So I'm a big fan of chick Fil A but I was so disappointed by this new branch. It might be that the employees are still being trained and that's why it a disaster. I stopped by twice so far and both times, the sandwich was super soggy. The last time though was different because not only was it soggy but it tasted like chemicals. Maybe the cleaning solutions are close to the food prep area. I'm not really sure. The one thing that they have in common with other branches is the customer service. They are super nice and never fail to say welcome and thank you. I will give them more time to train and bring this branch up to the same level as other branches then I will visit again. read more

I don't know what it is, but these Christians can work magic on chicken. This sandwich is constructed with deep thought and intelligence from A to Z. For example, they begin with a soft fluffy bun that seems to have been steamed to a wonderful warmth before taking a short dip in butter. And this is just the bun! Then there's the chicken itself. They pound a butterflies breast (that has been perfectly trimmed) itself to a width that is absolutely perfect fit for a human mouth. Then they marinate the chicken in God-knows-what spices and magic until it's ready to be cooked. From here, I believe they coat the breast with deliciousness before it is (and I'm not certain about my guess here) either fried or grilled or both fried AND grilled. Then to ice this pillow of chicken they toss in a couple of pickle slices, a perfect and surprise accompaniment I can't believe I wrote all this about a chicken sandwich. Went today for breakfast by going through the drive thru. I wanted to order in line but the parking lot was packed and full. This was around 10:00 am. Place is always super crowded. It never is not busy. It's super annoying. I ordered chicken burrito and the wait was long and the cheese wasn't melted. It still was like the cheese you get from the market. The hash browns were made fresh and were hot. They were delicious! I gave 3 stars because the cheese was still cold and had I known it and checked earlier, I would have asked it to be more cooked but I already left the drive thru. It seems like the long line of customers and demand has sacrificed the quality of their food. Such a bummer! This is our favorite location in SoCal. We always have good customer service, which isn't rare at most Chick-fil-A location. You know, I'm just a really big fan of the Chick-fil-A. The bird has always been good to me and this time was no exception. I put my order in through the app and headed over to the Marina location on Lincoln Blvd. I parked the car and headed over and waited and waited and waited, but neither my name nor my order were called. Well, to my dismay, I put the order in to the WRONG location!!! I booked it to the newest location in Santa Monica and explained my situation. When they noticed how upset my daughter was when I told her her ice cream had melted, the experience totally shifted from me being upset and disappointed (with myself of course) to getting the best first class service a guy can ask for. The lovely employee was understanding, nice helpful and sympathetic to my plight. Out came a brand new frosty ice cream, the soggy fries were replaced with crispy ones, my sandwich was made hot and fresh and most importantly, my daughter having arrived upset and sad, left happy and with a delicious ice cream and a smile! This is my local chick fil a and I have not had any problems with service or food any time I've visited except today. I placed a mobile order, as I usually do, and had a feeling I should check the bag. Luckily, I checked the bag and noticed 2 items were missing and no sauce was given, literally zero even though I asked for it from the drive thru people outside.
