Stop by here often for breakfast. Drive thru is short before 930am but get here past 10 it'll start backing up. I've never been here for lunch but I'm sure it gets packed. PHENOMENAL!!!!! This Chick-fil-A experience was amazing, Im glad I stayed through the long line. I went for my normal spicy delux during lunch time and as i was driving up to the facility I saw the line was out of the restaurant parking lot. I'm not sure if this is how it's normally ran during busy lunch hours but my first time being there during lunch I experienced the best organized staff for a "fast food" place. Management had 1 person directing traffic as you're coming in, 3 people taking orders and 1 person charging payments on a tablet. As I got the window there were 2 people there, one handing the orders out the window and one inside gathering last minute details. I was amazed that even after all those customers, and the continuous long line they managed to get the little details like my 2 sauces of my desired flavor. To this Chick-fil-A manager, GREAT JOB! Because you weren't just assigning tasks for your team to take but you were actively confirming how the line was moving for the drive thru. I appreciate your team and your hard work!! Omg! This location is so efficient and considerate. I came in today with a broken foot , hobbled my way up to the register to order. The staff noticed my struggle and began making my order as I was saying it. Despite the busy drive thru line and line inside , they made sure to have my order ready as soon as I was done ordering. I just don't get what the big deal is about this place. It's just a chicken sandwich. Not horrible, but not anything outstanding. Like, I wouldn't go out of my way to drive 30 minutes for their food. The food is excellent, clean eating areas and bathrooms. I love the new cups that are insulated for the summer, so things don't get warm and melted quickly. I also appreciate the free senior drinks, because not all Chick-fil-As offer this. Arnold is the owner and he is frequently there working, and very approachable! He has trained his employees to be very helpful for refills, etc. even from your seat, and they always say "It's my pleasure!" This is the second chick-fil-a location I've been to in the South Bay. I must say that this location is a step above the location near the plant. The inside is in nearly pristine condition, at least when I came. There was no trash/sauce messes on the counter with the condiments and all the tables were clean as well. The staff members were constantly checking both areas to make sure they stayed clean. The customer service was what you'd expect at CFA. I appreciated that the staff member who took my order wiped off the dribble/condensation from the soda/coldness after pouring the drink. Is it crazy that this is my first time trying Chick-fil-A?! He wanted Chick-fil-A so bad that we drove out here on a Saturday evening. We decided to do drive-thru and then enjoy our meal at a nearby park. So we each ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich combo ($6.79), which came with waffle fries and a drink. We also added an 8 piece Chick-fil-A Nuggets ($3.05) since he claimed them to be amazing here. Not going to lie, but definitely a yummy sandwich that I'd crave again. The crispy chicken is definitely crispy, but also juicy and thick. The sauce really makes their food here though with the Chick-fil-A sauce, Polynesian sauce, and Sweet and Spicy Sriracha sauce. I pretty much added the sauce in my burger, dripped it in my fries and nuggets, and even licked it off my fingers. You could also tell the nuggets are actual fresh pieces of chicken that were fried, which were delicious as well. Overall, great fast-food joint that's on par with In-N-Out and The Habit, although their burger did get quite soggy and my buns weren't holding it all in place. read more

I have eaten their food before on several times, but not regularly. Since I'm in Sunnyvale, this location has become my go-to for fast food. PARKING + AMBIENCE The parking lot area is decently sized with a single entrance and exit. It can get crowded, but is generally okay. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and looks like a good place for dining. FOOD The burgers are all delicious and the chicken is nicely cooked. They are mostly known for their crispy chicken burgers, but the grilled chicken was also yum and a healthier alternative. The size of the burgers aren't as big as other fast food places, but it's still a decent size. The Chick-fil-A sauce is such a guilty pleasure, it is so addicting and the go-to sauce here (sorry ketchup!) It's definitely my top incentive to order at Chick-fil-A. SERVICE You can really tell that Chick-fil-A value displaying great customer service. The workers are always nice and pleasant with their greetings. CONCLUSION Overall, Chick-fil-A is a good fast food restaurant and perfect for a quick meal. They are in the middle of the pack in regards to burger joints pricing. So... I came here because of all the publicity. Food is AVERAGE!!!! which pisses me off because everyone claims their chicken sandwiches are above and beyond. you can get the same deep fried chicken sandwich from any other fast food restaurant. The food I would rate at four (4) stars in comparison to all the other fast food disgusting chicken sandwiches. This parking lot, drive thru is the worst ever. Regardless of the time, the driveway is congested. The entry to the parking lot goes to the parking and the drive thru. the EXIT.... you have to maneuver through the entering car and fight to get out of the drive thru which is a constant congestion. read more

Chick-fil-A always has amazing chicken and this location didn't disappoint. I stopped by to pick up a catering order in the morning, and the staff was quick to help me and get my order ready. Online ordering system was also pretty easy to use, though it kind of sucked that you couldn't modify the pick up date/time online after creating the order (even with 2 days time until pickup). The only downside the pricing. The catering platters aren't cheap, but they were certainly delicious. However, it is awesome that they are open for breakfast, so in case you have to pick up something early, this is your spot. The chicken strips were piping hot when I picked them up and held up nicely even sitting out for a few hours (it also comes with 1 8oz container of sauce). Not that many people inside before 10am, there were probably more people in the drive-thru. Convenient location on El Camino, but given the way the parking lot is setup, you have to walk past the drive-thru exit to get into the store, so just be aware of cars exiting there. I came in for dinner on a week night at this Chick-fil-a location. It's a very busy location!!! They have a private parking lot and it was almost full even though it was a sizable parking area!!! I ordered the Chicken Tortilla Soup and a Chocolate Milkshake. The Chicken Tortilla had great flavor as always but I sure wish it was served at a hotter temperature!!! I prefer hot soup rather than warm soup which was what I got this evening!!! So I'm a bit disappointed about that!!! The milkshake was pretty good! As I described earlier, this location gets very busy!!! I noticed that some of the customers here could care less about cleaning up after they've eaten! I don't mean wiping the tables when done, but at least throw your stuff away!!! Common courtesy and civility are practiced by only the few, unfortunately!!! Wow I can't believe at 28 years old I finally tried CHICK FIL A! I was so excited, of course I always hear good things about it. Went through their drive-thru, ordered the spicy deluxe with everything on it, fries, neopolitan shake and one of every sauces. Wow the chicken sandwich was so juicy, you can even get it without lettuce, tomato and I'm sure it'll be good. I love all the sauces, now I understand what all the hype is about. Warning : Biased review as I am a huge Chick-Fil-A burger fan! It's my go-to place when I crave fast food but it's one of the healthiest fast food chains around. They have grilled versions and salads for the diet conscious! I simply love their spicy deluxe chicken burger. Boneless fried chicken patty with the perfect spice level! I usually replace the waffle fries with salad or coleslaw. Ha ha I try to be a tad health conscious at a fast food burger place! LOL! But hey every single waffle fry counts! Drinks: They have diet lemonade. Try their milkshakes. Creamy goodness. Personal favorite : Oreo Milk shake. Staff : Polite and ever helpful. Chick-fil-A never disappoints! I always order the Spicy Chicken Deluxe a la carte with a side of large waffle fries. I also get extra Chick-fil-A sauce so I can hoard a bunch of extra dipping sauce. I wish the fries didn't get soggy so quickly though. Every time I get home, I always pop the fries in an air fryer again just to get it hot and crispy again. The sandwich itself is the perfect amount of spice, and I love that the (potato?) bun is so soft! The drive thru experience was pretty amazing. They're pretty busy during peak hours, but they figured out how to make things efficient. There are two lines, and after we placed our order, they had us park in a parking spot designed for drive thru orders. Within 5 minutes or so, they came out with our full order. I'm a fan of the Chick-fil-A fast food chain. The food is delicious. Nuggets and waffle fries are crispy. Salads are fresh. Burgers flavorful and tasty. I like how the nuggets are made of actual chicken pieces. Any of the sauces are a good choice and taste amazing with the food. It gets pretty crowded, but it's manageable finding parking as well as a seat inside the restaurant. Employees are nice and friendly. Quarantine Eats #59: The coveted chicken sandwiches at Chick-fil-A certainly lives up to their name! Got takeout from here for a Saturday lunch and even though there were quite a few cars in the pickup line, the employees at this location were organized and delivered my order quickly. The grilled chicken sandwich (came with the multigrain bun) wasn't dry, with the the bun to meat ratio being suitable. Also, the sandwich did go well with the honey roasted bbq sauce which came with the order, adding a smokey and sweet tone to the sandwich. It's hard to believe I am giving five stars for a fast food restaurant. But the reason I am giving 5 stars is for the service. I ordered a couple of spicy chicken sandwiches for my wife and me. I then noticed there was no lettuce and tomato. When I inquired the manager (I think that's his position) heard me inquiring and politely explained to me the menu and how it's the deluxe that includes the lettuce and tomato. During COVID times, it looks like the drive-thru lanes are true preferred method for pickup, so be prepared to wait. If you can, definitely order online and select "pickup" and "drive through" if you're looking for the least contact possible. They have an efficient system here (don't charge you until you check in to pick up the food). The deluxe spicy chicken burger is pretty good. Lettuce and tomatoes were fairly fresh, but there were places where I found myself biting into batter and no chicken at all. The strawberry milkshake is delicious. It has a strong strawberry taste, little strawberry chunks, is a good consistency, and small is more than enough. We came here after work and were able to find parking in their private lot - it appears that you should be able to find parking because most people come here with the drive through Plenty of seating. You order and they deliver your food! They also come around and ask if you like your soft drink refilled. Pretty good service for a fast food joint. We each got a meal - comes with a chicken sandwich, a soft drink, and waffle fries. It was pretty tasty and didn't feel as unhealthy as dining at other fast food joints. I get that it's busy and with Covid they don't want to do much extra but the two lines makes it a hassle if they forget items or you need more sauce. I'm never a fan of chicken, but there's something about these chicken sandwiches, that makes me keep coming back. I'm not a fan of the controversy with Chick-Fil-A and their support against the LGBT community, but I like the chicken sandwiches enough to look past that. Park your car, order, and your food is out within 2 minutes. Maybe less. Skip the drive through, as that usually takes way longer than a walk in to-go order. Decided to stop by for a late lunch . I haven't ate at this location since the whole pandemic started . They changed up a few things . They had two lanes open to order food and it looked like they would have another one open if it was rush hour , which is great because I'm sure it gets everyone out of there in no time :) this location always has insane lines but I'm sure the new set up has helped . I ordered the number 1 which is a regular chick fil a sandwich with pickles and a side of waffle fries .
