As much as I love Chic fil A, this location has been letting me down a lot lately and I'm sad that I have to come here and write this review yet I feel as though it is deemed necessary. The last few times my orders have been slightly wrong which I let go of just due to how much I love Chic. Today on the other hand I've come to the conclusion that I need to go to other locations to get lunch. I asked for pickles on side (which weren't given to me) and my sandwich somehow looks like two chicken strips instead of a patty, also, my drink order was wrong again. Hopefully management sees this and passes word to the people working the kitchen/drive-thru. read more

Missed one of the meals with a family dinner order, stuck in the wrong receipt and refused to make it right when called in. Cesar Rescupvin? (Manager) was rude to keep pushing for the white bag to be picked up back from our trash bin for him to cross-check the order to make sure everything is CYA on his end. This is horrendous customer service. One other CFA comped the whole meal without asking (2 years ago) and when asked the same here, it was flatly refused and instead asked me to come in for a "free meal". Went to the drive through at 11:30 am on Saturday 1/8/22. We ordered 2 deluxe fried chicken sandwiches, fries and a drink. When we got home the had given us the spicy hot by mistake. It was so hot we had to throw them away and have peanut butter for lunch. This is one of many places these days that doesn't care about getting your order right. read more

I feel this review is necessary. We spend a lot.....a lot! of money at CFA. Our 1 year old is obsessed and many times, it's all she'll eat. So I'm giving one star for efficiency. Whether it's drive thru or dine in, service is quick. One star for customer service. The employees are always great. One star for cleanliness. My problem is with the food. Our fries are almost ALWAYS!!!!! too hard or have absolutely no salt. Now, if I wanted fries with no salt, I'd just eat a raw potato. It's as if they take the fries out of the fryer and serve them. Unless I specified no salt, why are my fries always salt less? And why are our fries hard? My 1 year old might as well eat a rock. This has happened multiple times and each time I give the benefit of the doubt but it's pretty ridiculous. read more

Poor service. This is my first review. Drive thru employees are ignorant and young. Climbing out of the drive thru window, insulting me on my looks, and snappy attitudes. It's disgusting. The last thing a hungry customer needs is a worker commenting on how tired I look and being laughed at for my order. I would normally have a lot of respect for people who work in the food industry. But not for anyone here. It's my third negative experience. If I could recommend anything: hire more mature employees. It's chick fil a so you know what the food is. The good thing about this location is the design of the drive thru. It was well thought out. The drive thru like is deep and it doesn't go through the main parking lot. Excellent planning. Best chick fil a as far as getting you in and out, but if they get you out quickly and the order isn't perfect then what's the point They screwed up my sauces both times I went. The first time a guy on foot took my order and asked what sauces I wanted. Wrong sauces in the bag. The second time I ordered at the intercom and they asked what sauces when I ordered and they didn't give me any. So maybe just ask me at the window. I know it's a new location but it's simply putting the correct sauce or even putting a sauce in my bag. read more

Two stars because the food is still good and some employees live up to the reputable service that chickfila is known for. This will be my first review for a chickfila only because the employees taking the orders though the drive-thru suck. Their human interaction is poor, they seem miserable. I'll repeat my order but that doesnt mean you should raise your voice..because I can clearly hear you - it's the other way around, fools. I dont think they should be paid chickfila wages with such despair. Those certain individuals would fit right in at a Walmart or a Waffle House. Okay this is LONG over due! When my car was in the shop for weeks these people were so kind to meet me outside of coarse we were very careful. Second time I've been served rotten pieces of breakfast food. First time was lunch at around 3pm and the chicken piece smelled like rotten chicken. I just threw the sandwich away and blamed it on the fact that I came at a "late lunch time". Apparently I was in denial because I eat their breakfast everyday. The second time was today when I got breakfast. I get breakfast here EVERY SINGLE DAY. That's right everyday. Today I've had enough. I was served a rotten chicken biscuit. I smelled the piece of chicken because it tasted weird and I immediately threw up all over the table. I had to run to the kitchen sink and wash my mouth out. Absolutely disgusting to be serving rotten pieces of chicken for breakfast and lunch. I will never eat chick fil a again. read more

They gave me a chicken sandwich but the chicken was raw and I made my kids eat it but they loved it so I guess it was good but still.

Since this location is the closest to my house, I always go there when I want some Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, on three separate occasions, I've ordered the Cool Wrap with no chicken (other than no chicken I order it as it comes) and it has been given to me wrong. Only once has it been given to me with the ingredients stated on the menu. They decide to add corn, beans, and a tomato and rarely any cabbage or carrots. If I wanted beans and corn, I'd go to chipotle. Sad to say I won't be returning and will have to drive to further locations because they can't get their own menu right. read more

Hi! We had an issue with the lady taking our order at the drive thru speaker. It was a 3 to 1 car ratio in how fast lane 1 was going compared to our lane. It gets worse. We pull up to the window and ask if our order is correct. The lady outside then repeats one part of our order and was very reluctant to repeating the whole order when I asked her to. Then, the manager at the window proceeds to ask what the issue is and while I'm explaining, she cuts me off to tell her the lady on headset was new. First of all, you should never cut off ANY customer, no matter what is happening. Second of all, we are not blind once we drive off! Never show annoyance to customers. It was the worst Chick Fil A visit I've ever experienced. read more

Food is consistent with other franchise, so that isn't my problem. Arrival at 11:30am. Double drive thru line around building, I am dining in with wife anyway. Line as we walk in is almost to door. So they are busy. The poor layout of the front had people finished eating trying to walk through our line to order with trays of trash and food. Extremely awkward and uncomfortable. The staff was busy, but when we waited at front of the line someone yelled for next guest, but then they turned around and left the station? Tables were sticky beyond belief. My wife and I had to eat off of our single tray because the employees were to busy to notice us trying to wave them down to clean the table. It was obnoxiously loud in there too. We had to stop our conversation on multiple occasions in order to wait for the chair noise to cease. Heavy metal chairs on tile floors with kids trying to push them around. Again, poor design elements in a store catering to kids (inside playground). One last improvement that is not specific to this location, but to all locations. Have a drink refill station. We were not able to get a refill because lines were too long and people waiting around inside for to go orders. Just poorly designed. Food is good. Employees were there and working so I don't know exactly what to rate it? I probably won't go back to dine in from 11-1. I would stick to drive thru. read more

I frequent this location about once a week and the service has been consistently great. I actually live closer to a different location but drive to this one because it is so much better. I usually go in the hours between the rush periods and everything is clean and the environment is peaceful. They are willing to go above and beyond if something isn't right - you just have to let them know when it happens instead of posting salty reviews online without letting them know they could have fixed your situation. Overall I see hard working employees whenever I'm in this location and if you have those it just makes the whole experience better. read more

Honestly I love Chick-fil-A and I ate all my food till I got to my last chicken nugget and I found a hair in my chicken nugget looked like a black men's facial hair or something. Especially during the pandemic this is extremely scary and frightening and it really grossed me out. Thought they were required to wear masks at all time in the store and outside of the store but how would this happen if they were all wearing masks? During this time.
