I have been going to this Chick-Fil-A for over two years now and have never disappointed. I always order a large waffle fry, spicy chicken sandwich, and cookies and cream milkshake. The chicken is one of the most juiciest chickens I have ever eaten and super tender with a little kick of spice. The waffle fries are always crispy just how I like 'em and perfectly salted. Don't even get me started on the cookies and cream milkshake! The milkshake is super sweet with gooey chunks of Oreo. This classic combo is always a delight to devour after a long shift of construction working. The service is impeccable and the workers always talk with a smile and a bagful of sauces I will definitely store in my construction-built drawer. Curbside pick-up is always super fast. Friendly staff and fairly quick service. I picked up my order through the drive thru and the guy taking my order was super nice. My only complaint was that my fries were unfortunately very soggy. I was hoping for the usual Chick-fil-A fries that are salty and crunchy but all I got were soggy bland fries. Other than my fries the food and experience was great. read more

Love this place! I have nothing bad to say other than how busy they always are. This is hands down the best chick-fil-a in the county. Fantastic food, average/reasonable prices, great quality, great service,and bomb chicken. The service is top notch here, always smiling faces, friendly workers, and a very nice atmosphere. Even though this place is always busy, the drive thru moves fairly quick, and if you decide to dine in, the inside is kept very clean. I've been here quite a bit, and the condiments are always stocked, the restrooms are kept clean and stocked, and the seating area and children's play area are nicely kept. The food is delicious. Fresh, juicy, tender pieces of chicken, amazing waffle cut fries, and the lemonade is addicting. July 2019, I've been coming to Chick-fil-A for at least a year now. I really love the app I get points and I get free sandwiches. It's really worth getting on the app. One more thing about the app you can choose to put bacon on your breakfast sandwich. Also you can choose to get honey mustard for your sauce right there on the app. They have great hours and great service. I 0ne hundred percent recommend Chick-fil-A five stars today. read more

Curbside pick up Had to wait 30 min for my food because they " didn't see me". I always go to this location . Always . You may think like wow it's only 30 min . I ordered ahead of time . I had to call the store to get my food . I let 30 min pass by in my car thinking I would get my food. If I didn't call , I wouldn't have received my food at all . Chicken was light pink . I just left this chick fil after waiting in line for 45m an you guys gave me the wrong order and on top of that I've called 10times and no one has answered. I'm taking pictures of this order. How do you get an order wrong that you literally scanned from my app. This is the third time you guys have got my order wrong . I highly recommend not coming to this location . La Mesa is much better , if you do come here be prepared to do their job for them and check you have the right meal from top to bottom . They returned my call stating they scanned my app and also still charged my card for the full meal so not only did this location give my the wrong order they actually double charged me ! Don't waste your time coming to this location for curbside pick up. I've been waiting over 30 minutes for my order.. a car pulled up next to us and got their food within 15 minutes of being parked here. The app kept asking me if I've received my order yet and both times I've said no. Hands down they have the best service and chicken ever. You MUST try their breakfast biscuits! They only serve them until 1030 and if they run out before then you're out of luck. They are buttery, flakey and absolutely fabulous! You have an option of bacon, eggs and cheese or chicken! Both are great so you won't be disappointed either way. If you get a meal you will get their hash brown circle bites. They're the size of quarters and a perfect amount of crispness! They have the best fresh squeezed lemonade too. It's tart and I love all the pulp. Their chicken nuggets are so flavorful and they offer like 8-10 different sauces! I love their waffle fries and chocolate chip cookies too! I came to the drive-through today around 12:20 PM. The line was very long as expected because it is lunchtime. However, there was one worker that stood out to me. A guy with light brown hair and he had a safety vest strap on and he always had a smile on his face, and he was running food out to cars as they were waiting in line. He even came up to my car and smiled and handed me my food and told me to have a nice day. these are the kind of workers that you want to see working. Even though it's very hot out and very busy I feel like he had a positive attitude, and I just wanted to acknowledge that thank you for having a smile on your face even when it's very chaotic. I always see a line wrapped for blocks, thought I'd check out what it's all about. NOPE hard pass. I waited in line behind 5 cars at 9 in the morning for over 20 minutes. I thought short line breakfast couldn't take that long. Was told one price when I ordered then asked for a different amount at the window. Wait that's shady. My food was waiting lol should be after 20 minutes sitting there. Oh it's cold? Yep. Soda is not calibrated correctly so that's $7 of nope. And the "manager" that was at the window needs training. Every time I come here the food is great, hot, taste fresh, made as I ordered it and the state greet you with a hello and ask how can I serve you. The chicken is always very moist and juicy!!!!! Because they indeed get busy, sometimes the tables in the restaurant are not as kept as I would hope but you do see staff making efforts to make the rounds. Kids love the indoor play structure and it's nice to hear their voices in laughter. They have a wide variety of sauces for your chicken in which you can't go wrong with them. My two favorites to mix are the honey barbecue with the barbecue!!!! They no longer serve it but I miss their carrot salad. I can't wait for Christmas for the peppermint shake to come back into season!!!!! I like the fact that they serve different shakes throughout the season and lemonades. Today the watermelon mint lemonade was quite tasty. It was on the sweet side so I added some water to dilute it but overall it was pretty good. When I went back for a refill they don't put the watermelon mint mixture but I was able to refill with just lemonade. I like the fact that they close on Sundays as they indeed need a break and it allows their employees to spend time with their families!!!! It's not always about us as we can find some other place to eat/ cook at home on a Sunday and then come back any other time throughout the week. read more

This is what everyone dreams that a fast food chain would be like. What I mean by that mainly is their customer service. I've only been here 2 other times and it was going through the drive thru. Today I came along with my grandmother and my daughter (who is 1/ 1/2). The customer service upon ordering the food was fantastic. We were helped by a girl name Zuriel or Zeriel? I'm 100% I am spelling that wrong. She had purple nail polish and a tongue piercing. Very sweet. After we ordered a man walked up to us before we even found our seats and said our food was ready. He offered to walk us to our table. Every time I come here it's crowded, and I can see why. We didn't realize that the cup that held our soda cup had our sauces in the bottom of it until the employee that helped us , dumped them out. There was another employee that walked around the entire time of our stay and cleaned. At one point she offered if she could get us a refill on our drinks! Wow! The only thing that disappointed us was the chicken nuggets are super tiny! Other than that, our dining experience was better than most expensive restaurants I've been too! My grandmother got an 8 chicken nugget meal, my daughter got a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal, with tasty fresh fruit and a juice box and I got a Cobb salad which was amazing. A bottle of water was $2.06 which is fine expect for it was a smaller bottle of Instead if a regular size one. Customer service: Excellent! Cleanliness: Perfect! Example for context: They spilled coffee on me and the drive through attendant giggled and didn't really apologize.
