can't move and 3 new cars drive up on the right side... YUP you guessed it: they all place their orders THEN one car from the left side goes then ALL 3 of the cars on the right pull ahead of the LEFT LANE! :( I was waiting after ordering a full 3-5 mins before they were even in line. Grrrrr! To make matters worse: THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY ORDER IN THE SYSTEM WHEN I FINALLY GET TO THE WINDOW. One of my favorite fast food places is Chick-Fil-A. My usual go to is the chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a lemonade. I don't know what it is about their chicken sandwiches, but it's unlike any other. They must sprinkle some magic on it or something. It just taste so delicious! The waffle fries.... when you get it fresh, it's the best. Once cold, I don't recommend it, but there isn't any fries I recommend cold. Try it with the Chick-Fil-A sauce, amaze-balls. The lemonade is sweet, I like it like that. Free refills too. I used the drive thru, the line was long but it went fast. I checked in for my free chocolate chip cookie. At the window I asked if my cookie was in the bag, they said yes. Just as I was about to drive off they stopped me and gave me a cookie.. okay so it wasn't in the bag. I commend your staff with the Great Service that I received at this location on Saturday. As I was sitting at my table, an employee can over to me and ask me if I wanted a refill on my beverage and also removed my try from my table.You could see the Harmony among the employees here. Their smile and being attentive to all your guests, Great Job. As for the food,also done properly. The chicken Sandwich also was fresh. It wasn't dry. This item the hold time is about 20 to 30 minutes and yet there where able to put out a good product with this type of concept.Good Job. When coming here during a busy hour (i.e. lunch or dinner) expect a long line and limited parking. The positive out of the long lines is that the staff handles it with top efficiency. Everytime My family and I come here we are in the drive thru and out the drive thru within 15 mins. To help with drive thru busy flow they have cashiers with tablets and menu on hand to help speed up the orders. By the time you reach the windows your food is prepped and ready everytime. Prices for each item is not bad, my family is fed with only spending $20 or less. Quality of the food is always on par. Spicy chicken always a delight for my wife and I. And my family enjoys the criss cut fries. They offer plenty of selection for dipping sauces. But you can't go wrong with either their original sauce or with their polynesian sauce. They also offer Arnold Palmers if you dont want to drink water or soda. When you're done with your meal, you can enjoy a cookie or an ice cream cone, if you still have room left that is. Our food was decent, very typical for a chick-Fil-a restaurant. The reason of four stars instead of five is due to the fact that the crunch and crisp factor was off, undercooked, on both fries and all the chicken items we ordered (nuggets, strips, and burger). After living around the Northridge area for decades, I FINALLY had the chance to try Chick-fil-A. I know, I know... Took me long enough. Well, I'm glad I did... Though it took quite some time. We opted for the drive thru, which was a nightmare... Or organized chaos? Much like an In N Out drive thru, the line wrapped around the parking lot. I spied a couple of patrons who opted to park and then had a hell of a time trying to back out without hitting anyone in line. Also like In N Out, there were a couple of staff members helping to direct traffic and take orders early -- much appreciated. We went with the chicken nuggets and chicken tenders, with some Polynesian and Chick-fil-A sauces on the side. The Polynesian sauce was basically a sweet-and-sour sauce, and I wasn't a fan. The Chick-fil-A sauce was delicious. The chicken was so exceptionally juicy and crispy! I knew Chick-fil-A's food was good, but I had no idea just how much. The tenders were better than the nuggets, in my opinion, but the tenders are so much smaller than I expected. We should have upgraded one of the options to a "Meal" with waffle fries and a drink. Chick-fil-A is more expensive than other fast food joints, but the quality level makes the prices more reasonable. I wish we'd ordered a shake or waffle fries, but there's always next time. And, yes, there will be a next time -- whenever I'm in Northridge and I have 30 minutes to waste in line. read more

Very fortunate to live super close to a Chick-fil-A! Love their chicken strips and waffle fries, and hash brown bites from their breakfast menu, plus the plethora of sauces they offer (Chick-fil-A sauce and BBQ are my faves), not to mention their Southern-inspired hospitality and service with a smile ("my pleasure" in response to a thank you). Just recently discovered that their kids meals include books or other educational items (March was Curious George books). Plus instead of fried nuggets you can opt for grilled nuggets (or chicken strips), fruit instead of fries, and Honest apple juice or milk, so it's healthyish compared to other fast food chains. Even when their drive through line looks long, it goes pretty quickly thanks to order takers who approach your car to take your order and payment, which speeds up the process. I just ordered a market salad through the drive through about 20 minutes ago. When I got home and opened up my salad I found a piece of latex glove. I immediately called to speak with the manager and no one picked up, when I called back they picked up and hung up the phone. UPDATE: I drove back, and was refunded my entire meal, and got a chicken sandwich with fries instead. The manager was very friendly and embarrassed about it all. Fast, efficient, and great service. You don't see that much these days at fast food restaurants, but this location is no different than the incredible service provided at Chick-fil-A restaurants. My go to is #2 spicy chicken sandwich (deluxe - comes with jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles) with waffle fries and a dr. Pepper. I like to pair my combo with the buffalo sauce and ranch with a kick of the chick-fil-A sauce. The chicken nuggets are also great and the bite size biscuits are great for breakfast on the run.
