Fast, efficient, and great service. You don't see that much these days at fast food restaurants, but this location is no different than the incredible service provided at Chick-fil-A restaurants. My go to is #2 spicy chicken sandwich (deluxe - comes with jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles) with waffle fries and a dr. Pepper. I like to pair my combo with the buffalo sauce and ranch with a kick of the chick-fil-A sauce. The chicken nuggets are also great and the bite size biscuits are great for breakfast on the run. Tip: when drive thru is tediously long, order to go inside. Your food will most likely be ready faster. Also, friendly reminder, the restaurant is closed on Sundays. read more

As fast food restaurants go, Chick-fil-A is really good. It may be better known across the country but it slowly growing in the LA area. Chicken, chicken, chicken. No beef. They have cows on their commercials advising you to eat more chicken. This one is good, but parking is a major issue. El Torito, which shares the parking lot, just put up warning signs threatening citing and towing for those parking in their area. But there is no space near Chik-fil-A with drive through, which is always crowded. The menu has chicken. Fried chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, grilled sandwiches, grilled nuggets, wrap and salad. They also serve breakfast early. The sauces are amazing: buffalo, ranch, polynesian!, honey mustard. Their waffle fries are delicious. But you can replace them for about $1.50 with a side salad, broccoli salad or soup. I always get their lemonade because soda is everywhere else and the lemonade is sweet, not the soda fountain kind. Don't come on Sundays. They're closed that day. read more

Wow. This is a good branch, excellent good service all throughout, the team here is super friendly and helpful, most commendable. There is also a little playground for toddlers which is helpful when you have little ones that cannot sit still. It surely entertained my little "terrible two's" granddaughter. Now this is by far the worst chick fil a I have ever been to! So I visited this location and they screwed up my order 3 times first they gave my regular doctor pepper when I ordered diet then they messed up my grilled cheese I had to wait 15 minutes for them to replace it then when I get back to my car I notice that they gave me medium fries when I ordered large! They messed up 3 times! Every time I went back they were not apologetic at all and didn't even care that they messed up this many time this all happened on the same trip!!!!! I love going here for their spicy chicken sandwich! I also love their chicken nuggets! I prefer drive thru because I'm always on the go! And the drive thru is fast and efficient! Their spicy chicken sandwich is AH-MAZING! It's spicy and crispy! I get the deluxe because it has lettuce and tomatoes! However if you don't want lettuce and tomatoes than you can get the plain spicy sandwich! I also love their waffle fries! I always get ranch, and the Chick-Fil-A sauce! Quick review: And still...the king of fast food. It doesn't get any better than this. Even though Chick-fil-A is fast food, they still produce it witb quality. All you burger joints take note. Yes you can; have fresh produce. Yes you can; cook chicken properly. Yes you can; find and hire competent employees who speak english and love to serve the public. Yes you can; learn a thing or two from these Chicks! The experience here was a revelation of sorts. Even though the line ran around the parking lot, they kept things moving at a fast pace. They had 3 employees outside running around taking orders. They had a cashier outside to take payments. And, get this, they delivered your food to your car WHEN IT WAS READY. In other words if you ordered 1 sandwich and the person in front of your order 20, well then your food was brought to your car first (or the minute it was ready), so you didn't have to sit through a 20 sandwich order while your single sandwich got cold. Isn't that something, I'm looking at you very popular but crappy fast food joints! I personally recommend getting the breaded chicken sandwiches if it's your first time here. Grilled is ok too, but that's not what Chick-fil-A is all about. In addition, don't skip the fries and do get the house sauce aka "Chick-fil-A sauce". It's like a mix of mayonnaise and honey mustard. Very dangerous. The grilled chicken club is what I got for a change. It came with bacon, Colby cheese, lettuce and tomato on a soft wheat bun. Not dressed in any sauce. Not a problem since Chick-fil-A has some great saucing options available. The chicken looked like it was cooked in a panini press, sort of like a Foreman grill. It's got these deep ridges in it. The flavor itself is herb forward, so your mostly tasting rosemary, possibly some oregano in there somewhere. The bacon was cooked well, it added a much needed 'fatty element' to the lean sandwich. Overall it's a nice alternative to the sort of fried chicken quality sandwiches they serve here. But, I'd probably stick with the breaded versions from now on, they're totally worth the extra calories :) I also got fries with this order. I don't usually eat fries at fast food joints, but there's something about these Crisscut fries, I can't pass up. They're perfectly cooked, crispy, tender on inside. And although not seasoned, I can forgive them. Dipping in the Chick-fil-A sauce is perfectly acceptable. In conclusion, this particular location is no different then any other Chick-fil-A I've had. They handle the traffic well and as always deliver high quality food, fast, and with a friendly smile :) read more

I haven't had Chick-fil-A since I lived out in Pomona and I always loved their waffle fries and their sauces, especially their Heinz ketchup dip/squeeze packet. About the employees - I just had to write this review because of this one employee that I didn't get his name. He was taller and darker skin and how he act towards customers from the moment I walked in until the moment I left after he poured me my refill. After I ordered my food, I saw him walking back and forth making sure everyone was enjoying their meals and asking if they needed anything. A gentleman with autism, who may or may not have been a regular, requested a lid for his beverage. When the employee brought the lid, the guy put his arms out for a hug to show his appreciation. It was really just humbling and I could tell that even he felt really good that he was able to put a smile on someone's face and get that level of appreciation. About the facility - I love how their dining area and facilities in general is almost entirely new and modern and high tech. From their table side mobile ordering to even the touch-free trash bins. I'm sure their kitchen equipment is nice and new too so the kitchen must be happy to use it. About the food - I got the spicy chicken deluxe combo. Everything tasted right and I was surprised as the nice portion size of my chicken. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I'd say my fries were a bit salty, but I should've made the request when I ordered. I hope management sees this and gives the man a promotion. I have been coming here for YEARS. But today I must say I am very disappointed with my meal. I asked for 2 deluxe chicken sandwiches, 12 piece nuggets, and 2 large fries. I'm torn on this Chick-fil-A. I relaly am. And I want to give it a higher review. If anything because (as with all locations) the staff here is always so incredibly friendly! I usually don't go to Chick-fil-A because I do feel like it's a bit overpriced. It's good chicken, but $5 for a bun, piece of chicken, & a pickle is just madness. And to spend over $10 for a combo meal is a crime. But...every once & awhile I do feel like I can treat myself. Yet, every time I come to this location there's an issue with the rewards app. In the drive thru, they always say to show my phone at pickup. Yet, when I go to pickup they always say 'oh, sorry, we need to scan it BEFORE we ring you up.' So...I always miss out on earning points there. So inside would be better, right? Nope. The past 2 times I've gone none of their scanners are able to read my QR. And that's even with my brightness turned all the way up. I've tried 4 times to use my rewards account at this location. Twice in drive thru, twice at the counter. None of them worked. So basically I've spent close to $50 at this location and haven't been able to get any sort of points or rewards from them. That's just not cool. And finally, the parking lot here is tiny. Between this location & the El Torito next door, it can be quite hard to find somewhere to park. Especially when the drive thru line stretches so far that it blocks a ton of people from getting in or out of the spots right in front of the store. read more

Tried going back a few times times. First time- They forgot to put a gluten free bun (that costs $2) in the bag. I was close enough to turn around and go back to get it. The manager gave a coupon card as a consolation but it was still irritating. Second time- they didn't put cheese on my son's chic fil a sandwich but they charged me for it. It even said "American" on the bag the sandwich comes in but there was no cheese. Third time- My kids' grilled chicken nuggets were not cooked all the way through. Two orders!!! They had a weird texture. My daughter wouldn't eat it. I tried a bite and noticed the texture. Then I cut them open and saw that they were slightly pink through the middle. What the heck??? I want to come here. My kids like Chic Fil A when we grab lunch but this is crazy. Problems in 3 out of 3 visits. The last time I had to come home and cook my kids another lunch after paying for their meals. I called the store and it took me to a voicemail. The food was actually great - however the service was EXTREMELY HORRIBLE - We ordered 2 meals with Peppermint Chocolate Chip shakes ... we got the food however didn't get the shakes till 15 minutes later (we had to ask for it) - then an employee (a supervisor of some sort) walks to each table asking how everything was ... except my table (I guess bcuz I wasn't of the right caliber). Finally asked to speak with a Store Manager or owner and was greeted by a Shift Lead who avoided providing an information or answering the question truthfully. Almost 20 Days later - the owner calls and apologized for them dropping the ball ... Best Chicken in the Northridge area. I had the spicy chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun and a healthy kale crunch salad side. I'm not sure if this can be called fast-food, it's way better than any other chain! Perfect for breakfast and lunch, I wish there were more of those restaurants around. I mean honestly, what's there to hate about chick fil a food and service? The service is always SPOT ON. They are always extremely kind and go out of their way to provide to the customer. I've had multiple occasions where I'm eating then a worker walks by and asks to refill my drink without me asking. Talk about service!!! I can seriously bathe myself in chick fil a sauce. It's my all time favorite sauce from any restaurant. I love the waffle fries doused in that sauce! I'm not going to lie, I don't really have any desire to try the other sauces because the chick fil a sauce is amazing. One day I'll try all of them!!! My only complaint and reason why I'm not giving this 5 stars is the fact that the parking suuuucks. The lot is fairly small. If there are spots, they will be blocked by the drive through line.
