Whipped cream melts away. They don't care. It's not their $5 for a 14oz drink if it is actually that big.

It's getting harder and harder to eat here. Always some type of problem and greeted with an attitude. On top of it all the price verses value. My kids like the Mac and cheese. We order large containers. They certainly aren't giving it away. Over $8 for a container. And they don't fill the container. If it sold by weight or scoop, change the container so people don't feel cheated. Don't get me started on the one size (small ) milkshake with the more than large price. Anyway this location in particular needs improvement. The price and serving size set aside. 27 days later. Had to stop get kid a milk shake. Everyone think place is so busy. Lines are there because they are bad at moving customers. Only 6 cars in front of me. Almost 10 minutes. They make shake and of course by time I get to window the whipped cream has melted. He looks at it and sees that it's gone, instead of topping it off with more whipped cream, he just passes it out to me. As you can see their concern, no response to my post from a month ago. Now I just tagged on with this. Hard to believe they insist only one franchise per owner so they can be hands on. This place will a make money despite itself, because of location

Gross! Don't go here! Yesterday I had a spicy chicken sandwich that was not good The fries were all the crumbs & nasty. Today my cousin found a HAIR in the mac n cheese. I mean really how disgusting! This is a fast food chain everything should be streamlined! There is absolutely no reason for a hair to be in the food like this. The drive through people are rude too!

I give them a 1 because they forgot are sauces that we asked for and gave us the wrong order. They were so rude to us and gave us a attitude.They also had poorly customer service. They just did a bad job over all don't go there.

Manager (or at least she claimed she was) Kim hung up on me multiple times. Also spoke to Kayana - she was also no help. So rude and didn't care that they had screwed my order up. Sloppy and unprofessional. See where I asked for extra pickles. Not a pickle in sight. Way to go "manager" Kim. Hope your dinner also sucks.

I don't go to Chick-fil-A very often but found myself in the area running errands and decided to go through the drive-through. Granted the drive-through was busy and I was at the end of the line almost when I initially pulled up. OrderEd 2 gfilled chicken combos and eight piece chicken nugget. The order crew was friendly and helpful however when I arrived at the delivery window I received my drinks and was instructed to pull up and park. They were already places filled and could not do so so I had to wait a few minutes. I was instructed once again to pull up and to wait for my order and wait indeed I did. I was unaware however I had text my daughter upon ordering so I knew the time that I had placed my order and arrived in the drive-through. I was astounded later to learn precisely how long I had waited. I counted 15 vehicles pull through the drive-through receive their drinks and food and pull off. There was one additional vehicle behind me and I had waited long enough for my food. Hence I got out of my vehicle and walked up to the window and stated politely I'd either like a refund or my food, to which the window employee stated OK and asked "what is your name?" This told me that my food was not cooked nor ready or waiting for me nor were they waiting for it either, as didn't know my name. I returned to my vehicle and waited another five or so minutes and finally a young employee was sent out with my food and for the vehicle behind mine. I attempted to state to her are you the manager and she replied yes, but knowing she was not and there was another gentleman inside overseeing the employees I did not wish to debate this with her. I tried to tell her that I was counting the vehicles and 15 had gone by she then wanted to say oh but you got a grilled chicken sandwich. and at this point I just pulled away. When I arrived at home and looked at the receipt and noticed the time in the vehicle that my food was brought to me the time between this and ordering my food, was 22 minutes. They forgot my order. furthermore when I opened up my sandwich the lettuce did not look good and you don't expect when you've waited more than 22 minutes and 15 cars behind you get their orders, you don't expect your food to look like this.

Ordered 6 Chick-fil-a breakfast chicken biscuits. Worst that we have ever had. Issue was that the pieces of chicken were really small, cold and not well battered. Biscuits were also only mediocre. We've gone to Chick-fil-a's everywhere from Michigan to Florida, South Carolina, and Colorado. Not sure if the problem was this location in Ocean City, MD or just a bad day for this restaurant. read more

We came in on Chick-fil-A "Freedom of Speech" appreciation day. There were hundreds of people inside and out and a line in the drive through that went out onto the main street. I was so impressed with how organized and quick everything was....way to go CFA! read more

I always come to this Chick-fil-A and never ever have any issues! But today a girl Evelyn was just so rude she didn't say hi how are you, didn't even say a word when she came up to the window to take my order! Just starred at me, after she stood there for 15 minutes and took no orders while the other poor girl had to do all the work. Like I've said, never had a problem with this Chick-fil-A before but she makes me never want to come back with how disrespectful she was and how she made me feel. read more

Everything was terrible. There was 1 other party of 2 people in chick fil a and it still took them 5 minutes to fix my messed up order (chicken, egg, and cheese sandwich)- which 2 different employees asked what the sandwich was supposed to be. Staff didn't acknowledge us unless we spoke first. Food was bad- cheese was unmelted and cold in sandwiches, hash browns tasted like cardboard, sweet tea tasted rotten .... my local chick fil a is awesome- this place is a dump! read more

Went 10 miles out of my way to eat here almost every day of our vacation (it would have been every day if not for the wife!). The food so far 5 stars, the service here 5 stars! The food value - Excellent! No one else can seem to compete. Very pleasing considering how most restaurants in Ocean City seem to have employees that could care less and that attitude shows. DO NOT GO TO! We had pulled into the Chick-fil-A drive thru at 9:55 on March 9, 2019 and someone was in front of us and was being served. mind you that we had already been in line for five minutes before closing. when we pulled up to the order screens we went to go order milkshakes over the mic we heard them say "oh they don't want food what should we tell them to go away" and we only wanted two milkshakes! So they wouldn't serve us so we explained that we were waiting five minutes before closing to be served and no one was behind us in line it was just the people in front of us and us, so they had told us to pull up to the window. When we pulled up to the window a teenage boy working had walked up to us closed the window and locked in front of us and walked away and pretended like he didn't even see us and the two teenage girls working in there we're laughing! I had Chick-fil-A workers had to be polite I guess they put the rudest ones in the late night shifts! read more

I enjoy CFA's in general but this location's service rocks! On a visit last summer with friends, an associate approached our table and offered to refill our beverages. I appreciate how this chain goes above and beyond to upgrade a guest's experience from a fast food restaurant to casual dining. This location has exceptional breakfast sandwiches! While I try to identify something to critique, I fail. Keep up the great service! read more

I am taking my time to leave this review because I was disgusted by the service I was provided by a cashier named Joshua and a girl named Riley who brought our order to the table. Joshua was rude and so was Riley. They both looked like they were forced to work there. They looked unhappy and made me feel the same way. Their service was the worst period. I've never been to ANY restaurant where I was treated so bad I filled out comments card. They made the company look really bad and I think they should be fired immediately. If I was the manager of the place I would definitely fire them because they are keeping customers from coming back and helping spread bad news about the place, just like me! read more

Ordered three meals and an extra item through the drive through around 11:30 on July 7,3017. Went back to get a drink that they forgot, got home and missing a large fry. Half sweet half unsweet tea turned into half tea and lemonade. Polite service but very inaccurate. Visit OC often. read more

Did not have a good experience at this chick-fil-a. Being from Atlanta, we eat at CFA frequently. I get the #9. Got that today and it was barely warm. Sent that back and received another, a little better than the first, but still not toasted like at home. ..visibly brown with markings of being toasted. Also, the bread was thin and fell apart. Not at all like the bread we have in Atlanta! Also I got a fruit cup that had only 1 strawberry, cut in half, 7 blueberries, 1 flimsy piece of orange and 75% green apple. This was not a good representation of the Chick -fil-a we know and love. read more

I don't have a problem with this chick-fil-a, but when I compare it to others I've been this one is a slightly worse. Granted they are in a very busy location, however their service is a lot slower and sloppier. I've had them forget things multiple times on a simple order. They have a lot of employees to help with the demand but I think that's a downfall sometimes cause it gets too crazy read more

Keep in mind, we went here at 8:45pm when they close at 10pm, but it was a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend, so they should expect to be busy. The food was delicious, but the service was quite slow and inattentive for what I have become used to at Chick-fil-As. There were only 2 cashiers with a steadily building line inside when we arrived, and they seemed confused as to who should do what when. They were friendly overall, but there was just a lack of efficiency and professionalism that I've come to associate with the Chick-fil-A brand. Fine overall, just a slight let down at the end of the day. read more

We pressed the order button with the mobile app and then arrived at the Chick-fil-a about 20 minutes later and the food hadn't been prepared at all so we had a to wait an extra 30 minutes. All of the food was cold when they gave it to us. My friends and I got really hungry and didn't check to see if we had everything until we got home. They forgot one of my friends meals so we had to drive 20 minutes back to the Chick-fil-a and we were given attitude about our situation. All we were trying to do was get another meal for my friend since they forgot it but after talking with them for about 10 minutes we got the meal for free but they didn't apologize about the mistake in forgetting it. Very slow service compared to other Chick-fil-as. We were very disappointed in our experience. read more

when i pulled up to the window and ordered a large ice cream cone the lady never even bothered to ask what flavor i wanted. Then when i got to the window and recieved my ice cream cone, milkshakes and soup the whipped cream was very sloppy and there was very little of it. Also there was no cherry. When i got home and ate my soup it tasted like bottom of the pot. not very impressed. read more

we were in the area on vacation , always saw ads for chick-fil-a but we have none in our area, had to stop in . The staff was wonderful, could not have been more pleasant , food was good and we ended up stopping 2 more times . the restaurant is very well kept up ..looked brand new , definitely not your typical fast food place . Walked here from the boardwalk on a Wednesday morning to get away from our awful hotel room where the desk staff was rude and the toilet didn't flush. How refreshing to find a clean and friendly place in Ocean City. Staff helped us carry our trays and offered refills (I didn't know they did that). Maintenance was being performed on the alarm system and the manager came to every table to let the customers know. I generally find Chick-fil-A food to be good, but the staff at this location was excellent. read more

As an avid chick fil a lover I am always impressed by their customer service however this location did not remotely live up to the chick fil a standard. She chose strawberry while I chose vanilla (apparently, today is national vanilla ice cream shake day). I don't know what I enjoyed best as everything was so good. Also, the employee behind the counter was friendly and accommodating as she cut our burger in half and gave us an extra sauce per my request. If there is one thing I'd change is raise the temperature a little as the restaurant was very cold.

Instead, he snapped back, telling us to "just leave then," adding that "nowhere in Ocean City would have food ready in 20 minutes." The tone and attitude were shocking--incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. As we were leaving, this same bartender actually pulled the door shut on me as I was walking out, hitting me with it. Whether it was careless or intentional, it was the final straw. Shortly after, a man who claimed to be the manager came outside to speak with me. While he apologized and said, "give me a few weeks to fix things," he offered nothing to remedy the current situation--no comp, no follow-up, no gesture of goodwill. What makes this even worse is that my dad had recommended this place to me, but told me he had a similar experience with the exact same bartender. In his case, the bartender had forgotten to put their food order in entirely. While they were given a free round of drinks, it's clear this is a recurring issue with the same staff member, not just a one-off bad night. A little attention to the facility might leave a better impression.

this place ruined my whole chick-fil-a experience. i will say, billy is a fucking legend giving me all the sauces i need and deserves to be the CEO of this company. he has really pretty eyes and i will love u forever. bill on the other hand didn't say my pleasure. it was 10:30 on the dot and my friend was in the middle of saying his breakfast order and BILL cuts him off and says "just so you know, we stopped serving breakfast at 10:30". we all got our breakfast orders but he couldn't because it was 4 seconds after 10:30. if BILLY ran this place, my friend would've gotten his damn egg and cheese sandwich. i will NEVER be returning to this chick-fil-a, and maybe never even return to another location again. this has been one of the worst experiences of my life and i will never be returning. god bless billy, i hope u do big things in this world and i hope u move on to big and better things. read more

People who don't live here always tell me how fast chik fila a is. Ours is the slowest 'fast food' restaurant. If you don't have a half hour to wait in line, don't go. With that said the food itself is usually good, lettuce is fresh in salads. Just don't take the inner loop of the drive through if you have some place to be in any hurry because if it's slow and you change your mind you are stuck my friend. read more

Always do a nice job. Good, consistent good. Friendly service and very helpful. It is a clean facility. A big plus is the play area that my grand kids can use. I should probably try more but I always order the same thing. Fried chicken sandwich meal with waffle fries and soda. Tips - Order a milkshake or cookie.
