My new fav to order is the 8 piece chicken nuggets dipped in Chick Fil A sauce with fries and wash it all down with strawberry lemonade! Don't get me wrong, the chicken sandwich is a classic choice and even the cheesy Mac & cheese is good especially for fast food. We stopped for lunch at Chick-fil-A during the lunch rush. This was the second time I've been to Chick-fil-A. Both times, I have been impressed with the customer service! Tiffany took our order. She was so pleasant and helpful. She answered my questions (only a newbie would ask) without judgment, even with the busy lunch crowd. I ordered a #1 deluxe with waffle fries and sweet tea. Of course, I ordered a mac n cheese on the side. Medium to be exact. The chicken was moist and juicy. The fries were fresh. The mac n cheese is the kind you crave! I was truely pleased. When it comes to the big name fast food restaurants, "Chick-Fil-A" has to rank near the top for me. Their delicious, savory chicken meals have always been consistently above average. Since I've already eaten at the Alta Arden (Sacramento) and the Douglas Blvd./Sierra College Blvd. (Granite Bay) location, this is, however the first time I've ever stepped foot into the Madison Ave. location. Conveniently located in the Foothill Farms neighborhood on Madison Ave. (and adjacent to Date Ave.), this Chick-Fil-A has been opened ever since early-2016. It actually shares the same parking lot as one of my other favorite fast food establishments, "In-N-Out Burger". Since both businesses are not too close to each other, parking was not much of an issue. We found parking right outside. My lady and I ended up dining here on a warm Friday evening in May. Since it was my first time, I do have to say, the interior of this place is very sleek, modern, and spacious! I love the upscale look of the flooring, lighting, tables, and chairs. It actually looks much more like an expensive restaurant rather than a simple fast food chicken joint. And the service is also top-notch as well. As soon as we entered, we felt very invited as several employees said "Welcome to Chick-Fil-A!". I ended up ordering their "Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich" entree complete with their Waffle Potato Fries and a medium lemonade. Total price for my meal was around $9.00, not a bad price for a place that focuses on quality and service. I also help myself to several packets of 3 of their dipping sauces, "Chick-Fil-A", "Polynesian", and "Honey Mustard". Since it was nice and warm (at around 7:00pm), my lady and I decide on dining outside at their mini patio. My meal is brought out to me in about 4 minutes. I do have to say that the grilled chicken sandwich itself was hearty and filling. They give you a very large piece of boneless chicken while not skimping on the bacon, lettuce, tomato, and colby-jack cheese. But one thing that this place has going for it is their waffle fries. OMG these are so good! And when you dip them in their unique sauces, its even better. Finally, the made-from-scratch fresh squeezed lemonade was also on point and worked well washing down my sandwich and fries. Overall, this Chick-Fil-A is a wonderful addition for people who live in Foothill Farms, North Highlands, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, and Fair Oaks (that don't need to make that extra trek to Arden, Rancho Cordova, or Roseville). The location is not hard to miss and they even have a very convenient drive-thru. Finally, they are open Monday through Saturday from 6:30am to 10:00pm while being closed every Sunday. We ordered ahead while driving through town, when we arrived we did the "here now" and the app said 3-9 minutes, after 15 minutes I went inside to check on the order and the girl was just like "oh yeah it will be 10-15 minutes" and I responded "oh it's been quite some time since our pre-order was set to be ready"... she just shrugged and said "yeah, we're busy" and turned around. So our quick pitstop turned into a 45 minute ordeal to get fast food. When it arrived it was gross, really slimy greasy sandwiches and the fries were super hot but also stale and seemed undercooked. This Chick-fil-A is located nearby interstate I 80. It was recently built and it's located by in an out and Office Depot on the big plaza. There are a lot of parking's for the cars so you won't have to worry about parking. Employees are very nice and they're always saying my pleasure to everything you say to them LOL. Inside there are many space for you to say it. I'm not a big fan of Chick-fil-A but today I decided to visit it to eat some famous Chick-fil-A sandwich. Also I like the fries. Great place to stop that's about an hour from Sugar Bowl ski resort. This location is relatively new, friendly as always, and fresh & delicious food. There's no kids play area, but no big deal as we just needed a quick & affordable dinner ahead of more driving. This Chick-fil-A is extremely convenient if you are driving through Sacramento, especially on Highway 80 on the way to Reno or North Lake Tahoe from SF Bay Area. Although the parking can be a little tight and the drive thru line snakes around the parking area, which can make it confusing for the first timer, I have found the drive thru to be very efficient/fast. Kudos to them for the friendly service, always getting our order correct in the drive thru. Sandwiches are all good and the waffle fries came out hot and crispy. The last time we ordered 4 large waffle fries and 2 were filled full and other two almost full. No big deal, but we can tell. ;-) read more

He doesn't have his shirt or something that we can say he is a manager or employee in this store. I don't know what is his job but he is always cleaning the table when he was here. And if you do driver for Uber or DoorDash pick up inside the restaurant and you come to inside of the restaurant and sit for your pick up's, he will tell you that go outside. You cannot sit here for a long time but what can we do if the store is busy and we have a pick up in it will be taken one to five minutes. The other employers are very good but this person doesn't have a shirt I don't know who is he? He what is his real job in store,he's not good person. My message is to drivers and customers is that when you guys come to the store don't make talking or face to face with him. He's not nice person and I don't like him. I disagree him.
