This is my go to place for breakfast. Every single morning. I have probably been to this location 1000 times. I always get the same thing, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with iced coffee. The staff is always friendly. When I arrived, my order ia waiting for me ready to go. The only thing they can improve on is the iced coffee. It's usually too weak. Walked in to Panera and an employee was just chatting with another employee or friend in the lobby. They greeted me upon walking in but proceeded to have their conversation for a couple mins before I was assisted with my order. Service isn't always the best here, as there have been other interactions that have made me give the side eyes (example, wait time can be long). This is my favorite Panera bread. It is located in a big parking lot in Dublin , near by Target . The ambiance is cozy and comfortable. The interior designer is very pleasant with all the wall paintings and a fire place. They have big glass doors to over look the patio outside . Big umbrella and shady in the outside seatings . They keep it very clean and the staffs wipe the table each time when someone leaves. Bakery is full of yummy cookies , , scone,Cherry pastry , muffins , cupcakes , brownie , etc . Came at around 9am to just hang out. The place is decently clean. There are some tables with crumbs but I see them cleaning the floor. There are 3 kiosks and a person by the ordering area in case you want to order in person. My order was ready almost instantly since I only ordered coffee. I received a notification but when I went up to the pick up area it was not there. I had to flag someone and ask where the order is. I'm not sure if that's standard practice. And when I mentioned I didn't receive my drink yet, the associate gave me a cup. So, I go to fill my cup and the only lids there were the larger size. I go back to ask the same associate for a lid and she replied with a sarcastic tone "aren't there no lids there?" As if it was too much as ask. This is a convenient and easy Panera to check out. It is a decent size too and has a good variety of food or should I say the same items you can get at any Panera. The food is good just like the others and the service overall is good for the most part. The ambiance is also overall decent at this location as there is a nice fireplace and other good outdoor seating. The only major problem is this location could get busy and noisy at times. Ordered food for delivery 5/23, was provided a 30 to 40 min time frame for delivery. I signed up for updates to follow my order. The order itself was sandwich, chips and soup. As it was getting closer to delivery, I was texted with my driver is close by. So I went outside, btw delivery was to our office. Stood outside for a few min. No driver showed up. Went back inside, got another text my driver was close. Kept looking for him and decided I was given his number I'll just call him. Called twice no answer, in fact the message was in another language for his vm. So I called the restaurant, thinking they would know where he was. Instead I was told the driver has picked up the order and once that happens it's out of their hands. I told the guy look, I keep getting messages that he close by can you at least confirm if he is. I'm out on hold, few minutes later they get back on the phone and tell me they don't know where the driver is. I said so if that's the case am I supposed to expect to jump through hoops to get a refund. I'm told you'll get an email letting you know we are crediting your card back. No email ever came. Horrible experience and horrible service. I don't know who's delivering the food, I'm supposed to know it's Door Dash. You take both halves and then fold it and out pops the sandwich! The chicken breast was really soft and had decent flavor. The parmesan crisps were my favorite component to the sandwich. Although a bit hard, they felt like they were melting into each bite as I chewed, adding a distinguishable cheesy flavor to the chicken. I haven't been in a Panera Store in a very long time. But, while walking past our local Panera, I saw their newest display ads featuring some new items. The new sandwich that caught my attention was a Hot Cheesesteak Sandwich on Ciabatta Bread. I did not even look at the price. I like Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches so I decided to try it! I ordered just the sandwich to go and was surprised when I saw that it was over $16 without tip! It does come with one side order at no charge. I chose the small bag of potato chips. One thing I do like about all the Panera locations is their speed in getting orders out of the kitchen. There is an upholstered bench right in front of the Order Pick Up Counter so I took a seat. True to form - my order came up in just a few quick minutes. A small digital screen mounted on the wall next to the Pick Up Counter displays the status of all the orders that the kitchen is working on. I picked up my order and drove home for a late lunch. The sandwich turned out to be pretty good! Unlike the typical Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches, the beef was not thinly sliced. It was nicely sliced and was medium thick slices that were very tender. The meat was very tender with a good beefy flavor. It had a nice combination of cheeses and well sauteed onions. The sauteed onions were very sweet - so sweet that I wondered if they had added sugar to the onions during the saute process. It wasn't objectionably sweet but any sweeter than that would have been too sweet. My one quibble was the price. I didn't think it was a good value. My 'go to' restaurant chain for cheesesteak sandwiches is Jersey Mike's. I think JM's sub sandwiches are still just under $10 but still very filling. But at a premium price of + 40% more for the Panera version, I'd rather go back to Jersey Mike's for Cheesesteaks in the future. read more

This is my favorite Panera Bread location! Easy access off the 680 or 580 freeways. At the beginning of the pandemic they used the curb for pickup orders but more recently they have dedicated spots now for curbside. The staff here have always been friendly and welcoming. Ordering through the app is quick and easy. We usually go with the family meal since it includes a huge tup of mac n cheese and two half grilled cheeses for the kids and two half sandwiches for me. The default ones have been good..Turkey Bravo. We'd also add in the free iced coffee when we were on the coffee subscription earlier this summer. We grabbed some drive-thru here earlier this week. It was so convenient to just pull up the window and order a freshly made turkey sandwich and a fruit smoothie. The staff were helpful and friendly and our order came out corrent and promptly. My husband hungrily devoured his meal in our car - as we listened to the radio with AC blaring. Time and time again, we keep giving this location another shot and the only consistency is that they are guaranteed to screw up the order. We popped in on Mothers Day at just after 7am so the kids could get their mom her favorite breakfast sandwich. Gentleman at the counter was very polite and we went over the order 4 or 5 times. "Sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, over easy with brioche." No joke, 4 or 5 times. Got our sandwiches and went home, only to find egg on burnt brioche...no sausage or cheese. ‍ called the location three times and let the phone ring 20 times each time. No one picked up and I wasn't able to leave a message. 1-Star because at least the pastry order was correct (because I could stand there and repeat it 4 times and watch what they pulled) and because when I returned later that day with the receipt, the manager immediately offered to fully refund the two sandwiches which to me was fair. Second time trying Panera. The first time it was at a different branch and there was a bug in my food. Still, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and try this place. Unfortunately, this time wasn't much better... the chicken sandwich was cold and the Mediterranean bowl was the worst bowl I've ever had... like cold, mushy hummus chewed up and puked out by another human. Pretty much the worst thing I've ever tasted and I can't believe how expensive it is, for what it is.
