I have only been to Chick-Fil-A once before, but now that the new location on Monterey Road opened, I've filled my tummy multiple times with their tasty morsels. When I take the streets to get to work, sometimes my car pulls into the parking lot, maneuvers through the drive-through, and I'm back on the road lickety-split. Really, I can get in and out of there super fast. Granted, it's early in the morning when I drive to work, but my stomach doesn't know any better. Their chicken biscuits are yummy! I swear the chicken is super tasty, like it's been brined or something. Anyway, the people taking orders and handing out the food are super friendly and nice. I don't know if that's special Chick-Fil-A training or what, because you don't get that friendliness at other drive-throughs. To be fair, I've only really eaten two things there, so I don't think I can realistically give it 5-stars. I'll have to do some more taste testing before I can bestow that honor. read more

Ho-hum, another Chick-Fil-A. I remember when it used to be just the 237 and 1st Street location. Now there's more locations and so now it doesn't feel so "special" anymore. In the case of this Chick-Fil-A, I came here on a weekend afternoon post lunch rush. There wasn't too many customers in line but they had a huge drive-through queue. Although I ordered only a sandwich and a drink, I usually get my drink from the order taking person or someone behind the counter who is fulfilling orders. Alas, it was the manager who was doing that role and she actually got me my food to me first and then I had to remind the manager that I never got my drink. We recently went here and got better service than we received at our recent visit to California Pizza Kitchen! I actually left a tip - I have NEVER left a tip at a fast-food restaurant. The staff is friendly, helpful, welcoming, and determined to make your dinner experience special. They have people bussing tables and bringing drink refills to you! This was my first time ever at a chick-fil-a. Reason being, there was a time, when Chick-Fil-A, had a certain political and religious affiliation that went against my particular views. Chick-Fil-A sandwich, Chick-Fil-A deluxe sandwich. I went big and got the deluxe. (They do offer grilled wraps and salads but what's the point, you're at Chick-Fil-A.) Waffle fries, (some other sides not worth mentioning) and shakes. I was told on good authority that there shakes were the best. Despite the info on the website, this Chick-Fil-A was a drive thru. The service was fast and super friendly. The sandwich was unexpectedly delicious. It's the pickle. That damn, tiny, yet packed with flavor, pickle made this sandwich down right addicting. One of the best chicken sandwich out there!!! This is my boyfriend and I go to place whenever we don't know what to eat or want to stay on budget! I usually order the spicy deluxe and my bf gets the spicy chicken. Their chicken is so tender and flavorful and it also has a little bit of crispiness to it! The meal comes a a crisscross fries which is also delicious and a beverage of your choice. I also tried their lemonade and let me tell you it is so good!! It has the right amount of the lemony flavor and what I like about it is that it's not too sour and leave a bitter aftertaste in your mouth. Another thing is they offer a variety of their special sauce aside from ketchup. Though I have to say if you go during rush hours on a Friday or Saturday around 4-6pm the line gets super long. It is so ridiculous how I simply ordered 3 milkshakes and 2 salads, something so easy and it took the workers almost an hour to give me the order. I normally order drive-thru but I wanted to give a curbside a try since I always see everyone that goes there receives their food quick. I had my driver go around 3times and I had got down to go inside twice, just so they can tell me they gave my order to other people and that they where sorry! I love the salads and sometimes the customer service is good at times, but this is by far the worst. I understand wait a little longer than usual since they are busy, but and hour for salads and milkshakes isn't right. Especially if there are 5+ people just standing around doing NOTHING!
