I really don't know what's going on anymore. I don't know if they changed the recipe for everything or they don't care. I've gone to 5 chick-fil-as in the last month or so and it's all been bad. The chicken isn't really crispy like it used to be to be and it's not as fresh. The green leaf lettuce taste better, and don't get me started on the fry's. They are so bland and the only time I get them crispy is if they're almost burnt. Oh ya I forgot to mention I get the spicy deluxe and how can that be a little spicy but still taste bland I mean wow that's talent. I give this particular location a 3 star rating because there have been more than 4 instances where they forgotten something in my order, they given me the wrong item, and every time I've had to drive back to the restaurant just to get a refund or to get the right item. When you are short on time, check out Chick-fil-A. This afternoon I went there for a late lunch. I hopped in the drive thru. Even though they were very busy with 10 cars deep I was able to order my food and zoom out of there in a reasonable timeframe. Like a well greased machine, the guys who take orders outside were doing their job pretty well in handling the traffic. Definitely a timesaver to keep the line moving. RACIAL PROFILING by management. We will never go to the chick fil a in Round Rock, Texas on Palm Valley after the manager racially profiled my son's friends. Short story, my teenage son and 3 friends (3 white and 1 Asian) walk-in and order their food with NO ISSUES AT ALL. 3 more of their friends walk in (all 3 black) and go to my son's table to say hi and instantly the manager walked directly to the black kids and told them to no start any trouble. These 3 boys did absolutely NOTHING but walk in! All 7 teens were laughing and one jokingly commented to the manager (because you can't be serious!!! The 3 boys did absolutely NOTHING!!). I've been to this location several times and must say I've never had an issue (there were times where they forgot to include the additional toppings with my salad but I've learned to double check my bag before leaving). We love chick-fil-a and have the app. According to the app the dining room, curbside pickup, drive through & carry out is open from 6-11 and delivery is 6-10 Monday to Saturday. So, I used the app to place my order for dining in. When we arrived at 9:50 we parked, got the kids out and upon entering the restaurant we were told that they close in 5 minutes! We picked a table number to enter into the app to complete the check in and we were going to at least let our son eat his food real quick and then leave. However, they were packing our food to go, said they're out of all toys and started turning out lights. They offered to give our son ice cream since they didn't have toys but since we were being kicked out of the dining room we weren't about to rush home with a soft serve ice cream! There were a couple of other customers that arrived as we left the restaurant. Thankfully I didn't place my order at 10 because I wouldn't have been able to get it! My wife and I thought it was extremely rude of them to start turning out lights and basically kick everyone out when there were 2-3 tables that were only halfway through their meals! Yes you say you close at 10 but that means for people coming at 10 or later NOT the customers that are already there! What kind of crappy hospitality is that?! They did everything short of trying to clean the people's tables while they ate! The doors were quickly locked after we walked in so if this is what time this location wants to close then they need to tell corporate to change the app!! It's a Saturday night and they're missing out on revenue but I guess it's not a big deal when you are a large chain! read more

It's hard to ever really go wrong on the food or service at a chick-fil-a because they're held to such a high standard for both, but I wanted to put in a review for this location. I forgot to get the name of the man that helped me but I want to note that his customer service skills are too notch. At one point my credit card froze his computer and he used the time to chat with me and offer some ideas for sauces I may have not tried, which was awesome. The food was what I expected, but when I asked the manager on duty about a delay in getting my breakfast she said "it was the coffee", when I voiced my displeasure with the delay she just turned and walked away saying "thank you". I was enroute to Hutto and needed a breakfast option on the run. I saw Chick-fil-A and got a spicy chicken breakfast sandwich. The young girls that work here are all very nice and polite. I was driving into Hutto, so this is a bit of a ordeal to get back in the right direction, but the sandwich was served pipping hot and it was delicious and just want a needed to refuel for the afternoon. read more

This has become one of our favorite Chick-fil-a's post Covid. The Kids play area is open. It is pretty clean and nice. My kids and I love to come here. The staff is very helpful and are always quick to ask if you need anything. They had never gotten my order wrong until today but were quick to fix it and apologized. There is something about how the employees are trained with their customer service that makes it well worth coming to this Chick-Fil-A. This Chick-Fil-A has such bad service I've driven off from just the attitude I receive. Not to mention the inaccuracy of orders. I've also on MORE than one occasion complained about the quality of the chicken. Mostly the sandwiches, but it's also been tenders and nuggets as well. They taste freezer burned or just bad. I normally don't complain about this place because everything is always immaculate, but if you are giving people their food and drinks while touching all in your hair and fixing yourself maybe your shouldn't handle food. A young lady very nice but please make sure that your are ready to go and aware that you are always being watched and being diligent when having clean hands. We live right by this Chick Fil A, so we were really excited when it opened up. But quite literally EVERY time we've tried this Chick Fil A, they have messed something up. Most of the time it's a missing item that results in either my wife or child crying and leaves me wondering why we continue to push our luck. The one time I had to return to get the grilled chicken I asked for (and was on the receipt), the person at the window put me through the ringer on whether I was telling the truth or not. I don't know why I got the questions when I had been through the drive thru less than an hour before, but I got my food and left. Save yourself the time and hassle and just drive down 79 to the Hutto location. Their service and accuracy is light years ahead of this establishment. read more

This Chick fil A does not match Chick fil A service. This is the worse Chick fil A I've ever encountered on NUMEROUS occasions since they've opened HENCE I LIVE 5 MINUTES AWAY. They always get stuff wrong, they always have you waiting none like the other Chick fil As. I am seriously shocked at this locations service because Chick fil A holds themselves at such a high standard and you can usually count on them. I hope this location gets itself together and gets up to par with the other Chick fil As. However, customer service is good tho.
