Like all locations, this Chick-fil-A is very busy. The building is very small and not really able to support so much traffic. It was pretty messy during my visit last week. What made the experience stand out was how hard some of the folks inside were working. The two people at the counter were handling a huge volume of orders. Even though they were clearly slammed, they were still patient, nice, and attentive with me. I was honestly kind of amazed by them. This location probably needs more staff, hopefully more like the two that helped me during my visit! read more

went in through the drive thru with me and my girlfriend ordered 2 sandwiches deluxe meals and the new lemonade drinks, got our food went to park a couple spot down ready to eat and the food was cold especially the buns, went back in to ask for new sandwiches because they were cold manager came out and said there was nothing they can do because their chic fil a doesn't toast the buns that the buns are cold and normal like that , offered to make us new ones came back after a while and still got cold sandwiches with really cold buns AGAIN! Didn't wanna complain again and just left but feels like they gave us the same sandwiches. Never have i ever heard of a chic fil a saying they don't toast their buns. I thought they cooked them fresh and warm apparently not. Spent 34 dollars for two meals and two drinks damn near 40 if i had ordered one more thing. We ordered ahead via the Chick-fil-A app and got there 5 minutes later. The order was ready within a couple of minutes. There's a long line for the drive thru so I would suggest ordering through the app. They started selling the Chick-fil-A Sauce so we had to get it! The bottle cap on it isn't the best as it looks like it doesn't close all the way. We ordered the Spicy Deluxe Sandwich with Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries! I didn't think it was spicy and it adds a bit more flavor than the regular one. Fries are always good! You should be getting 2 sauce to choose from the sandwich and fries. I would recommend getting the Chick-fil-A sauce if you haven't had it. read more

It started out innocently enough. My wife and son kept ordering from here while I resisted. Finally I ate the food. Chicken sandwich. Really good! Mac-n-cheese some of the tastiest, creamiest ! The food is good and usually the service is too, but the people who work the drive thru window like to make passive aggressive remarks. Multipe times they've made comments about the number of sauces I order. The app already sets a limit on how many sauces each item can include, so it's not like I'm abusing the system. These window workers act like the sauces are coming out of their paycheck. They'll make remarks like "we're just waiting on your TEN sauces to be bagged", with a huge emphasis on TEN. They act like I just reached into their pockets and took their money. read more

One of the better fast food chains, especially if you like chicken sandwiches. The spicy deluxe sandwiches aren't very spicy at all but I understand they are trying to accommodate the general population. Otherwise, the sandwiches are quite good and the lettuce and tomatoes look fresh. The Chick-fil-A sauce, is of course, the best and most well-known part of the meal. If you've never tried it, definitely get the Chick-fil-A sauce. It goes great with everything: the sandwich the fries. If you have extra, even better. It's a great sauce for most things and can go with any kind of sandwich or chicken dish. The waffle fries, Mac and cheese, and milkshake were alright. They are passable but I've had better of each of these items at other fast food places. read more

I've haven't frequented Chick-fil-A's around the world, but at least this location really looked for certain service-minded people, and has them well-trained. Kudos. "My pleasure" and "Have a nice day" are the sentiments and salutations from the staff. Almost sickening of how nice the young workers are. I ordered the 4 count/strip meal with wedge fries and a large soda. Sauces are aplenty, and you can order as many kinds as you want. The chicken had a tasty batter, light, seasoned just right, and were perfectly cooked. When one's biggest issue is that the wedge fries were too large to dip into the ketchup, hey, that's pretty good. In this category, it's certainly one of the best around. It's fast / proficient. After you order, the staff brings out your order, brings you more ketchup or sauces, refills your drinks -- that's more than a fast food experience. Dear Owner Operator, Our family enjoyed your nugget, awesome salad, and chicken sandwich tremendously. However...... The amount of waste we generated shadowed our enjoyment. We notice: 1)Everybody had their orders placed in a bag. 2 bags in our case. We did tell we were eating on the premise. 2) We asked if we could use our own mug for our drinks. We were unable to, it's against the policy. 3) Every single forks, spoon and knife are not recycle-able and wrapped in plastics. We returned our unopened knife. But, I wonder how many took utensils, did not use it yet throw it away at the end. 4) All sauces were place in individual containers. I did not even bother to check if the containers are recycleable or not. You do not recycle on the premise anyway. You employees did a wonderful job keeping the facility clean, stock up and serve great food. I'm really sad these young people were paid not to be a good steward of the earth. Anyway, this Kaifornian will choose beef (in n out) and eat less chikin. read more

Tip: order on-line & select Carry Out, in less than 10 min. Our order for 3 burgers & a shake was ready. Otherwise, if you select Drive-Thru be prepared for a 20-30 min. line up of cars. Love their spicy deluxe chicken burger, & their original chicken burger. They have some food safety issues at this location. For the second time I just received a salad that had a fly trapped in the packaging. The first time this happened to me I thought maybe it was random, but now that it has happened a second tome I am concerned. This means the salad was packaged and fly trapped. It is very hard to trap flys so there must be a lot of flys in that kitchen, enough that they get easy stuck under packaging when food is prepared. read more

It's difficult to be in the fast food business. You need to prepare food quickly, move customers through the process, and still provide a decent meal. I think this Chick-fil-A does an adequate job. They have a huge volume of customers, but things move along efficiently, and the food is really decent. I have two complaints. The food is awfully pricey -- it could be that I'm stuck in pre-pandemic prices. And the tables were sticky when I went. But otherwise, I found the experience to be good. read more

Solid location with superb customer service. The line moves so quickly and the employees are so friendly. They are very nice high school and college kids starting out their work careers here and doing an excellent job! For a limited time they have a chocolate peppermint shake which I need to grab one more before it ends on 01/11 I love their Cobb salad with large pieces of their delicious fried chicken. It fills me up and feels good to eat a salad no matter how many calories. Too bad they don't have heated seating outside as the inside fills up quickly and it would be nice to sit outside with some heat if it's cold. Love the live plants with flower decor they have on the table. They also have a child's play pit for kids which is really popular. I used to go to this Chick-fil-A location like crazy because of how much I liked their classic chicken sandwiches and Chick-fil-A sauce. It's been quite a while since I had Chick-fil-A, so I decided to stop by there since they also started selling their sauces in larger bottles. There's always an incredibly busy drive-thru line at this location that takes up almost the entire parking lot. There's been one instance where I decided to go through the parking lot once, but after 10 minutes and only moving one car forward I realized since then that it's better to order online via their app for pick up at the front. I'd recommend anyone interested in coming to this location especially to do the same, since it's a lot faster to get your meal and leave. If you have a Chick-fil-A account, you could also easily rack up points this way and exchange them for free food! For my most recent visit, I made two separate orders since I wasn't able to add onto my first one (through the app) until it was ready. The additional order I made was intended to be a gift for a friend. My trip in total probably took around 20 minutes. There wasn't anything wrong with my food, and it was as good as I remembered it. The deluxe sandwiches and the waffle fries are definitely a go-to! The only thing that went wrong with my order is that my two bags were mislabeled (labeling for the bags were swapped). Since my second order wasn't intended to be for myself, I unfortunately ended up giving the wrong bag/order to my friend. While I probably should've checked the bags to make sure they were right before, I also expected this to be correct in the first place so that I didn't need to do so. As a pro: the staff here are always kind and patient considering the crowd that they get. There was a nice employee who kept checking in with me to make sure that I got my second order in a timely manner. I've been here more than healthy enough to know what I'm talking about. I used to work next door to it hence this was my lunch almost 4x/week for a year. As I was in the area, I thought maybe I'd drive by and have some of my favorite Deluxe Spicy Chicken meal with a large drink. I went to the drive thru - different from it was before. It's a finder's keeper's hunt. If you've been here before and you think you know your way? Nah-ah. Think again. Once you're in it, there's a maze of two lanes of cars, that turns into one, then two lanes again, then one. Also about 4 stations of staff taking orders, and one in particular, is half asleep (so it seems) but awake enough to not mess up the order. At least I got mine right. All the drive thru rush is okay. Doesn't affect my rating of this restaurant. With all their regular customers, I'm sure this is beyond their control. Now, Food Quality. Ordered these: X1 spicy chicken deluxe sandwich meal X1 large Thai sweetened iced tea X1 8 PCs chicken nuggets X1 yogurt granola parfait X1 Dasani X5 zesty Buffalo sauce First, I don't eat chick-Fil-a unless I have my zesty Buffalo sauce, because if you do, we're not friends. Was there a donation from the government of sack of salt that had to be utilized or else you'll pay for it. Third, chicken nuggets - tastes like a little off, I can't necessarily say exactly what's up with it but it's meh. Lastly, the spicy deluxe chicken has a lot of issues. Chicken wasn't spicy, the lettuce in it is far from fresh, like for real, it almost looks like it's been sitting with the chicken for about 3 days. Also chicken tastes a little off. The tomato is overripe and not fresh. I'm not that picky when it's fast food, but they also boast themself as not a regular fast food. This sandwich looks so sad it doesn't want to be eaten. I was so excited to reunite with this chick-fil-a, but now I'm broken hearted and I want to cry because of this. Bring back the chef that used to work here in 2017. Anyway, maybe I'll give them a shot again after my wounds are healed. Only time will tell... Ps.. I didn't get the full experience when I came here because I went thru the drive thru and I was in a bit of a rush. So I didn't notice about a parking garage but I did see a parking lot. It's a little busy going in and out of there so just be cautious of cars coming in and out. But, I have been to a chick fil-a so I'm ok with not going inside. The lady, which looked like she might have been an assistant manager or maybe manager was very nice and sweet. She had full energy and had a great big smile. Consistently one of the best fast food options. CfA is pretty good, and that is reflected in how insanely popular it is. The line at this location is so insane that there are parking lot wrapping car queues to make sure streets don't get backed up. Despite the wait to order, they have a great, efficient, fast system here that has to be mentioned. Waffle fries are good. CfA sauce is good. Spicy sandwich (with extra pickles) is good. At the end of the day, it is still fast food and that puts a ceiling on the quality, but they are near the top here when considering service, flavor, and value. Not sure if it is worth a 30 min wait, but in a pinch, it's better than the competitors. read more

First time going to Chick-fil-A. I don't eat meat, but my family does. I tried Mac and cheese and it was good. My sister gave me a special yellow sauce and it wasn't bad. The Mac and cheese was creamy. My family got vanilla milkshake, chocolate they said it's a was a 10/10. My sister got chicken sandwich #7 and it was 5/10. The bread wasn't the greatest, but it's healthier than the crispy chicken sandwich which is a 8/10. The sun joy team was good and I got a ice water and it was refreshing. The line was crazy and someone almost ran over an employee, but she had good spirit. Please be careful when driving and pay attention to the employees that are outside taking orders. read more

I like Chick-fil-A because the chicken is very tender and flavorful. The drive-through line at this location is extremely long during the afternoon between five and 8:30 PM. So be ready to wait for at least 30 minutes. The staff is always wearing masks during COVID-19 and in May 2021 they are only giving out one packet of s shortage. read more

This is the closest location to me so I come here at least once a month. For what you're paying, you are getting more than what you should. A VERY busy location!!! The drive thru line is usually quite long until you are close to the ordering spot where it splits into two lines. Ordering is fairly quick; receiving your meal soon thereafter. You can place a mobile order too, if desired. My suggestion is to mobile order, then choose carry out. Love the service, the food came very fast. Their frosted lemonade, fries, and chicken sandwich are my favorite items to get along with their delicious zesty buffalo sauce and ranch.
