I live up the street from this location and they have just ruined the neighborhood. There is Chick-fil-A trash everywhere, for blocks around. Lincoln is busy with lots of restaurants, but only the Chick-fil-A trash litters the neighborhood. The whole neighborhood looks like a Chick-fil-A trash can, it's pathetic. Me and all my neighbors pick up the Chick-fil-A trash every single day, often multiple times a day. On my sidewalk, in front of my gate, in my driveway, all over the street. It seems they like to play the finger pointing game when something goes wrong and the one who really loses in the end is the customer.. which is me. I called the restaurant after receiving the order and asked for a manger, I spoke to a guy named Alex, he said he was a manager on duty. I called to see if they'd try to make it right, but he quickly blamed Door Dash saying maybe I was given the wrong order? Unless someone also ordered a Spicy Deluxe Sandwich but without cheese, I don't think so. My fries were less than full, also says no salt. I didn't ask for no salt. The drink wasn't full as well, maybe 3/4 full? Why is it that I have to physically be there to order and make sure that my order comes out right? If he wanted to remake my order and make it right he would have said so and I could've picked it up myself. And to think.. I thought all Chick-fil-A's had excellent customer service. I am disappointed with this CFA. I used to work at a CFA in a different part of town, so I know what the standards are (accuracy and precision, speed, energy, and care for the guests above all else). The food when I go is always mediocre at best, but more importantly, the service is slow and not good. It's not a "my pleasure" kind of CFA. The energy is nowhere near what a CFA should be about; the employees do not show the careful thought that goes into each order, and they are not trained properly. It's like the In-n-out for chicken but with a much higher quality service and training. It shows in the staff attitude and that's just great. Whoever runs this place must have failed their Intro to Managerial Principles class in college. Went there last week through the drive thru, got all the way home before I realized they had forgotten one of my items. No biggie, this happens from time to time. Drove back there, went up to the window and explained my situation. The person at the register got who I assume was their manager. This lady did not seem thrilled that I was bringing this to her attention-her attitude made it seem like I was trying to scam her. Because yes I'd totally waste 30 minutes driving round trip to scam them out of $4 chicken strips. Here's the kicker-I didn't want a refund, I just wanted the food I paid for. She said they don't normally refund but will honor it this time. I said don't worry about it, all I want is my food. She didn't respond to this and acted frustrated; I suppose she'd already began the process for refunding me my money. Took em 30 minutes to produce a simple 4 piece chicken strip. I had to ask again. Overall, I was a little pissed that the staff implied I was trying to pull a quick one on them when all I wanted was my damn chicken strips. Service was slower than a 1990 Hyundai, too.
